Note by the Saker: as I hope you all know, I have banned the topic of COVID from the blog (see the moderation rules here: https://thesaker.is/moderation-policy/ (specifically rule #18). I will admit that when Apogee send me his article my first thought was “oh boy, here we go again”. Except that when I started reading it, I was more and more impressed by what I read. And I am not referring to the substance of Apogee’s analysis, which I do like but don’t feel the need to endorse or comment upon, but by how Apogee compared and contrasted how different countries, even from the same “Zone” approached the topic. The facts presented here prove, beyond a reasonable doubt, that there never was any world conspiracy to (fill the blank): each country struggled as best it could, some did terribly, others did much better, and some did very well. So much for the big planetary conspiracy, which Putin once ridiculed when he said: “those who think that the big powers are all in cahoots on this, simply don’t understand the contradictions and tensions of international relations” (I am quoting from memory, so this is not verbatim!)
Anyway, my painful experience tells me that as soon as somebody says “COVID” we have an instant verbal fistfight in which everybody uses slogans instead of fists. So, and for this article only I have decided to add these commenting rules ON TOP of all the other ones (which are still applicable here):
None of us need you to tell us how to make our own health decisions. Keep that to yourself as it is unwelcome and will be deleted.
If you have good information as to political and economic issues from your country, this will be welcomed.
Anti-vaccine screeds with no support will be deleted. We don’t want to know.
Keep Schwab out of this – he has no executive power. Ignore that, as it should be ignored and as it is ignored by the rational world.
Post your own ideas. Answer the final question in the article. We don’t need any alt-media or other media links unless it is clean, clear and rational. Any links with ‘bombshell’, or ’55 doctors agree’ or such types of click bait will be deleted.
Having said all that, I want to thank Apogee for his major research effort and his article which, I hope, will inject a much-needed dose of sanity into a debate gone completely insane. Oh, one more thing, I know who Apogee is, and I respect him, so any personal attacks against him, including rude, snarky, or insulting comments (ad hominems) will be immediately removed too and, depending on how bad that comment is, its author suspended or even banned. It is sad that I would have to spell this out again, but my painful experience taught me that some folks need a lot of repetition, or even being banned before they “get it”.
Finally, some banned folks feel the need to send email, a barrage of emails mixing more of their arguments and/or insults and complaints. Message for them: do that and I will simply block you.
I hope that the above is clear enough to finally have an intelligent, fact-based, and logical discussion.
My apologies to those who don’t need to be reminded of the above and who never posted the kind of nonsense which the fanatics on either side did.
Pandemic: Political and economic consequences underneath a false flagged health banner
by Apogee for the Saker Blog
This article discusses the political and economic consequences underneath the false flagged health banner while some rake in the cash. Starting with a segment of the West, the article moves to compare and contrast what is different in Zone B countries. The very latest up to the minute announcements from various countries are put in perspective, concluding with the only actions that now seem possible. To set the scene, this is not ‘the perfect manuscript’ but is intended to tell the story from a Faction Three* and Zone B’er perspective.
5 Eyes West plus parts of Europe – The Development of 3 factions.
Faction 1 – Governments, Big Pharma and Pro-Vaxxers
From the outset, this group wanted to be legitimized, no matter the inanities that they preached. (Remember SARS-CoV-2 (Covid-19) was going to be dusted and done with by last summer as the heat would make it go or it will be only two weeks to save grandma).
This group was quick to snatch the financial and economic first mover advantage and poured literally millions of Dollars into new and untested vaccines. Money for friends, in large conglomerates, flowed like water.
This led to fighting for draconian control of the population and to de-legitimizing any other group, supposedly under a health banner.
Today, the message is clear: Kill the dissidents (in open words) or make them go away in some manner creating social segregation under dictats. (A dictat is an order or decree imposed by someone in power without popular consent).
The qualities of this faction are in general:
- MSM readers
- “Experts” announcing and pronouncing clashing guidance throughout the time.
- It is typified by Big Pharma, types like Rockefellers, Foundations, Think Tanks, bought off Scientists and Big Labs.
- We see a neo-liberal elitism, a close cousin of its fascist version.
- They pretend to speak for all of humanity (Davos types, Big Reset types).
- They are known to use fascist methods of clear propaganda and censorship tools to remain in control. Take a look at the Canadian military leaders who saw the advent of the pandemic as a unique opportunity to test out propaganda techniques on an unsuspecting public. https://nationalpost.com/news/national/defence-watch/military-leaders-saw-pandemic-as-unique-opportunity-to-test-propaganda-techniques-on-canadians-forces-report-says/
The last almost two years have typified disaster capitalism thinking spectacularly. They want to make you safe by implementing a biosecurity state. In a nutshell, for this faction, the arrival of the 2020 pandemic was about as accidental as the sun rising in the east. They created a pandemic narrative that is nothing but a cover story to conceal from the public what in reality is the biggest asset transfer ever (more about this following in economic sections).
Their army is the woke.
Today, no one in government seems to know the goal anymore. Could be: slow the spread, minimize infections, drive down the R naught, eradicate the bug, reduce severity, create a germ-free world, or is it just maximize compliance with any and all ‘controlled bullshittery’? Administrations are full of mediocre people who don’t give a damn what the goal is, as long as they can feel important making others jump through the hoops they hold. And Big Pharma is not there for your health, but is only focused on profit.
These administrations saw the opportunity (no matter whether they created it or not, that is another story) as the ultimate opportunity to write their names into the Annals of the Greatest Leaders ever, making the wisest forward looking statements in the history of our world, and everyone, without fail, made the biggest fools of themselves that this Zone B’er has ever seen.
And SARS-CoV-2 (Covid-19) had the last laugh.
It is not surprising that in this ceaseless torrent of propaganda designed to make sure people don’t understand, but act mindlessly, thinking that they are doing the best for themselves and their neighbors, that the following developed:
Faction 2 – Dissidents
The main component is anti-vaxxers, most of whom do not know history of vaccinations or the beginnings of health care, nevertheless, that is their banner. On the surface of it, they fight for their health, but it is actually a freedom fight against the de-legitimization of their rights.
Their army is:
- The workers
- Clinton’s deplorables
- Alt media readers
- Yellow vests
- They are almost comically anti-China
- You find anti-Zionists and Christian Zionists. (See Texas, Arizona and Florida removing investment in Univlever because Ben and Jerry’s Ice Cream stopped selling ice cream in the Occupied Territories).
- Most of the black population in the US, especially groups like BLM who are remaining anti-vax. A Federal employee named Lee suggested that census should go door-to-door looking for vaccine holdouts, and when someone without the shot is found, they “blow [the SARS-CoV-2] vaccine into them. Blow dart it into them!.”
- Large swathes of these groupings are convinced that they speak for all of humanity and are spectacularly misinformed, especially alt media one world government believers.
- Conspiratorial to the max.
- A few really clever and intelligent and educated high fliers in various aspects of health care. These are followed slavishly and passed along slavishly with no analysis – becoming instant ‘tube’ stars. Nobody asks them the hard questions.
- An interesting aspect of this faction is that it has internalized imperialist ideology and basically thinks that what other countries say is irrelevant, unless they are in their own Western sphere. There is a real resistance to even know what others do, (excepting, everything is China’s fault).
- In the beginning the great cry SARS-CoV-2 (Covid-19) does not exist appeared in this grouping, while we now know it does and it is becoming very clear who made it. Today, it is delta does not exist.
This is such a good example of the complete false information spread in this faction:
The world media had been naming new strains according to their place of origin: “Brazilian”, “British”, “South African” and, as a rule, this did not meet with objections. When a new strain arose in India, and the world media began to call it “Indian” by analogy with the others, voices began to be heard in India that it was racism. It is difficult to say whether this was a politically-inspired or government campaign, or only the views of individual ultra-radicals, but one way or another, due to the political correctness of the WHO, it began to use the letters of the Greek alphabet to describe the strains. (Whether this constitutes racism towards the Greeks is a separate question.)
This is of course why Delta exists and why it is not called the Indian strain.
Faction 3 – The quiet ones
These are the knowledgeable, the educated; they may be accepting of vaccinations or not; and this group wants to discuss these events with smarts and sense in terms of how modern humanity should and can handle this global outbreak.
Discussions of therapeutics vs vaccinations or both or a different solution in a time of plague is a common discussion point in this group and they tend not to see the necessity for vaxxes, and strongly insist that other solutions exist, which of course they do. This group includes real committed physicians and medical staff who quickly had developed a number of treatment modalities and started speaking about early and effective treatments. This group acknowledged that we may be in extreme circumstances and for that, we must have a common conversation and real disclosure about vaccinations, but they also acknowledge that trust in the first group is Zero for good reason. This is the Faction that asked: “Hey, what’s in that vaccine?” “We’re in a very serious health threat for all the world, so, 20% ingredients being ‘proprietary’ does not satisfy me.” “Either respond to a global emergency or I consider you questionable.” “Why did the animals in the original animal studies die?” “What is the confidence level that these substances will not cause long term harm if they have not been subject to long term tests?” You see where I am going with this? And never did I find an answer to even the first question, except for the Sputnik-V vaccines and to my astonishment, quite open on Wikipedia. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sputnik_V_COVID-19_vaccine.
Punitive action, cancellation and complete disdain was and still is shown by Faction One and Faction two against this group because insisting on quality information without hysterics is verboten.
Most of the SARS-CoV-2 (Covid-19) memes (new media and alt media) spread like hotcakes in the Western sphere. The newly developed Factions created an instant steaming social microcosm. Because these groupings exist without, in the main, strong medical, virology, epidemiology and such backgrounds, their works soon became shared delusions based on common grievances, the embrace of conspiracy theories, and other politically relevant affinities. This lead to retardation and devolution in the public discourse, to shaming and counter shaming and what we have today is savagery. The MSM and woke social groupings and niche media in the Western sphere split citizens into mutually distrustful sub-groups with incompatible visions and no unity. They agree on nothing much, excepting that China must be opposed and they want their freedom. How much do you think BLM (anti vax) and far right organizations (anti vax), agree on, and what do you think the concept of ‘freedom’ is in those diametrically opposed ideologies of hatred? Is this a ‘unity’ that has any hope for a future?
In fairness, despite the vast differences, the quality of the agreement is strong. The agreement is based on personal sovereignty or civilization, but it is early to say this. Just perhaps this unity could overcome differences, or at least agree on the most important human values.
Yet, on all sides we watched weaponized arrogance. Health became an expedient tool, yet Faction Two started educating themselves without, in many cases, the necessary logical basis for their stances and Faction Three learned and studied. Many ‘evil ones’ were created by the Factions: Trudeau, Soros, Johnson, Ardern, Macron, Tam, Gates, Biden, Harris and CEO’s of Big Pharma and stories of table exercises of pandemics to confirm the so-called ‘planned nature’, without knowing that these table exercises are regular occurrences and regular exercises in every decent medical or epidemiological council of every country in the world, just like war gaming. All of a sudden, everything takes on the shape of ‘they’re coming to get us’.
It is a new reality and this is what the fight is all about.
Although most economists agree that a Western financial reset must happen, or is in the slippery slide of happening, this reset is as a result of years of mismanagement, moving to a financialized FIRE economy, kicking the financial can down the road with loading and re-loading supposed value on valueless commodities and creating new financial instruments out of old and already clapped out, in a mad rent-seeking scramble. So, in the West, they tried to use SARS-CoV-2 (Covid-19) as the reset. It is not working. We do not see B3 or The Klaus Schwab Reset working. We only see that the can cannot be kicked down the road any longer and that the resistance to the savage Covid control measures, whether driven by good logic or not, is becoming greater and greater.
- 9/11 was seen as a financial reset,
- The 2008 financial crash attempted to reset,
- and here comes a virus called SARS-CoV-2 (Covid-19) with its competing narratives and oh so quickly we start talking about the Great Reset, which is new fodder for the second Faction, and new narratives are born. They’re coming to kill us all. Readers, if ‘they’ wanted to kill us all, ‘they’ would not go to the trouble of using a bad vaccine. There are easier ways.
There was a background play here. People were coming together in their dislikes of their administrations and by hook or by crook this unity had to be broken. Now today, an underclass of non-vaccinated is being fomented and created because the Western sphere must have their enemy, even if it is their very own people. You must conform to the new ideology which this writing will argue is breaking down, or you will be thrown to the wolves, segregated as untermenschen. (This is happening in New York as we speak, as medical personnel is being dismissed, school bus drivers are being dismissed and replaced with national guard).
These, are political schisms and have nothing to do with health. Then, it is economic, because we see that the vaccinated will be advantaged economically. One can only wonder what might have happened had all vaccinations been made not for profit, but on a fair cost+ basis? But profit is mandated for the Big Pharma companies in this scheme.
So, the virus and the vax and health passport narratives were simply used to economically inculcate a shortage of action on Main Street, and an increase of action for Wall Street and in this way stave off or manage better, the pending economic collapse. Now, this effort cannot move against the headwinds that the populations are creating. The economy in the West struggles to re-open and recover as mega inflation waits and the West is being kept afloat by printing money. Is it then a surprise that the political game was to pit one against the other to fight, while the economy was attempted to be reset in the favor of Wall Street?
Whatever you believe, it is clear that the deceptive part of the SARS-CoV-2 (Covid-19) management is indeed an attack on your health, your career, your life and your civil liberties, all in aid for propping up elites and Big Conglomerates. It piles the advent of a virus driven pandemic on top of an attempt to yet again make the Western economies survive. It is disaster capitalism (refer The Shock Doctrine, Naomi Klein).
But yeah, it is all for your health and for keeping you safe while the cops down in Australia and other places storm women and sit on them, choke them with choke-holds that cut off the carotid blood-flow, and violently arrest them. This is not normal. For your health, they will sit on you and arrest you – Can you say false flag health umbrella – because now we do not have a SARS-CoV-2 (Covid-19) pandemic, but a Pandemic of the Unvaccinated that the police sit on and choke, presumably for somebody’s health.
Yet, SARS-CoV-2 (Covid-19) still exists. It did and it does today. All false flags have some measure of reality, otherwise they will not be able to be sold to an unsuspecting population and in this case, the false flag is not the disease. If the public debate is not allowed, it is symptomatic of something that is deeply wrong. If fair conversation is ruled out, then something is really wrong. If the data has been polluted both in terms of SARS-CoV-2 (Covid-19) cases, in terms of SARS-CoV-2 (Covid-19) deaths, utilization of health care like beds in hospitals, in terms of vaccines and the reporting systems (VAERS etc) are open ended and can be manipulated, then something is really very wrong.
The divide and conquer strategy between Faction One and Faction Two was devastatingly effective. Public debate was thus forced into the dark corners of the small and frequently deplorable media and it returned from there with deep anger, political anger, economic anger, but health? Not much of that … it is anti or no-vax or hard pro-vax polarization and I want my freedom dammit! Only two polarized positions were possible and the third faction started withdrawing their voices.
What is the false medical flag? The Western economies were already in lockdown. The financial can cannot be kicked down the road any longer. The financialized economies that only benefit the MICIMAT, and not the Main Street dweller could no longer be bigger and better. It seemed fine capitalist policy to, under the guise of a virus, lock down Main Street to stop all commerce, to the benefit of Wall Street and change the economic balance between the people and the elites. As the governments underwrote the vaccine industry, there was a privatization of public assets and increased public debt.
In addition, this ponzi was an attempt to get a leg up on the fierce de-dollarization happening as we speak.
Yet, even in the midst of a global pandemic there was time for politicking as the West has many people that are not doing productive work and can put their efforts to work to implement the new normal. Does anyone know what the new normal is? Or are we being memed into distraction?
Neither Group One, nor Group Two can be taken seriously or believed.
Who do you think benefited from planting these memes in a divide and conquer strategic space. Of course the Big Pharma companies. These types are worse than the sellers of weapons of mass destruction and they do not follow any precautionary principle that is not enforced. (A good movie is The Constant Gardener, based on a John le Carré thriller, to understand the tactics). The break in the common discussion space benefited Big Pharma greatly. They could easily predict how big their market was, and proceeded with second or third shots to start using up their vaccine manufacturing potential while threatening smaller countries. But they were not as good at spinning up a new vaccine industry, and in Japan, people died from badly manufactured vaccines where the vials deposited glass fragments into the substance. That was fresh meat for the ‘they’re coming to kill us’ faction and in stark comparison with Zone B countries, who actively developed anti-virals, while existent anti-virals in the West were restricted to further benefit major Wall Street Big Pharma Behemoths. (It is not strange that Japan then re-certified Ivermectin for SARS-CoV-2 (Covid-19) treatment).
Vaccine manufacturers have been granted legal indemnity should they cause harm. The USA’s Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act (PREP) grants immunity until at least 2024.
The EU’s product licensing law does the same, and there are reports of confidential liability clauses in the contracts the EU signed with vaccine manufacturers.
The UK went even further, granting permanent legal indemnity to the government, and any employees thereof, for any harm done when a patient is being treated for SARS-CoV-2 (Covid-19) or “suspected SARS-CoV-2 (Covid-19)”.
An Albanian vaccine purchase contract was leaked and this suggested that Pfizer at least, made this indemnity a standard demand of supplying SARS-CoV-2 (Covid-19) vaccines:
Purchaser hereby agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless [ the Vaccine Supplier ] from and against any and all suits, claims, actions, demands, losses, damages, liabilities, settlements, penalties, fines, costs and expenses
Did you know that the vaccine supply contracts in many cases prohibited the use of any other existent or new anti-virals or repurposed medications effective for SARS-CoV-2 (Covid-19)? Governments were locked in and while their citizens begged for existent repurposed anti-virals, the only solution that was proffered was and still is being proffered, is vaccines. Forced vaccinations. Big Pharma and Wall Street and any small health company are laughing all the way to the bank. Yes, the smaller and alternative health companies benefited tremendously whether they were canceled or in some cases canceled themselves to simply change their business strategy.
Indemnity was not the only issue though. Some countries had to pledge assets from their wealth funds to obtain vaccines while being prohibited under contract from using anything else. Talk about fascist Big Pharma.
It is thus that 2020 has brought forward the Demise of the West, where capitalism seeks profits under the guise of a false health flag.
Let’s now contrast this with Zone B, the term that we use as a placeholder for anything non-hegemon or the resistance countries that were dealing with these very same SARS-CoV-2 (Covid-19) problems.
When vaccines arrived in earnest, the world political game started in earnest. The strong Western contingent in the WHO would not approve of Russian or even the initially less effective Chinese vaccines. This is the percentage of vaccine acceptance currently, if you homogenize the world’s population: Only 10% of the world’s population has taken the first dose of vaccine. Something is not working for the governments and their Big Pharma contingents here, despite the marketing, the incentives offered or the efforts at making vaccines mandatory.
The West was struggling to implement their economic plans, their citizens became more and more ungovernable, and at least China and Russia said no thank you to the Scary Reset, from the outset. In reality, they did not even say no thank you, they just laughed in their sleeves and those words would not pass their lips. Countries that did not want to be involved, or are under sanctions or blockades made their own vaccines. Refer Cuba.
In the West, this was time for memes. Despite the resistance from Faction Two as described, the memes that became ubiquitous still consist of mindless repeating of the China virus, or the they wanna kill us all or it is all a one world government plot.
What did the resistance countries do? We do not see major street action as we now see in London, Berlin, Australia and now Israel, the most vaccinated country in the world that now needs jab number four to be considered fully vaccinated. While the virulent alt-media in the Western sphere whipped up the fires of revolt, the US is still mainly revolt and street action free but oh do they rejoice in street action in other countries. They look to me like wussies, cheering on the others to fight their fight for them while they speak up in school board meetings only.
Why do we not see this in the more mature Zone B countries?
In China for example, there is more of a communal bottom-up decision making and consequently more trust in their government. This is existential and a difference in civilizational mores.
China immediately devised clear policy, which was Zero SARS-CoV-2 (Covid-19) and immediate spot lock-downs at local spot outbreaks, excellent follow-up with contact tracing, their testing worked as they instituted quality standards and quality controls and knew that their accuracy was between 70 and 90%. They appointed a select number of companies that were allowed to manufacture tests and selected transporters for the tests. They streamlined their testing procedures, brought their testings labs into hospitals for quick turnaround and one of their quality measures was that tests needed to be assessed in the laboratory within 4 hours of being taken. They also went back to the laboratory, created new and different tests and combined their health and treatment protocol with Traditional Chinese Medicine. They developed new anti-viral medication. In other words they created an industry while dancing on the head of a pin, quickly, effectively and acceptable to their citizens.
In addition, they lectured the physicians at John’s Hopkins on these methods. You never knew this, did you, as nobody paid attention because Faction building was more important.
In contrast, Western governments fuddled forth in complete incompetence without policy.
Tests worked for China as China spun up the industry. And they tested and retested and now we have rapid tests, new tests, and a massive new industry developed.
China has just reached a billion people that are partially or fully vaccinated. Their approach was health first, economy second, and as we all know, their economy is still thriving.
Of course, the west cannot accept this as superior management or clear policy and objective setting with superb follow-through. It is China’s fault that the US could not do this. Of course, vaccination in China is neither mandatory nor compulsory. Of course, everything remains China’s fault.
“Why Does the United States Have 448 Times More SARS-CoV-2 (Covid-19) Cases Than China?
Check out the SARS-CoV-2 (Covid-19) data (updated daily) posted at WorldOMeter. I do not know what your reaction will be, but I was stunned by the numbers. China has one of the lowest infection rates and death rates attributable to SARS-CoV-2 (Covid-19). The United States, in stark contrast, has one of the highest in the world. Are we to believe that China has a better vaccine regimen? Does this mean that China has a far superior health care system than the United States? Perhaps.
But I think these numbers point to something far more sinister–it is circumstantial evidence that China deliberately targeted the United States, Western Europe and Latin America with the virus.”
What did Russia do? Russian people felt more relaxed from the early days they had their functional anti-viral medications. They developed 4 new vaccines, 3 new anti-viral medications (I believe excellent and effective products). The Russian vaccines are being used in something like 70 countries and re-manufactured in some of those. They tried to do a vaccine mandate, the Russian people would not have it, so Mr. Putin declared that vaccination is neither mandatory nor compulsory. They counted correctly, so they could and still do manage outbreaks with the dead-simple R0 metric. Together with excellent reporting on size of outbreak, where, when, how and what to do, their process was completely different from China, but the one standout aspect, is that the Russian people (while grumbling) mainly understood and did not consider that their state is against them (confirmed by recent election results).
Russia followed a mixed approach, supported its citizens with financial support as best they could. They were certainly not as draconian as China with their epidemiology and health policies, but have this SARS-CoV-2 (Covid-19) epidemic under control so far. (Excepting in the last few days their SARS-CoV-2 (Covid-19) cases are increasing.) Now, before I hear the claims about SARS-CoV-2 (Covid-19) cases, they count properly in Russia, so, for Faction Two, there is no need to tell us what a case is, or is not. In Russia, in contrast to the Western bloc, a case is properly diagnosed and not an opportunity for a government grant or bigger claim for hospitals treating the conditions.
Russia, with the assistance of their Sovereign Health Fund, went back to the research laboratories in a big way.
Just recently The Gamaleya Research Institute of Epidemiology and Microbiology announced that they have a highly effective new vaccine that is now in test … “For the first time, a vaccine has been developed that is effective simultaneously against influenza A subtype H1, influenza A subtype H3, influenza In the Yamagata line, influenza In the Victoria line and SARS-CoV-2 (Covid-19).” The Gamaleya Center managed to create vaccines against all five viruses based on a single vector (based on serotype 5 adenovirus) and using a single technology, which allows them to be produced fairly inexpensively in similar cycles and mixed into a combined vaccine. This is a real breakthrough!
Moreover, if necessary, the technology allows you to easily change the vaccine to new variants of viruses, as well as quickly adapt it for almost any other enveloped single-stranded RNA viruses (influenza and coronavirus belong to this type).
From this description, let us look at another cringeworthy Western moment.
The question is why does Putin think vaccination is the solution? Is there no adverse vaccine effect database in Russia, or is it understated and ignored as in the West? Has no one told Putin about the successful use of Ivermectin in India to control the virus? Has Putin not been told that the Tokyo Medical Society has endorsed Ivermectin? https://www.paulcraigroberts.org/2021/08/28/tokyo-medical-society-endorses-ivermectin/ The same questions can be asked about heads of other governments.
The reality of course is that Russia has its own anti-virals and treatments for SARS-CoV-2 (Covid-19). Three of them, to be precise and developing more. And to the dismay of anyone that actually gets it, the Russian vaccines (and the Chinese vaccines) are not displaying the adverse effect rates as with the modern Western developed vaxxes.
Yet, with all of that, the advice from the Valdai Club to Russia is as follows and I deeply disagree that more vaccines are the answer:
As a result, against the background of all these unfulfilled optimistic medical predictions (as a political scientist, however, I quite understand their use as strategies to placate society), a simple non-physician is tempted to make his own prediction. If we draw an analogy between the mutations of the coronavirus and the mutations of the influenza virus, then from a purely logical point of view it will be necessary to say that the world is waiting for a chronic pandemic of the coronavirus, that this pandemic will always exist. It will erupt and fade, just like flu epidemics, but it will always be. At least until the moment when some new virus replaces SARS-CoV-2 (Covid-19)-19, as SARS-CoV-2 (Covid-19) itself has practically pushed the influenza virus out of the global population. And if there is always an epidemic, then it is clear that introducing lockdowns forever, with each new outbreak happening 2-3 times a year, is by no means an option. Therefore, humanity must learn to live with this chronic pandemic. And constantly (perhaps 2-3 times a year) to develop new vaccines and mass produce them.
I don’t know about you dear reader, but I do not want to live in a world where I need 3 jabs a year (or a few sniffs and snorts) for some level of safety or to remain alive.
You can now sniff your booster: World’s first aerosolized inhalable SARS-CoV-2 (Covid-19) vaccine moves toward approval, ‘better effects as booster’
Recently, in China, Xi Jinping laid down the law. It is not very visible in the news sources that he instructed his medical and research cadres to find a way to eradicate this scourge, which leads to cartoons as follows:
I would say, Valdai Club, go away. It is not normal for the human population to have to take 3 jabs a year to survive.
Xi Jingping, yes, eradicate.
What did Cuba do? They developed their own vaccine, in fact with very limited resources they developed four different vaccines, and people trust the vaccines. They are gifting to other Latin American countries as best they can. They followed the best of masking and cleaning policies that were available to them, because they are under blockade. China and surrounding countries flew in plane loads and ship loads of equipment to Cuba, and Cuba reciprocated by sending their doctors to fraternal countries to assist. The main Cuban vaccine, Abdala, is now being delivered to Vietnam and other countries are interested. Cuba says that they took time, tested thoroughly and there is no reason for the WHO to hold up registration of their vaccines. (Knowing the composition of the WHO, it would be a miracle if any Cuban vaccine gets registered at the WHO).
What did Mexico do? (Arguably a young Zone B country – Refer CELAC) Well, they bought Russian vaccines to start with but they have somewhat of a mix. In addition, they unified as opposed to divide their citizens. There is nobody out in public without a mask, they follow hand sanitizing routines different from other countries but everyone is walking around with a little spray bottle of medical alcohol, as they admitted from the outset that they are not a rich country and cannot implement expensive methods. Supermarkets instituted cleanliness routines and grocery carts were wiped down with alcohol before anyone used them. They had hand sanitizing and temperature measurement routines at the doors. They also locked down with one proper lockdown but supported their citizens. Vit D3 and Vit C appeared on well stocked supermarket shelves as well as Ivermectin can be bought over the counter – no questions asked.
Whereas in the West, masks became a symbol of division, in the Latin Americas masks became a symbol of unity against a virus, not a symbol of governmental repression and subsequent revolt against a government.
The major differences
In the West there was utter mistrust, a deep erosion of trust of governments who implemented disaster capitalism and political disunity and uncertainty, where the profit motive exceeded the health issues by orders of magnitude.
In the Zone B countries there is unity.
The second most major difference that became clear during time is that the adverse reactions of the vaccines in Zone B are within small tolerances and all external countries that use them, report almost no immediate adverse reactions. I could not believe my own statement and widely consulted with China watchers in China to confirm what I am saying here. No, they are not dealing with extreme adverse reactions and their population accepts their vaccinations without being coerced.
In none of these countries are vaccines mandatory but the cohesion between state and citizen stands out clearly. And people are not falling over dying of enlarged hearts, massive clusters of all kinds of cancers that present as mature are not found, blood clots are not being reported and young people are not complaining of being sterilized with these vaxxes.
(In all fairness, we have to bear in mind that we have testimony of these conditions from many ordinary doctors but we do not have overwhelming proof that these are all vaccine related. On the other hand, we cannot rule it out).
China, we know is functional economically.
Mr. Putin just reported that Russia is in full recovery economically even while they still have Covid outbreaks although Russian citizens will not see and feel it immediately. The recession caused by the coronavirus epidemic has been completely overcome, the president said.
Western countries are so committed to their flawed policies that they now have to come up with all kinds of gifting methods (like a kids toy in a McDonalds Happy Meal) to try and roll out their vaccines. Now they are making threats and using fascist techniques to hide their own death squads. For example, Justin Trudeau says that vaccine passports are “all about” rewarding certain freedoms to people who have “done the right thing”— and that those who “still resist” simply won’t get to enjoy those same freedoms. Aussie PM offers lockdown-frustrated people ‘gift’ of getting their lives back by Christmas, but with QR codes & other measures in place. (Btw, same promise he made last year).
Underneath this lies the vaccine purchase contracts. This is a money play and not a health play. It is not even an economic play, but is hard money extraction. Once it is a money play, it becomes a political play.
The MSM cannot disguise the vaccine adverse events any longer. They cannot disguise the case of Israel, the highest and earliest vaccinated population in the world, with currently a peaking rate of SARS-CoV-2 (Covid-19) from vaccinated people. What good are these vaxxes then? But, they cannot stop, as the money underlying their vaccine policies is too big to fail and if they stop now for a more realistic approach, Wall Street is in danger and the lovely grab bag of government handouts to Big Pharma will cease. It is typical where cash is spent for ‘friends in high places’ and this vaccine development was rushed, and is a clear Wall Street move. Please note that the Trump administration already signed this into action on 19 September 2019. This date raises a huge question but is not the focus of this writing:
Donald Trump signs Executive Order 13887, establishing a National Influenza Vaccine Task Force whose aim is to develop a “5-year national plan (Plan) to promote the use of more agile and scalable vaccine manufacturing technologies and to accelerate development of vaccines that protect against many or all influenza viruses.” This is to counteract “an influenza pandemic”, which, “unlike seasonal influenza […] has the potential to spread rapidly around the globe, infect higher numbers of people, and cause high rates of illness and death in populations that lack prior immunity”.
Monies given to the pharmaceuticals reached exorbitant and extraordinary amounts. In some cases, out and out loans where the purported repayment is shadowed, some grants and mostly as an exchange, i.e., money paid upfront for vaccines delivered in future. Can you see that these are convoluted and there is no payback, excepting from the pocket of Main Street or from the money printer?
This is today (time of writing)
- And now, Norway has terminated all Covid restrictions and downgraded Covid to a ‘strong flu’ and they will not implement health passports.
- In Sweden Covid restrictions are scheduled to end at the end of September.
- The Danish government is ending Covid restrictions.
- The President of Croatia has also declared that they will not vaccinate anymore.
- In the US, the ‘Spartacus COVID Letter’ is going viral.
- In Australia they are still beating up people and various levels of restrictions still exist in various places.
- In South Africa, the business bureau has joined hands with the tourist restaurant business and are giving discounts for tourists that show their vaccination cards but no more restrictions.
- News is just in that Japan is set to lift all virus emergency steps nationwide.
- The Police Commissioner of New South Wales has refused to enforce the state’s vaccine passport mandate, revealing that officers will not be checking people’s vaccination status in restaurants, clubs or bars.
- And in Germany, there is this innovation to speed up admission controls. Vaccinated and recovered students and employees at the Leibniz University of Hanover will in the future wear colorful armbands.” One hardly needs a great knowledge of modern history to find this abhorrent.
- The international organization set up to handle vaccine donations and the cost basis vaccines, just defrauded Venezuela again. Venezuela is accessing vaccines produced in China, Cuba and Russia. $120 million transferred from Venezuela’s government to Covax for vaccines was blocked as a result of U.S. sanctions.
- In Singapore, there is an explosion of covid-related diseases after reaching 81% vaccination rate. The report from there indicates that it is antibody dependent amplification as a result of vaccines.
- Telegram banned the largest Italian anti-vaccination channel with 40K followers.
- YouTube announces that they deleted a million ‘anti’ videos
- Slovenia are out protesting vaccine passports on the same day that they pause the J&J vaccine because of adverse reactions
- Oh yes, let’s not forget, it is all China’s fault and the anti-China media is reporting brutal and forced and repressive vaccination methods in China. Of course, the Chinese people do not know anything about this but who cares, the message of forced vaccination seems to irritate people, so, let’s use it as propaganda.
This does not resemble a global ‘plan’ whatsoever, but what it resembles is chaos. The West is permanently operating in crisis mode. There is no management of anything. If there was a ‘plan’ it is certainly now not being followed. But the alt-media keeps saying it is a global nefarious plan.
Let us be not entertained here, but informed. The questions are:
Has the dam broken? Whoever is not vaccinated now, will not comply. Are the governments beginning to comply with their citizens? Or have they figured that the Great Reset is just not working and no vaccine mandate or Big Pharma contractual obligation will satisfy the citizens? Are these governments realizing that they are in very deep trouble?
What is dead, the Great Reset, or Covid? There is no cohesion in the ranks of countries. They are all doing their own thing, and some of them are doing similar things. Is ‘warp speed’ hitting the ground at warp speed?’
At this stage, let’s tell the Belarus story. What did Belarus do? Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko said last month via Belarusian Telegraph Agency, BelTA., that World Bank and IMF offered him a bribe of $940 million USD in the form of “Covid Relief Aid.” In exchange for $940 million USD, the World Bank and IMF demanded that the President of Belarus:
• impose “extreme lockdown on his people”
• force them to wear face masks
• impose very strict curfews
• impose a police state
• crash the economy
How true this report is I cannot say. We have not seen any denials. If it is true for Belarus, then it is true for the rest of the world! South Africa accepted a very similar package from the IMF and moved to the Western sphere of influence and were invited to the last G7 meeting – they received their lollipop. So perhaps we are short of, or questioning details here, but we know the tactics. The IMF and World Bank want to crash every major economy with the intent of buying up every nation’s infrastructure at cents on the dollar! Just exactly the same as how Big Pharma wants assets from Sovereign Wealth Funds to pay for vaccine tranches. This has nothing to do with health, but is political and economic and flies under a false flag health banner.
This is deathly for those that get infected with Covid. Bear in mind this is not simply a death rate but also an issue of many ill people. Can you imagine a defense force anywhere in the world that is riddled with Covid?
So, who is making money here from this vaccine push?
China is making money as they jumped to the task of manufacturing those items needed to support a health initiative world wide. Manufacturing went to Main Street, and not Wall Street.
Russia is making money as they jumped to the task to support the manufacture and sales of vaccines with capital from their Sovereign Wealth Fund as well as agreements for other countries to manufacture. India for example had to tumble against the West and they are manufacturing Russian vaccines and have reopened the use of Ivermectin in some provinces. Manufacturing went to state-supported orgs and private initiatives, both Main Street and Wall Street.
In the West, the conglomerates, e-tailers, vaccine manufactuers and delivery companies are making money. Wall Street, and not Main Street. Main Street was shut down and as we can see from Belarus and South Africa, the disaster capitalism ‘jackals’ moved in.
This shows in more detail how this happened: https://thephilosophicalsalon.com/a-self-fulfilling-prophecy-systemic-collapse-and-pandemic-simulation/?fbclid=IwAR3j0XY3ak4Sll7kzk6J8RedJF-r0Wtw_wrLjVRq97Pst89q6vIdfMwdOT8
Forbes made it easy for us to figure out who makes money here. You will find a preponderance of Chinese companies because they managed the outbreak and went back to work.
Vaccine conglomerates out of the West started with a vicious disaster capitalism campaign, and we have clear evidence that the Big Pharma companies will not take liability for their own products, but governments must do so, in order to be allowed to buy tranches of vaccines. In certain instances, we heard from South American countries that they had to pledge assets from their sovereign wealth funds in order to procure vaccines.
Internationally, the vaccine wars started – economically and politically. Both Russia and China on various occasions said that we are dealing with a global phenomenon here, and we have to handle it globally. But those words went nowhere. Faction One continued with their politics and economic actions.
Russia’s very good vaccines are treated the same as their athletes, shunned!. Yet, 70 countries use them, and they are being manufactured in a number more.
China with initially less effective vaccines is donating by the millions.
This whole episode brought vision to many countries, US assisted, in strange places, that have questionable US supported biological laboratories. Anna Popova, Russia’s sanitary watchdog chief says that these countries lost their biological and epidemiological sovereignty and that this involves very, very high risks for Russia. https://tass.com/society/1341027
Let’s move to the end, although it is not nearly the end.
As 9/11 brought in the Patriot Act, the advent of SARS-CoV-2 (Covid-19) is attempting to create nothing less than a biosecurity state, a full enhancement of the Patriot Act and managed not by laws but by decrees.
This is no less than re-engineering the system of governance in favor of big conglomerates. This is now who runs part of the world. There is no sovereignty, there is no democracy and most of all, there is no accountability.
But this time, the citizens are in revolt and many countries are becoming ungovernable, SARS-CoV-2 (Covid-19), or no SARS-CoV-2 (Covid-19). And no, it is not all coming from China and the CCP is not attacking the US via SARS-CoV-2 (Covid-19) and they have not infiltrated all US and Western societies and no, it is not a shadow government but it is real and prima facie. What is believed to be experimental drug therapies are peddled as vaccines that happen to wear off after 6 months requiring perpetual boosters shots for life. An Irish comment: “aye, if the SARS-CoV-2 (Covid-19) didn’t kill ya, the fourth or fifth booster did.”
Governments do not care. They have new masters re-engineering the complete system of governance in favor of conglomerates and the conglomerates and the money printer pays the bill. Your taxes are basically worthless. Conglomerates care not a whit about Main Street or your productive efforts to sustain yourself, but they care a lot about Wall Street, their big casino. This trajectory will not change unless the citizens refuse their governments, call tax revolts, and put sand in the gears of this new machine. The West now has a tough row to hoe. The citizens must change the governments that stand as lackeys to the conglomerates and get leaders that will not be bought off or scared off.
The no-vax grouping will not take vaccines on pain of death. I cannot blame them, because of the extreme adverse reactions with Western produced vaccines. What I am afraid of, is that the Conglomerates do not care one whit and will even support and supply the ‘on pain of death’. They have their legitimized and weaponized black-clad, testosteroned police forces to do their bidding, or as we see in New York now, the national guard is being deployed.
If people do not trust their governments, they do not trust their chief medical officers, they do not trust the vaccine companies, and are told to stay in their bubbles, and of course, with that level of non-knowledge, theoretical conspiracies are created faster than what you can say internet and passed along as so-called truth. The data stream is polluted. This is on top of the fact that vaccines are inherently leaky and decision making for the medical fraternity also became polluted. They could not be true to their own oath.
Western Economics and Political Games
It is not working. The Great Reset is a Great Deflation. The B3 (Build Back Better) is a joke. They could not do it at the best of times, and are unable or completely incompetent. It is a failure. Their banner that this all is for your good health has no more traction, and the other countries thrive.
And now, they are trying to crawl backwards.
- Antibody cocktail, touted by Trump as ‘cure’ for SARS-CoV-2(Covid-19), to be launched across UK next week for coronavirus patients – https://www.rt.com/uk/535168-covid-antibody-drug-trump/
- And the Israeli’s are now out in the streets. (No, unfortunately not for Palestine, but because for them it now takes 4 vaccinations to get the coveted green pass).
- It is an open secret in the MSM now that the efficacy of the vaccines (Western so far) against Covid lasts but a scant +- six months or so.
I cannot see that the vaccine mandates will last much longer as something has to give, but, we all still have to deal with SARS-CoV-2 (Covid-19). Yet, Big Pharma is in there already.
- I believe Pfizer came out with some therapeutic in the form of 2 anti-viral tablets. Most suspect that it is simply Ivermectin and it is jokingly called Pfizermectin.
- And lo and behold, Merck is following fast with their ‘pill’ and Roches as well.
Is this only marketing the next bigger and better product? People are hesitant to be shot up, so we will give them a friendly ‘pill’? That remains to be seen. My view (and there is support for this) is that they know that they may have made a big mistake with most vaccines and are desperately trying to recover in marketing prestige (medical doctors do not want to use their vaccine products any longer and it is only the revolving door between Western .gov and Western Big Pharma that keeps them going now).
My view is to break it down because there is no hope that the current systems can be built on. But these administrations double down as a favorite tactic.
The other three-quarters of the world.
Street revolts are not happening in Russia. This is not happening in China. There are relatively few Zone B countries where this is happening and the main difference is the cohesion of citizen and state. Where there is no cohesion, there is break-down. Western governments have proven themselves to be enemies of their citizens.
The second main difference simply is trust.
Here is the most spectacular difference. The Western countries started fighting their people. How dare they be susceptible to a virus but oh boy, what a crisis capitalism opportunity this is.
The other ¾ of the world started fighting a virus and supporting their people.
The rest of us that belong to the ¾ must now shun the West. It is these administrations that literally stop the world from dealing with a virus. Besides the reporting that their new whizzbang leaky vaccines are generally questionable, there is a set of therapeutics that actually work and many doctors that know how to apply them if allowed to do so. You also withheld medications and treatment modalities as well as your leaky vaccines to our friends like Iran, Venezuela and Cuba. This is what I will remember. Stop the Cuban blockade and release medications to Venezuela and Iran and others that are under your embargoes. This is not how one deals with a global pandemic if you actually want to deal with it and do not only see it as a profit-making opportunity. We will never get rid of this Covid, if you keep on denying the tools to others to do what they need to do.
The Western segment of our world must please understand that A Great Reset will be forced upon you now by your own actions. It will not be planned but will be a result of internal implosion and disintegration. The Green New Deal is nonsense, because even Boris Johnson is bringing in new small nuclear reactors (or so he says). Your power is gone. Your prestige is gone. Go home, break-up in peace and then the world may allow you back.
Please break it down! You have spectacularly once again failed the world by not doing what you should have done to help eradicate this scourge in our world. And the news is almost out as to Whodunit. To break it down does not mean joining the fashion of the ideal prepper. It means living in a way that your insane governments cannot disturb you if you cannot remove them. There is of course a way through it and parallel economies are being discussed. It is easier said than done, however.
For the rest of the world, well done! We are dealing with a scourge in our world without needing to attack our populations. We hear that the mRNA vaccines are just the cat’s meow in new technological development. It is quite telling that China is only now developing a mRNA vaccine and to be sure, they will test it properly.
This is what is true today:
MOSCOW, September 28. / TASS /. The chance that COVID-19 will be completely eliminated is getting smaller and smaller, while its seasonality will depend on further mutations and inoculations”, Andrei Chaplin, a microbiologist, Associate Professor of the Pirogov Russian National Research Medical University’s Department of Microbiology and Virology, stated on Tuesday.
“Earlier, people believed that we would be able to completely eradicate the infection as soon as herd immunity was achieved. But now, as time goes by, there remains less and less faith in this. For complete elimination, it is necessary, first of all, to immunize everyone, second of all, the vaccines must be highly effective regardless of the virus mutations. And here, we cannot yet make any predictions. Thirdly, we do not vaccinate children so far, and, finally, there is no guarantee that if [the virus] is expelled from the human population even for some time, it will not spread again from animals. Anyway, [COVID-19] is likely to stay with us for a long time,” Chaplin said on the Stopcoronavirus portal on TikTok.
For the world – we need to get our arms around the biomedical research that is being done today. Researchers are like Pavlov’s dogs – they only respond to the grant. We need to make a new international organization that actually reviews any research planned on the human population in advance. Research ethics need to be highlighted. I don’t know about you, but I do not want human genetics en-strangled in animal genetics and vice versa. I am happy to be a human but not to be a lab-developed breakthrough kind of creature.
You will not get the old normal back. None of us will. Adapt or die is the hard message. An interesting fact is that Catherine Austin Fitts came up with a definition of her Mr. Global, saying that these are the people that control the sea lanes and the satellite lanes. Assume for a moment that she is correct here and then you understand geopolitical issues like AUKUS. and the purported Freedom of Navigation exercises in the South China Sea and surroundings, and the recent war-games in the Black Sea and for example, the new Chinese space station slated to be a launching platform. With the change to multipolarity, all of these battles have to be won. We have to win SARS-CoV-2 (Covid-19), preferably Mr. Xi Jinping’s way – eradicate it.
You tell me: If we could start all over again, how would we eradicate a virus that has spread globally?
By the way, thanks to the author for providing the Spartacus reference. I’ve been busy lately, so hadn’t come across it yet, but that was by far more informative and factually correct than anything I’ve read lately. I’ll be redistributing that widely.
I would reconsider – that is not a recommendation as I can tear that apart in three hot minutes. So, before you ditribute, make sure that the details are acutally fitting. Many do not.
Awesome piece of work. Excellent. Important. Vital resource.
Well-done. Stands alone as a valuable piece of analytic journalism.
Thank you Apogee for your article!
I am part of Faction 3 (Unvaccinated and feel that mRNA technology is too early to be trusted) living as a citizen of the Netherlands (originally from zone B, sub-section Axis of Evil).
At the moment you are allowed here to go to crowded supermarkets and do shopping at indoor malls and travel through crowded train stations without any measures, but you are not allowed to sit, eat and drink at cafes, restaurants, movies, etc without having proof of vaccination or negative PCR test…..you can’t make this up! …From this month PCR tests will cost around 65 to 90 euros required for anyone unvaccinated who wants to travel within Europe.
If this continues, and restrictions are tightened even more for people like me, I will consider to relocate to a zone B country that does not have these restrictions. My expertise is needed across the globe and with my connections I can easily find work.
An interesting question: if you have been able to convince 80 to 85 % of your population to get vaccinated, isn’t that enough for herd immunity, or do the authorities not care about herd immunity and science? Why are you punishing the rest of the 20 to 15% of the population ?
And if COVID-19 turns out to be like the flu in terms of yearly recurrence and mutation, will you keep forcing booster shots on the population?
Either there is (1) a combination of major corruption/greed and madness going on or there is some kind of (2) plan/agenda…..or (3) a combination of all of the above.
I agree in general.
Do you think that the science part is reasonable? I resonated with the explanation on iron and hypertension in particular. Thanks
1 – os tratamentos com drogas já conhecidas (e sem a proteção de patentes) são bloqueados;
2 – as vacinas do bloco não ocidental, com tecnologias antigas, conhecidas e seguras são bloqueadas.
Temos, então, um dolo eventual?
Chamo a atenção para outros fatos:
a) todas as CENTENAS de estudos científicos publicados em reconhecidos repositórios de publicações científicas sobre as ditas substâncias (não as vou nominar, para evitar censura) são solenemente ignoradas pela mídia ou, ainda, refutadas sobre o argumento de que seriam os ditos estudos contaminados por “falhas metodológicas”, aliás, não vislumbradas pelo diversos corpos de responsáveis pela aceitação das publicações, nem pelos pares, quando os estudos são revisados(e são vários os que se submeteram a esse crivo);

Thanks for the excellent article.
I only make a provocation.
In the general theory of criminal law, intent is subdivided into two basic types: direct intent and eventual intent.
In direct intent, the individual wants to commit the crime: João fires his firearm to kill Maria.
In indirect intent, the individual predicts the criminal result of his action (which has another finalistic direction) and even so practices it, therefore accepting the said result: João, predicting that speeding up his car in a crowd could cause several deaths, accepts them and speeds up, killing ten people.
In both cases there is crime.
Now, previous attempts to use mRNA vaccines, without the pressure of time, have resulted in deaths on an unacceptable scale. Take the case of the mRNA vaccine against dengue, tested in the Philippines: according to the news linked on the website below, the president of Sanofi himself is facing criminal charges.
In the article below, published in the prestigious journal Nature, those responsible alert to the fact that such technology must be adopted with extreme caution (given the various precedents) in diseases with a very low mortality, such as COVID-19, under penalty of provoking more damage than the disease itself:
In other words, the security standard must be very high.
Well, if IT IS PREDICTABLE that the use of mRNA vaccines WITHOUT carrying out all safety tests could cause deaths and damage to health on hitherto unacceptable scales (if vaccination is global) and the corporate elite decides to move forward with the practice, imposing vaccination, what do we have?
An eventual deceit?
Two simple findings crown this action:
1 – treatments with drugs already known (and without patent protection) are blocked;
2 – vaccines from the non-Western block, with old, known and safe technologies are blocked.
Do we have, then, an eventual deceit?
I draw your attention to other facts:
a) all HUNDREDS of scientific studies published in recognized repositories of scientific publications on said substances (I will not name them, to avoid censorship) are solemnly ignored by the media or even refuted on the argument that said studies are contaminated by “methodological flaws”, by the way, not glimpsed by the various bodies responsible for accepting the publications, nor by the peers, when the studies are reviewed (and there are several that were submitted to this scrutiny);
b) and if the media demands all this “scientific rigor” in relation to these so-called substances, why doesn’t it demand that same rigor when it comes to applying vaccines to a large fraction of the world’s population? Is there scientific rigor in such folly?
Data and numbers from Spain, Israel, USA etc. are available for anyone wanting to do the math.
Just get the data and do the math.
Look at the VAERS numbers, which are known not to reflect reality, as they represent only a fraction of the real problems that have occurred.
The objective of the Western corporate elite is profit and, despite the existence of scientifically safer actions, it has moved forward in a coordinated way in imposing vaccination with technology that had already (scientifically) proved to be flawed in previous attempts at development.
So, do we have a classic case of eventual intent?
Is the antivaxx “rabble” all wrong if it claims (with a slight change in the wording used in the text) that “they are coming to kill us”? I prefer to wear the sandals of humility when I refer to them.
I would be interested in seeing that analysis as well then.
Great article overall.
The Spartacus Letter is very interesting in terms of the science. As far as I can understand it as a layperson, it makes the most sense of anything I’ve read. And what the true co-morbidities are.
The letter is rabidly Anti China conspiratorial and this undermines what is useful about it.
So my conclusion is that its more of an internal US political propaganda tool than anything but hopefully with enough good science to be of some use.
Thank you for writing this. At last. As much clarity as is really possible in this swirl of noise and delusion and fear. I try to find an optimistic long-term view, and however unreasonable that may prove to be, evidence is that this is better for my mental and physical health, and immune response!
Optimism here is founded in the inevitable collapse of the incompetent hegemonic madness into a mess of proto-fascist thrashing. It is over. The rest of the planet has a chance. The rest of the planet manifests in a more or less HUMAN way at least, with all the variations and disagreements inevitable around the family dinner table.
It needed to end. Hegemons are never forever (thankfully) but the endings are very dangerous and this is now a damage limitation process for the Human among us – I do not accept that the leaders acting within the hegemonic structure are technically Human any longer (if they ever were.) If you do not believe in the Human Soul then you do not worry too much about selling it! These creatures act like psychopathic demons.
The less the 3/4 of the world that is basically sane has to do with the 1/4 that is sinking into a self- destructive, and terminal psychosis the better. Unfortunately I live in that 1/4…
As to your very appropriate question, paraphrased as “what if it happens again, really for real” (since there is no starting over again):
We have learned a lot this time. We know a lot about what NOT to do. We are learning more. China has demonstrated much of what TO DO, as has Russia, Cuba, Etc. Clearly a global threat needs a global response and those who refuse to play nice globally will self-isolate politically, and refuse all solutions that they cannot own and profit from… quarantine of those regions is the only answer.
Hegemonic aspirations are also a form of virus and one that also needs quarantine if it cannot be deflated gently by the mature economies with adults in the planning room.
1) The profit motive must be eliminated when addressing global threats and all must contribute what they can to the effort (*sounds a bit like a functional Communism but at the Global level and with end-goals*)
2) Research must be accelerated with the best minds globally brought together to address the common threat with resources allocated in the most efficient ways possible – interesting in this regard to look at the joint efforts to develop Fusion Power where mini-economies have been evolved to handle resource allocation between multi-country teams of scientists (happens to be in France)
These scientists MUST be free to communicate without restriction and absent threat from within or without the academy
3) Inhumane policies and breakdowns in trust between the people and their representatives in government must be avoided like the plague itself, for they are a worse plague than that… at the global level, secret deals are out, transparency matters
It is a start…
In Russia, 9 days after the election, the government moves for vaccine mandates for all workers exposed to the public. University personnel, store clerks, and others are added to what used to be just medical personnel. Someone I know who works in an office somehow also falls into this, as well as someone who telecommutes to Moscow while enjoying the quality and cost of living of the province. No jab no job is the rule of the land here. restaurants are still open to the great unvaxxed, but public events, gyms, pools, movie theaters and other indoor events, are not. Mandate to start Oct. 15, which is insufficient to get jabbed, as there is a 3 weeks lag between shots.
Government also says that any vaccine validity is temporary, opening door for anything from long term to permanent booster shots. No prizes for guessing which way a viral (rapidly evolving) disease will go. Also of note, (anecdotal evidence ahead) talking to people here shows that it is the youth who will reluctantly get vaxxed. They have to have access to the fitness and the basketball arena. It is the pensioners who shrug and keep going with their life, since they were not going anywhere regardless. The middle aged will have to get vaxxed as they have children to support. They will call in sick and stay home for 3 weeks afterward, which will definitely be good for an economy that is not doing well. I talk to both main groups, those who think standards of living have been slipping in the last 3 years, and those who thing that they have been slipping for 5.
A glancing look at euromomo.eu shows clearly there never was any covid excess mortality below age 45, in any Euro country in any wave. Those at risk are the elderly. I have to wonder if the set of incentives is the creation of someone very stupid, or very intelligent.
This statement “Mr.Putin declared that vaccination is neither mandatory nor compulsory” in the excellent article cannot be reconciled with the comments posted by DRB. Which are the true situation in Russia? Is there anywhere in the world where individual freedom remains?
The Statement from Mr.Putin is correct.
DRB’s comments? I read a lot of Russian information, and I would ask for some links here. Just the fact the euromomo.eu is quoted must tell us something.
A general perspective here … the data stream is polluted. Take any numbers that anyone gives you with a sack of salt.
drb is a badge – carrying TROLL.
Or perhaps I just live in Samara and report from here, no? Since you gave me the opening, here is more.
A most striking thing for me, as far as I can tell (my russkyi yazik is far from perfect), is how the debate in the media follows strict Western guidelines. As a scientist, I understand that all biological phenomena derive from evolutionary principles. Perfectly solid biological facts, such as natural immunity (a condition that affects some 99% of the population), are just erased from the debate. Natural immunity is provided by a system (the immune system) which is faster at evolving (adapting) than the rapidly evolving viri. Further, based on evolutionary principles viri necessarily evolve to less lethal versions of themselves.
I see no mention of mitigating supplements, no mention of cheap drugs (although I admit I have been quite busy in the last month and not scanning the media much). De facto, most of the population is unaware of those things. they would much prefer to avoid this dangerous thing (the vaccine), since it is generally speaking quite a mild affliction (the disease). Word of mouth will still convey that.
You should have zero doubt that some (all I spoke to) of these people are told no jab no job. I went to a market with one of them yesterday and we spoke at length. She has a daughter, single, so she will vaxx. She is hoping to use her prior certificate for allergies to postpone it, but they are telling her she will have to go to the doctor every 14 days. Things do change because new orders are always coming in, if interested I will keep you posted.
So I am distressed at the body language of the elites. Forced, open ended vaccines, introduced, Western style, right after an election, against the overwhelming opinion of the population, a falsified debate full of “experts” (take a good look at the link below), could very well mean the installation of a permanent and very deep mean for social control. Not only I reject Katerina’s accusation, I think that people like her, that do not understand that people will want the vaccine if they see that their life is threatened, are the practical (if not moral) equivalent of those who consider us livestock.
There are possible attenuating circumstances for the elites (I will post about them if the thread continues). I could not check all the info in this long link, but what I could check checks. You will probably not finish reading it but you will get an idea of the pre-election covid official situation
DRB just lost my vote…..
He cites a western source for possibly explosive news about life in Russia…..
I have relatives who live in Siberia, Ekaterienburg, and St. Petersburg….
Not a peep about the matters he triumphantly claims to exist…
I have friends in St. Petersburg, Vladivostok, Denpr, Luhansk, and Volgograd. Again nothing….
You want me to believe the worst of matters Russian?? Cite Russian sources!
Sorry for losing your vote. Here you go. Workers were told on the 28.
I don’t believe this is true.
Over the last decade+, I have ‘met’ a number of Russians, motivated by curiosity about what the heck is going on around the Black Sea, and a newfound (in my old age) interest in energy markets, and the arc of civilization. So, I have read the wisdom of Dmitry Orlov, JMG, the folks at The Oil Drum, a couple of eccentric videographers in Donetsk (the one on the right bank of the Don), Valentina Lisitsa, Andrei here, and others. Unfortunately, my language skills are limited, so I read in English. And Yandex does a poor job of translating Colonel Cassad and Kot Mota. The late Stephen F. Cohen was an inspiration. The current Press Secretary’s name came up in the Ukraine, I can’t currently remember how, but she did not inspire a high opinion of her character.
Anyway, the point is that by now, I know the difference between The Moscow Times and Ria Novosti. Some news sources are interesting and useful, and others are a waste of time.
And, in social media, I have met two or three Russians who share experiences in English, and can take the time to converse. It’s interesting to see how life is in lived the middle of Siberia, and see a thermometer reading -50 once in a while. Siberians are a tough lot of people.
The bottom line is this: Russians are not under any organized pressure to take the vaccine. It is somewhat available, but I’m not sure in what quantities. My Siberian friend had the disease, while some of their family had the vaccine, and others have had neither. (the disease is not fun, by the way)
But, there isn’t this ridiculous social-engineered and propaganda-driven pressure to accept “the jab” in Russia.
(From what I can gather technically, the Sputnik V shot is quite similar to the Astra-Zeneca jab in the West)
So, with the legal document posted, let me finish this thread (there is also the Tass communique’. Those of you able to use the google will probably also find that Perm and other oblasti are affected. If you have relatives in Russia, let them know that legal documents can be easily found on the web). I did not react more strongly to impolite challenges because I was myself stunned when I learned about it 6 days ago at dinner. But, if your worldview does not coincide with facts, you have to change it. While I have sometimes criticized this blog for being too ideological, I found myself being too ideological too in the face of new facts.
And the source for that ideology is the eternal hope that there is a place in the world which aligns itself with your ideals. There isn’t, and there never was. States distribute themselves on an authoritarian spectrum, and Russia is somewhere in there, by no means the best, but certainly better than most of the West. Democracy is a short lived, never attained childish dream developed during a historically short period when energy resources were constantly increasing. It is now over for good, along with those energy resources, specially in the West.
This is the second power grab by the elites in a few days, the first being the election themselves. Please see the discussion about the elections in Patrick Armstrong’s and Israel Shamir’s posts below (both can be considered Russophiles). I have yet to meet anybody who voted UR. I have met plenty of people who do not vote. Russian people understand that it is who counts the votes that matters. Whereas the elections were ignored (I can’t blame them), this second power grab has gone down less well with the populace, and the things they mutter under their breath may be a more permanent loss of trust (not that I could detect much before the elections). Obviously people understand that forcing a jab on a 24-yrs old back office secretary makes no sense, but this is what is happening here. And this is not the USSR, no job, you join the non-trivial population of homeless people.
Next thing to be watched, if you are interested in Russia’s internal politics, is where the huge profits coming from the world’s energy crisis are going to go. I expect Putin to give some to the masses to pacify them, although I notice that, for example, those extra rubles for extra children leave people totally unimpressed… it also does not matter whether Putin is directly responsible for the forced jabs, or he lost some internal struggle, the outcome is the same. Honestly, I think Putin deserves a statue for trying to insulate Russia from the world’s economy as much as possible. The decline in standards of living here is real, but it is not his fault that the decoupling could not be 100%. Still, Russia is financially and economically sitting pretty (and energetically of course), while China’s problems accumulate and the West is now rolling down the hill at great speed.
Somehow I found myself relating this sad but necessary discovery to the current state of affairs in Western Europe, where a quite cold, dark and expensive winter is coming. Russia is a superpower because it holds all the cards in the current geo-political situation, with energy considerations dominating all significant developments. Specifically it holds the ace of energy and the aces of various military technologies. It is not a superpower because of ideology, like SheSha never was. It is showing authoritarian tendencies that will follow a trajectory similar to the West whenever the energy will run out. You can see it in what I wrote above, and you can see it in the junk coming out of the boob tube, which I force myself to watch to try and improve my listening skills. The point of this paragraph being that reasoning with practical, resource-based principles will always get you closer to the truth than ideology will. Come spring, those of you who will be cold may find themselves having become less ideological.
You are not Russian and do not pretend to know something/anything about Russia! All your “information” with regard to Russia is picked up from “gutter press” i.e. “presstitudes”, so my advice to you is to go away from here and spread your garbage somewhere else, like some rabid Russophobic sites. There are plenty of these. This one is not one of them. You are not welcomed here.
Please apply the same words to yourself when it comes to commenting on the US.You are not American so can’t comment about it.Or do you just claim that about people commenting on Russia. If only Russians here are allowed to comment on Russia. We will have maybe a dozen comments a day here.
My comments on USA you can read in my essays, published here, These who want to comment on Russia need to have, first of all, an intelligence, and second, a proper information!!!
That was my point. Why would you get to comment on the US,not being US American. But attack drb for commenting on Russia, because they aren’t Russian. You can’t have it both ways.Otherwise that is called hypocrisy. I see reports from Russians that are similar to what drb wrote. And according to what drb said they live in Russia.I think if you get to comment on the US,drb gets to comment on Russia, everyone’s happy then.
To Uncle Bob
Happy?! What exactly do you mean by that? I do not need to be an American citizen to comment as to what is clearly going on in there at this moment in time. And I cannot have it both ways? What gave you that idea?!! Look, if you want to protect yourself against the justified stream of insurgence that is poured towards your country, which has absolutely asked for it, you would need to do better than attacking my comments.
I don’t care what you post about the US.I’ve probably posted a lot more about it myself.I care that you think you can tell others what they can post,as long as they follow the rules. That is a no go with me.You don’t seem to be able to see the hypocrisy in you doing that.So I’ll just leave it at that.
Quite the contrary. I have an affinity for these people (I had it before coming here, having worked with some Russians since 1989, but now I have it even more, because a lot of people helped me early on) and I feel for those who are getting a forced jab. They (and their dignity) are effectively being violated, and they see through this idea of vaccinating those not at risk, when those at risk will continue not getting vaccinated. Plus they inevitably know somebody who had covid, and was fine in a day or two, and/or somebody who got the vaxx and was sick for a couple of weeks.
It is normal to consider the russian people and the russian elites differently. If that is all you have, please shut up, or at least read what the governor said before spewing such animosity (it is not difficult to input a pdf into google translate). What I said they are doing, they are doing. There are plenty of people who read Russian here on thesaker. It is an honor for me to be the voice of those who helped me and feel kinship with.
Start all over? We still have evolution issues as a species. Should have stayed in the trees, with the birds and bees. There is no going back…..how about what lessons have we learned? Do we need the GOF labs playing Dr Mengle? GOF banned in the States so they buy/build GOF labs around China and Russia. Start there. Eliminate them.
Hungry was offered almost $1 billion from big Pharma to ‘follow the money’ then we see Australia official resigning now that it has been made public she was receiving 10s of millions of dollars to push the vaxx narrative. Are there others on the Pharma graft?? Rhetorical question.
Thanks for this Saker, kinda nice to have some common sense to read every now and then on the banned topic. Countries being coerced into giving up State Assets to Multi National Pharmacological Conglomerates to secure ‘needed’ medicine has naught to do with human health and more to do with inhumane wealth. No sure if this meets comment criteria, just throwin’ a few pennies out.
@sean the leprechaun
sigh :( how is it possible that no one get the Real Deal here? still nothing good except what is allowed, by them, for you, to know and we regurgitate it like redpill?!
sean the leprechaun, will it help if you know more ‘insider’ stuff? will it change Anything if you can know their entire ‘sequence of events’? what one Q will you want to know, definitely, so you can die in peace if the day of tomorrow wont come?
let me know, friend :)
do I really hv to warp speed fightclub 2.0?! :(
I recall, you said, friend ‘there is no freewill’ did i recall wrong?
btw what kind of god would hear the prayer of one who shun those around him crying or confused and acting out passive aggressive? (there are only children in the west, you agree?)
didnt their bible say, ‘as you sow you reap’?
of which, I hv probe, and nudge and point, anally, ‘seed’ to ‘fruit’ immutable law!
‘seed’ of climate change must reap ‘fruit’ of climate change, do I need to specifically point that out?!
anyway, in the post that did not make it – the circus is declared dead on 1 Oct, as said previously. I know ‘everything’ now. (i think – last piece of jigsaw fell on that date)
I will answer all your 3 Qs warp speed fightclub if you hv the ‘need’ to know :)
consider that my karmic payment back to you and your sis :) b4 I ceased to exist…
I got retired on Thursday, my circus is just beginning…..longing for 16REM…all Karmic debts accepted, even digital:)
Cheers, De Lepre
see ya in the Cafe
There is a wealth of data from a variety of sources both technical, opinion and anecdotal – text and video – to judge the credibility of the provider, especially nurses who speak passionately about their job experience pre and post 2019. There are major differences in approach to patient care by doctors and institutions once this pandemic kicked in according to these professionals.
The Spartacus publication on ZH was in fact a major event about a week ago and worth the read.
All information is good data even negative.
My personal experience after reading for 22 months on the subject is most of the generalizations come from those supporting the vaccine and the details / analysis – consistently from those apposed to vaccines – which is telling!
The congressional hearings where Rand Paul speaks and questions are always a treat – Fauci / HHS- Becerra et al – generalizations – none will answer detailed questions on follow up seriously and when they do, their prior statements are contradictory.
The fact that Ivermectin / HCY have either been banned or made difficult to acquire despite their effectiveness and decades of use, from what appears – so that Pharma can get approval and continue experimental treatment, without liability is a smoking gun.
Believe nothing / do your homework / follow the money and question – why?
Have you considered thinking outside the box?
For instance, what was the effect financially to the UK and the rest of Europe after WWI? Part of the financial effect was the decline in the use of gold coinage in preference to paper, and the dilution of the silver coinage by 50%.
Now consider the effects of the wars America and co in regards to the last 20 years in Afghanistan, Iraq and Syria. Could it be that America is as broke as what the UK was back in 1919? If so, then just exactly how would America stop that debt and start repairing the damage?
For a start, what is the biggest cost factor outside of the MIC and the Multinationals? How about the pension cost of the ‘Baby Boomers’? So in which classification are the most deaths from Covid-19 found? The ‘Baby Boomers’ perhaps? In what classification are found the ‘useless eaters’? The ‘Baby Boomers’?
And where is the wealth of these ‘Baby Boomers’ found? In their homes and any possible superannuation funds perhaps? So how would the governments get hold of this untapped wealth? Again how much could the cost of pensions be reduced by the demise of these ‘Baby Boomers’?
Are you old enough to remember the ads for the films, “Death Race 2000′ or ‘Logan’s Run’?
But of course this is all wild balderdash, isn’t it; well isn’t it?
Last year’s deaths already saved the US government billions in pension expenses.
Someone has published the data. I think Karl Denninger at Market-Ticket.
I don’t have a very big SS check, but if I live another 20 years the bill for SS is north of $250,000.
So, yeah, same in the UK or any country with a state pension plan.
Then there are the oldsters’ savings and their private pension plans to figure out a way to raid.
They are coming for the $$$.
I have seen this in my personal circle. When someone needs money they will do anything to get it.
Best damned article I have read on this subject! I know people who have died from Covid, almost died from Covid, had minor treatment in hospital, to a bad flu, to hardly even noticing it. I have know people including an extended family member who have died from the vaccines in the west, suffered severe health consequences, mild effects to no effects.
I have had family members scream at me because I am not vaccinated. I have been told that if i don’t take the vaccine I will kill the entire plant, and if I take the vaccine i am getting a chip courtesy of Bill Gates – both these sides are ID-10-T’s.
Seldom can I find any reasonable, scientifically sound data that has allowed me to make an adequate decision – and I can’t get any vaccine other than western big pharma in my country. I really look forward to a guy in a trench coat standing on the corner – ‘Hey bud, wanna buy a shot of Sputnik and a vacc pass?’
To add my voice I’d say yes this about sums up my own feelings on the matter as well! And you may be interesting in reading this piece. https://www.armstrongeconomics.com/world-news/corruption/rand-paul-why/
“… I can’t get any vaccine other than western big pharma in my country.” — Well, if you are not from Oz then the situation is similar here, with one adjustement: the US vaccines are only now just rolling out for the main public. Shows where the country stands in the pecking order. Now the relentless media drum beat is climaxing and discourse “percentages” are sufficient to allow public travel again after two years lock-down on the plantnation.
I know a number of folk of all ages who have taken the jab (pfizer mostly after alternatives raised blood clotting issues). None seem overly affected. Personally I don’t care much for it but will probably get a shot sometime before mid-2022 when I hope to travel again.
I would have preferred the Russian vaccine but it is not available here. Neither are the Chinese versions except now they govenment is announcing they will accept Chinese international fee-paying univerity students entry with Chinese vaccination — but no locals are allowed to have access. It really is a big drug cartel racket and turf war. It is strange that a whole two years in national isolation and media fear-porn have passed and the enconomy (outside government pumping) is on its knees but only certain Western vaccine technologies are permitted. I watched the statistics and various case studies like Sweden and some African states. Nothing much adds up and the excess deaths appear to little more severe than a bad influenza year. Certainly not the end of the world. Very little causal correlations are evident except poor health, immune system deficiency and old age. Oh, and the $billionaires are fantastically more wealthy with all the pumped $fiat$.
Excellent article, The further decline and disintegration of Western Civilization as the Elites and their political stooges make war on their own populace. Interesting that Japan legalized Ivermectin 18 days after the fall of Kabul. Also the 3 Scandinavian countries breaking with the Zone A narrative in September.
If the scientists warning about the mRNA gene therapies causing ADE are correct, the huge population losses in the West and Israel will have significant political ramifications.
Thank you for this comprehensive and thoughtful article! it this has filled in some of the blanks for me as well as helped organise ideas I already had.
In the West, the elephant in the room is that our economy is broken and the past normal cannot ever come back. Very few around us see this reality but some are starting to suspect. I can confirm that the mandates are draconian in Canada – for our health and safety, thousands of nurses and doctors who don’t want the mRNA jabs are being laid off in a health system that was already marginal… ideology based decision making at its best. Just wait for the other mandates that are rolling in.
I cannot answer the question at the end of the essay, at least for zone A, as I believe that the populations there have been conditioned and dumbed down to such an extent over a long period of time and the leaders are so corrupt and incompetent that the conditions for a measured and effective reponse, free of corruption, simply don’t exist. I don’t have enough knowledge of zone B to comment but they do seem to be doing a better job.
Thank you again for this article, this one is on par with a public service (in the positive sense of the word).
Left out of this discussion is the simple fact that COVID-19 is a chimeric virus “that contains genetic material derived from two or more distinct viruses.” (Wikipedia) It could only have been created in a lab. That, my friend, makes it a bioweapon, most likely created in the good old US of f-ing A. The Times of Israel reported back in April of 2020 that US intelligence community became aware of the emerging disease in Wuhan in the second week of [November 2019] and warned Israel about it. At the same time, they informed the Trump administration, “which did not deem it of interest.”
This makes everything that Trump has said about COVID-19 is a lie. The virus made its way from China to Iran and Europe, and finally to the USA as a “fund raiser”. That fundraiser was the $6+ trillion bailout of the banksters and the big “corpse” that happened in the spring of 2020.
And then there’s this from March of 2020, “The White House has ordered federal health officials to treat top-level coronavirus meetings as classified, an unusual step that has restricted information and hampered the U.S. government’s response to the contagion, according to four Trump administration officials.”
This can only mean that the Trump administration was fully aware of the “bombshell” that COVID-19 was a US bioweapon that had been deployed in the USA to achieve financial ends and to “cull the human herd” of useless eaters, like the 700,000 or so human beings who have perished from this pandemic in the USA so far.
I would imagine that Trump as the figurative “Chief Executive” was indeed fully aware of what was going on with Covid at some point, Tommy, but it wasn’t like he had any leeway to broadcast that fact. Unlike the current Stooge in Chief, I’ll give Trump credit for probably not being in on the whole scheme from the very start, at least, if for no other reason that he was purposely being kept in the dark on a whole host of things throughout his presidency. As for the fatality numbers, I remain skeptical of every official statistic I’ve seen surrounding this whole fiasco. I’ve simply seen no evidence of bearing them out whatsoever in my personal experience. None.
I think making the assumption that a President actually knows what is going on in his own government is a bad assumption. What DoD, CIA, DoJ, etc. did was to constantly lie to Trump and circumvent him at every opportunity. Biden is even in worse shape. The real question is who is running the US government?
AT EVERYBODY We scheduled the publication of Apogee’s article for this morning. When I woke up and took at look this morning there were already 9 comments, including 2 which should not have passed through moderation. Another 4 were intercepted. I have now removed the two “leakers” (one called the article “crap” while the other was just nonsensically rude). So, I want to repeat the following here:
Even if the moderators are more lenient that I would be, the last word on what stays and what gets ejected in mine. Which means three things:
1) it is possible that a comment I would not approve could pass moderation (we are all human and we all make a judgement call, so differences in appreciation/evaluation are simple normal and to be expected).
2) even if some “clever” comment passes moderation, sooner or later (depending on my workload and schedule, I will review them and ejected them if/when I feel needed).
3) some comments which do violate the rules which I have repeated ad nauseam passes and if other respectful commentators (or authors) wonder why rude/stupid comment was allowed, I want to reassure them that when I come back to the keyboard (later tonight) I will eject the said (and sad) comments with no 2nd thoughts whatsoever.
Again, I apologize to the adults in the room for having to post this or for any “imperfection” in how we moderate, we are human and, as I said, at the end of the day this is just our best judgement call.
Finally, for the newcomers, two special notes.
First, please do read the rules of moderation here: http://thesaker.is/moderation-policy
Second, here is how we moderate, it goes in two phases: FIRST, like a law enforcement officer, if a moderator sees a comment he/she things is breaking a rule, he/she will place it into a section of WordPress which is called “trash” but which WE do NOT consider as “trash” (yet). These comments are NOT deleted, just suspended. THEN when I have a few minutes, I then review each comment and decide to either “approve” of it or “delete permanently”. So I act as the final judge (not because I think of myself as some kind of magistrate, but because of the “my blog, my rules” common sense principle).
I am also the only person who decides whom to ban or not to ban (although I often do that with the input of moderators and in at least one case, the head of moderation very wisely pointed out to me that I was about to ban a person based on a miscommunication, for which I am now most grateful!).
So to use my analogy, a moderator-cop can give you a ticket, but then another person, a judge, gets to review that ticket and decide to cancel it, leave it, or even increase the fine. Which means that if you feel censored, unjustly punished or singled out, treated unfairly, etc. etc. etc. I am the ONLY person you should blame (and please keep the “rule zero” of the moderation rules in mind, if you feel ‘wronged” you can, if you must, you can email the head of moderation at this email: [email protected] but please keep in mind that unless you have a clearly valid case, you are wasting everybody’s time, as the head of moderation won’t over-rule me, all he can do is to email me and tell me that I might have made a mistake (we are all human and we all make mistakes, including me, I make A LOT of mistakes, more than others). Anybody sending rude or self-evidently idiotic rants risks getting banned (do *not* direct your rage at the head of moderation, at least not if you have any common sense!).
Some absolutely hate what they consider the “heavy-handed moderation” (that is the nice, polite, version of the kind of accusations we often get) here should either live with it or find a better, more lenient blog/website.
My parting words to them will be this: if you enjoy the kind of Internet-sewer unmoderated, pretend-moderated or poorly moderated websites inevitably become, by all means – go there and STAY there! Speaking for myself, I have no use for the contents of *any* sewer, including a virtual one (this is why I NEVER comment on a non-moderated website).
I hope that the above will clarify things (though ignorance of the law is not an excuse, not before a cop, not before a judge).
I apologize for this interruption and I hope that we can now resume the kind of adult conversation we are used to here.
Kind regards and many thanks to all the respectful commentators here!
PS: please do not reply to the above, let’s discuss Apogee’s column.
PPS: if you want (please let me know here), I would gladly post a column about moderation and then open a discussion about that, but not right now, just in the near future.
Thank you so much for this, Andrei. It’s just like sticking a red flag out in front of a bull, and you are having to deal with a lot of passionate rants. That you felt this was important enough for you to deal with that is impressive to me. My deep appreciation to the moderators too.
Well, it’s a very impressive attempt to collate an enormous amount of global information, but there is a very great deal in there I disagree with, but the Covid19 rules of this site make detailed rebuttals pretty impossible.
What I will say is this: the general level of ability in my country, the UK, to see through propaganda psyops, false flag events and quite obvious economic terrorism is becoming slowly better. It’s still way way too low and the MSM is quite simply no longer a media at all, it is just a form of government propaganda akin to TASS and Izvestia in the days of the Soviet Union. The big imponderable is how many people see through it all but keep their mouths shut because they have mortgages to pay and children to care for. The people of the UK have proven highly capable of concealing their tendency to vote for Brexit, the Conservative Party and a few other things if by openly doing so, their standing in society might be marginalised. It is why Opinion Polling has lost its aura considerably over the past 12 or so years.
I will also say that there is a sizable community of dissenting scientific/medical opinion to be found at Professorial level in our top HEIs as well as senior doctors in the Health Service concerning the approaches taken to Covid19 in Britain. It is fair to say that totalitarian attempts to silence such opinion has been pretty successful. The dissident opinion included that of epidemiologists.
It can also be safely said that there was zero serious due diligence done on the pronouncements of the top two Government advisors by the UK MSM, mainly due to the fact that those organisations contained almost zero people capable of carrying out such due diligence professionally. The media is full of arts graduates, after all. And the Government took out contracts of hundreds of millions of pounds with the major MSM organs to advertise their strategies. Most thinking UK citizens saw it as a huge bung to replace the lost commercial advertising revenues, the price of which was towing the Government line dutifully and obediently.
What I will also say is that, at the initial time of lockdown, the claims that supermarkets would focus ‘home deliveries’ on ‘the most needy’ was quite clearly nonsense. They focussed on their loyalty card holders with the highest number of points. The most needy would be the elderly lacking private transportation: they were not prioritised.
We are now experiencing a short-term fuel crisis due to the lack of lorry drivers capable of distributing fuel in tankers to petrol stations. There are 40,000 HGV lorry driver license applications backed up at the Central Licensing arm of government, termed the DVLA. As a result of this, the army is being brought in to help with petrol deliveries, but soon it is going to be food shortages. Once again, the politicians are playing politics, trying to blame Brexit, the Conservatives, anyone but Haulage Employers who use shocking terms for their drivers.
There are shortages all across the EU, so it’s nothing to do with Brexit. What’s happened here is that 18 months of older drivers retiring and none coming into the market due to lack of testing and licensing simply means that the pool of HGV drivers fell off a cliff. The Government has known all about this but for whatever reason has simply done nothing about it.
There is much more that could be said, but that will do for now.
If you don’t like the rules of moderation, I suggest that rather than complaining about them you ACT on your dislike and take your comments to the gazillion of websites out there were you would be “totally free” ;-)
I’m a bit unsure about the drivers – supplies situation, and much of this has been engineered to meet other agendas. Your UK descriptions are right on, and certainly in the main, the transport blockades and shortages all over Europe were due to lockdowns, perhaps they are still, and different scenarios simply dove tail or feed into each other effortlessly, as the well oiled ruses of Satan tend to play out.
(See comment’s at the Café about the army call out to drive the stranded supply trucks, (etc …)
Food shortages, we will see, hold-ups at present, though many valuable as well as basic commodities becoming scarcer.
In the United States, our strength comes, ironically, from the fact that we are not united – that is, there are 50 states which, in the present situation, have taken vastly different approaches to the problem. In South Dakota, for example, they never shut down businesses or issued mask mandates. (They’re doing just fine, thanks.) Some state governors have issued orders that prohibit asking for vaccination status or any kind of vaccine passport. There is no uniform approach from state to state, which renders all of it rather useless since people still move freely about the country.
It is interesting that the most restrictive rules are being implemented in the most “liberal” states – NY, CA and HI. As with all other issues in America, response to the Covid situation is being framed in the MSM as a “left” vs. “right” political issue. Grandpa Biden recently announced that the Federal Government would force vaccinations, but there has yet to be any actual attempt to do this. They must understand that a number of state attorneys general stand ready to file lawsuits to block any such move and the real possibility exist that the courts will not uphold their edict, thus exposing them as paper tigers as far as forcing the unvaxxed to accede to their demands.
Likewise, corporations that have issued vaccine mandates are in a pickle. They must offer religious exemptions under Title VII, and they must weigh their own staffing needs against their vaccine mandates. Do they really want to lose 10% or more of their workforce to a vaccine mandate? This places a heavy burden on them to then replace experienced personnel with qualified AND vaccinated candidates. Not an easy task, and at the very least a costly endeavor.
The U.S. is a mess and maybe always will be because we are not united. “Red” vs. “Blue” is how we roll in virtually all situations. We fought a civil war and that is who we are.
In the end, economic forces and corporate bottom lines will determine how much longer this malarkey goes on. Even the pro-vax “woke” left knows that another shutdown is economically untenable. The more rational among them have to be able to see that forcing vaccinations cannot produce anything other than staffing shortages thus an economic shock that an already battered economy can ill afford. The supply chain problems from the ill-advised shutdowns are already so bad that any further disruptions could spell real disaster, not just economically but politically for the Democrats, who face mid-term elections in 2022.
This will all work itself out, but the politicization of the problem will be the driving force in the next election cycle.
“You tell me: If we could start all over again, how would we eradicate a virus that has spread globally?”
Without reading other replies yet, I would say that the only way to “eradicate” these cold/flu type seasonal viruses is to hit them hard at the beginning and at the source. China showed the way, but it was not followed up in much of the world until it was too late, basically some time late last summer 2020. It is now endemic.
This does not mean that we will require a vaccine every six months. Like the flu, vaccines will be created for what will probably be different less lethal strains for those with serious co-morbidities. The rest of us should have the option of taking the seasonal vaccine or not.
Most important will be the need to discover or develop therapeutics to help mitigate the disease once caught. It might be noted that we already have four active human corona viruses that have been with us as cold type viruses for years, decades, millenia, perhaps. Possibly they intitially infected us in the same way as Sars 2 with similar deadliness as SARs 1, MERS, and SARs 2, but have since evolved into less lethal forms, merely pesky parasites as such. They are treated today in the same way as rhinoviruses, that is, the common cold. Then again, maybe I am an optimist :)
Dear Sir, if you still think this is a cold/flu type seasonal virus I would recommend to study more. In fact, this pandemic was at its height in the warm summer months in the Latin American and African countries in the southern hemisphere. Its been through southern hemisphere summer months now, and northern hemisphere summer months.
There are no coincidences, if it looks like one someone worked hard for such (give or take, it was an american president that said it as i recall)
it is now endemic. there was lots of hard work to achieve that result. smoke and mirrors galore.
the leaky vaccine doesnt stop transmision. using leaky vacines is advised against by top epidimologists. using vacine passports in conjunction with leaky vacines is just plain stupid.
many will say occams razor et al. but it was malice that created the idea of blaming stupidity, malice and self interest does what we see while they look stupid to fool the rest.
sudenly, everyone forgot the precautionary principle, which has helped humanity at least since greeks 2000+ years ago. plain stupidity? to me it looks like something else.
whomever doubts my words, just check how long ago we know about mareks disease, and how we turned it into a 100% deadly disease.
it matters not what they say, iy matters what they do.
Vincent Salandria wouldnt doubt a second.
The “there is no virus clan” have a certain amount to answer for, that is clear to me and always was.
Those of the mental clan are interesting, fighting furiously for their rights, then dying down and adopting another vital issue to pursue ; the tribe of Believers, of one thing or another. Mentalists with a mission, they seek other’s to adhere to them, those chieftains of a tribe, and having found one, or a hundred, read one, then another – they all begin to sound the same, and therefore easily identifiable.
Follow the money, and enjoy the wonderful exchanges on the way!
In your last line; your final question: should ”has spread” be ”had already spread”?
Not referring to you, mind you but the chorus of an old Bob Dylan song, “Ballad of a Thin Man”, seems apt for our time.
Because something is happening here
But you don’t know what it is
Do you, Mister Jones?
This is the point, we don’t know what is happening here. We’ve gone beyond complexity as we usually think about it into the sort of complexity of patterns associated with Chaos Theory. There is a pattern here but it’s impossible to find if you look at the details. One has to remove him/herself from the situations as they arise and develop using what is called “soft eyes” in martial arts, that is, you look but not at anything specific so you can begin (with practice) to see the whole scene and even what’s behind you.
As I often say, the passport to the future is through spirituality rather than reason–reason is good only is service of the soul because it cannot give us a sense of meaning and if you try in that direction the result is a gradual deadening and a descent into the other side of reason which is rigid and eventually becomes an obsession with power. We all have tasks that give us meaning my own is to move with the spirit however flawed I am.
I don’t know why you have such a problem with COVID but one thing we both understand is that the ruling elites are ONLY interested in power at this point in history at least in the West. Hopefully the elites will turn from oligarchy to aristocracy if you get the meaning of Aristotle’s original formulation of forms of government. There is no chance for “democracy” because at best it is a managed inverted totalitarian sort of democracy which I see turning into totalitarianism and COVID is one way the oligarchs have to move us there.
The “soft eyes” approach, as you describe; an unusual suggestion to meet the chaos and lack of reason in the news and media; our politicians global melt-down history moment written all over it,
Soft eyes vision, a way to out-manoeuvre the dangers of becoming fixated and power addicted. I imagine one could add other features to this vision method, but will leave now and expand upon it another time at the Cafe, maybe…
Please note from the above lengthy article the following quote:
Western governments have proven themselves to be enemies of their citizens.
This is the bottom line and it extends far beyond any discussion of Sars-Cov-2. This medical episode is the example which proves the rule and has demonstrated the Western governments and especially the government of the United States to be totally illegitimate and intolerable. Certainly, the governments of the West should be overthrown by their citizens, if possible. The governments should be broken up, etc. Whatever works certainly.
However, I certainly do not agree that the citizens of Zone B should be left in peace over the matter. The Western governments need to be brought down by any means necessary and at any cost and the citizens of the West may not be able to manage it.
I would insist on efforts of assistance from Zone B to eliminate the governments of Zone A. If this cannot be arranged then I would support an all out military strike by Zone A against Zone B given any justification or no justification at all to force the hand of Zone B.
A general nuclear war and the destruction of the world would be a better outcome than allowing the governments of the West to survive. Zone B cannot be allowed to sit this one out. Far too much is at stake.
The West is as truly evil as you imagine it to be. I think I have just made the case. Help out or face the peril alone.
I agree with the quote and it stood our for me as well. We just had an election here in Canada, and what was the result? The majority voted for the same old, same old. You just have to look at the way our child-leader (I cannot even write his name!) behaves and acts (he is after all a drama teacher!) and how he views his responsibilities (going on vacation on the same day as the Truth and Reconciliation observances through the country).
Western governments will not be brought down by the people. Despite the many protests, the majority believe their governments (at least here in Canada they do). Even when the most asked question “Who benefits?” is asked, more people will get angry at you for bringing up such a topic! Zone B is not interested in toppling Zone A, so no need to talk about war, even less about nuclear war, as the latter would destroy all and there will be nothing left to save.
Yes the west is evil but evil is not brought down by more evil. Evil carries its own seed of destruction.
Dear Saker, This article was so refreshing, and I want to thank you for it! The entire time I read it, I thought of another article I read this morning, linked above, which describes in detail our somewhat recent history, a good bit of which I was not aware — at the age of 82, and although I have followed the situation very carefully for years. It seems to fit with the idea that in so many ways our history is repeating itself, and if we do not know it, we are condemned to repeating it. If you decide not to publish it for whatever reason, I hope you will take the time to read it for yourself. I truly appreciate your efforts!
Thankyou Sally. Exactly my 88 year experience. I still read this excellent stuff hoping to retain some focus but realise that with Homo Sapiens needing a major upgrade, it is just an ongoing cycle.
What the last five years have shown me is that even those who study up on history wind up arguing about what is actually going on, who is to blame and how to stop it when it starts repeating again. The Never Trumpers were just sure he was a new Hitler. He was no angel, but Hitler he wasn’t. John Michael Greer I think coined the idea of “universal Hitlerhood” in which if you dig enough you can find similarities between Hitler and anyone on Earth, and then emphasize them for political purposes. The Never Trumpers were entirely sincere in their fears, but when others of us spot ways history is repeating, how can we draw attention to it when Hitler is simply what you call your chemistry teacher?
I think the dynamics of human society lead it down the rosy path to tyranny repeatedly while the intellectual class wrings its hands helplessly, because it is primarily a biological function: a boom and bust cycle. We are a bunch of eagles facing a rabbit shortage, so we start clawing each other. I like Andrew Lobaczewski (Political Ponerology) on these matters. He says just stay clear of it any way you can when the hysteria starts up again. If you try to address it directly, you just feed it.
This article was quite good.
MY takeaways are as follows:
Zone B is united, sane and recovering.
Zone A is split, insane and not recovering.
Although Zone A attitudes are improving in regards to recognizing what is really going on, but so many obstacles remain.
I think most people in Group 2 are afraid and it sometimes clouds their thinking. However, given the circumstances, how can you blame them for that?
UK’s Dr. John Campbell has been providing Youtube videos on the ongoing Covid situation from pretty much the beginning. One of his latest videos deals with a study done in the UK that throws some light on the incidents of Post-vaccination myocarditis and pericarditis reported after coronavirus mRNA vaccines. It would appear that how the injection is administered could be a highly significant factor in these incidents. I’ve always found his videos well researched and put into layman’s terms. Interestingly enough, both my wife and I have watched these videos. She is fully vaccinated, I am not. It really does help to have the actual science explained and then be in a position to make an informed choice based on your own knowledge of your medical history, current health and life circumstances.
This article was a much needed overview of how this health threat, and I have no doubt that it is that, has been used to advance the plethora of non-health agendas that we see playing out in our world today. These include but certainly not limited to: the push in the west for a managerial elite and their technologies to become the only legitimate form of governance; the harsh realities of peak affordable fossil fuels threatening the consumer economy; the rise of non-western ways of managing economies and the social contract. This may be the hill the west (Zone A) dies on.
This next winter will reveal a great deal.
How to handle it better? Transparency and full disclosure of vested interests, with moderated censorship free debate mixed with a sincere regard for the plight of our neighbour.
The article references what GOVERNMENTS have have done about COVID. It doesn’t talk about what PEOPLE have done for themselves, their friends and families.
The author says that the response by Western Governments has been horrible. What is left out is what have the PEOPLE done to stay healthy and defeat this COVID thing if that is what it is. Outside of government.
Over one hundred million Americans have self organized themselves to obtain high level medical and scientific information about what the virus is, what it does and ways to either defeat it once you have it or protect yourself from getting it in the first place. We really don’t need governments for this task. We need good, sound information form reliable scientific and medical resources and we have found it. The treatments work outside of government controls.
We recognized the fear propaganda immediately and looked for alternative resources at the same time. We know the US government lies and can’t be trusted.
As regards China. I both admire it and fear it. Over a billion vaccinated? Really? Under what conditions? Mandated? Forced? Just what level of input do the people have? Can they say no? How good is the vax? Rumors that it doesn’t work so well.
Just because the US government is poorly run doesn’t mean that its people can’t organize themselves superbly to deal with a virus that has a low kill rate even without a vaccine.
All these lousy governments spending billions of dollars, maybe trillions locking down their people, lying and vaccinating and they can’t beat this bug? What good are they in the first place.
People are much smarter than given credit.
I regret the Saker’s laws on c-nineteen discussion but will certainly respect his position. My view is we will all see, For Sure, and Inshallah, what happens in the years so far as the western vaccines are concerned. “Truth always lags last, limping along the path of time.” – BALTAZAR GRACIAN
Three sources of total social and cultural failure confronted the pandemic virus.
Science (I include Big Pharma because they use science; virologists, epidemiologists, geneticists, statistical modelists, big data aggregators, esteemed science journals for peer review.)
Medicine (Research Hospitals, Universities (Medical schools), Certifying Authorities, Healthcare and Doctors Groups, esteemed medical journals for peer review.)
Government (WHO, UN, National Governments, State Governments, Groups of Developed Nations-G20, G7, SCO, especially the CDC consortiums, FHA, FDA, )
All failed. All failed absolutely.
Then, we suffered Media and Social Media controlling all alternate voices, critics, non-official proposals and contrary solutions.
In other words, every institution, group and individuals on whom the public and mankind depends failed miserably.
Never had so many contributed to the health nightmares suffered, all under the “regime of the COVID-19 virus”.
There was a complete breakdown of common sense, and the absolute insistence that mediocre public officials all over the globe were put and left in charge of the destiny of mankind while they bungled every aspect of the pandemic and means to deal with it.
The most fortunate aspect of the pandemic is its lethality was so low only 5 million have died so far worldwide.
What we have learned the hard way is there were therapeutics available when it started but the Governments did not want to mitigate the impact on infected immediately on diagnosis. This led to at least half the deaths, probably much more.
They turned a health challenge into a crisis, the crisis into a disaster and human tragedy.
And now we have constructed a multi-billion dollar slush fund for Big Pharma, and an opportunity for tyrannical governments to grab final control over free peoples as they are forced to surrender their Freedoms to Government.
Feudal ideology is in charge and they have the power of the gun to enforce their whims. We see it around the globe in many countries.
Ironically, the feudal lords and officials are now facing the scientific fact that the vaccinated are spreading the virus, and the vaccines effective life is very short. Some vaccines lose half their effectiveness in three-four months.
We all suffered the onset of a pandemic virus and the breakout of Stupidity as public policy.
It is yet to be determined which is more deadly.
The Stupid are still in charge and doing more Stupid things.
“The Stupid are still in charge and doing more Stupid things.”
All in favour say ‘Aye’!
The ‘Ayes’ have it!
Thank you to Apogee for this well-constructed and thought out article. Because references are made to Canada, and Trudeau is quoted specifically as someone speaking from a purely exploitative and cynical standpoint, I’d like to raise the following. There is a flip side to the argument for clamping down in the unvaccinated.
So from one standpoint, Trudeau could be seen as attempting to implement effective government policy as much as Cuba with respect to COVID and the health care system.
Now for the politics… here’s an interview during the election with former Liberal communications director, Peter Donolo on Trudeau’s campaign strategy (“standing up to the 20 percent”)
And Donolo in the Globe and Mail:
Covid 19 is a debilitating and sometimes deadly virus loose in the world. But is our reaction to it making us miss the forest for the trees?
Somehow this virus appeared about two years ago. There are theories as to exactly when it appeared, but slightly less than two years ago we all became aware of it.
There are also theories as to its origin. Is it a natural phenomenon? Is it the result of a gain-of-function experiment in one of the many biolabs scattered around the world? Or was it cut from whole cloth in one of those same labs? Who knows? Each theory has its champions, all with PhDs, and someday we may know more.
But the reality today is the virus is real, it’s loose, and no one wants to become infected. We fear it. What to do?
(Is this the place to insert a full disclosure? I am writing from Australia and do not consider myself an expert on anything.)
The answer worldwide seems to be to compound the fear, and to use that to institutionalise an Orwellian social control that the reaction to 9/11 just hinted at. As confirmed new covid cases and recent covid deaths dominate the news, we are admonished to practice “social distancing”, to avoid human contact, to wear a mask, to shun our neighbours. In short, we are asked to become alienated from each other, even from other family members, and legislation has emerged mandating just that.
Next came the lockdowns, from national to state to community. Widespread scanning and isolation of the infected followed. A plethora of vaccines then appeared, with various and contested efficacy and effectiveness, touted by governments everywhere.
Unfortunately, any immediate adverse side effects of the lockdowns and the vaccines were/are minimized, and the potential for long-term side effects are not part of any discussion. Also missing is any wonder as to why the pharmaceutical companies needed to be granted legal immunity before they brought their vaccines forward. Lost in the maze was any notice that market share had largely replaced health concerns.
Meanwhile, no one seems to be looking at treatments, of which Ivermectin and Hydroxychloroquine are the most mentioned. Is there any merit in these two treatments, or are they no good at all? There are reports that Ivermectin has been successfully used as a Covid treatment in countries from Japan to India to Mexico to Peru. Are these reports true? Are there other potential treatments we have yet to hear of? With no clinical trials, and no public discussion, we simply don’t know.
Fear rules, and any effective treatment for the Covid virus would undermine that fear. In fact, it would negate it. It’s worth remembering this.
With the vaccines, the only response to the virus currently allowed in the West, comes the vaccine pass. With one, we can continue to work, to escape lockdowns, to travel, to return to a somewhat normal life. Or so it is said. All these promised benefits will be available with the use of the now ubiquitous QR codes.
With a vax pass some semblance of normalcy returns, although with the understanding that those who have given themselves the right to pry will always know where we are and what we are doing. With no vax pass we are threatened with life as a social pariah.
I offer one example of the fear and control shadowing the world today. Remember a scant two years ago when we could go out to our local airport and buy a ticket to anywhere in the world? Of course, there were entry and exit passport controls and in some cases the need for a visa, but we were free to go. That freedom is gone now, and there are few signs of it coming back.
One so far unmentioned but increasingly apparent trouble with this fearsome approach is that fear as a public policy has a limited shelf life. People grow weary of being afraid. Already we see public anger breaking out in cities from Melbourne to Paris as we try to live under intermittent, but always looming, house arrest. The reasons why are wearing thin. But whenever Covid fear shows signs of waning, it’s boosted with a virus variant, and a booster jab is usually in the pipeline.
As a point of interest, there are 24 letters in the Greek alphabet.
Covid fear and social control are the twin pillars of our “new normal”. First comes the fear. That’s the trees. Then the control. That’s the forest. And while we may manage to knock down this or that tree, the forest looks set to last.
“The answer worldwide seems to be to compound the fear, and to use that to institutionalise an Orwellian social control that the reaction to 9/11 just hinted at. ”
In the USA, the lockdown of Greater Boston after the Boston Marathon bombing was a dress rehearsal. At the time many people speculated that it was a dry run to see whether the civilian population would accept being locked down becuase some suspects were being searched for.
The idea that the whole city should be locked down and no one can go out of doors was patently absurd.
it would, actually, make more sense to Lock down Texas because of thousands of possibly infected migrants than to lock down Boston because of a single or perhaps two suspects being in the lamm somewhere within the city.
On hindsight it does look like a rehearsal of some kind. Since the bombing was supposedly a total surprise, how come the authorities came up with the total lockdown idea so quickly? Something that AFAIK had never been done before.
Ignorance and incompetence is widespread at the West. If we believe statistics, 20% of people do productive work, 80% are just helpers. That is at the lowest level, workers, blue or white collar, does not matter. When ratio falls down below 20:80, say 15:85, the company/enterprise is on the verge or breakdown, with chances 50:50 to recover – if right things and decisions are done at the management level. The problem is, there is no 20:80 on management level, it is closer to 0-100%, 100% ignorance and incompetence. On lower levels, we could once in a while get a knowledgeable boss, but they don’t last long. I have been working for 30 years in a western country, roughly half and half between private and government sectors.
That is why conspiracy theories are wrong. Like author said, it is chaos out there. It takes lots of smartness and courage to pull something like Great Reset. And there is none in the west. Micro-chips diluted in a vaccine, injected in humans so they can track and control us? Must be kidding. Who is going t make those super duper chips? Even if somehow they produce chips and put them under our skins, they, powers to be, do not know how to collect, store and analyze the data. They honestly believe in AI….
Just watch from the side, get a jab if you must – no movement without it and watch the show. It is boiling down at mass level, they just do not see it coming.
Suppose you had access to all the money you wanted, not only that you could control much of the access that others had to the banking system.
With that power it’s a relatively simple set of moves to create and bind allegiances at the high levels of power: offer great wealth and privilege to those who further your aims, along with the threat of total destruction to anyone who betrays you.
Soon enough you have a web of control that is recursively creating its lower webs of control.
So if someone, or say.a small group, has this access to unlimited money by virtue of controlling the ledger, they should already have massive power. It would not need to be a conspiracy, it could operate in the open.
The article is incendiary. There is so much packed into it that I hesitate to write about anything related to the specifics without a careful rereading or two. I’ll try and pass this along to friends and family, however, many of them refuse to read or use the reasoning function of the brain.
Also thank you for the mention of the “Spartacus letter”. I hadn’t heard of it but once I finished reading it I was almost left in a dazed state of mind. I had heard of some of the things in the letter but this letter ties in a number of new things for me. The conclusions that are reached in the letter are absolutely insane but strangely plausible. I can’t even imagine. The implications are kind of like a Bio 9/11 to the 100x perpetrated by a small elite on all of the people of the world. For me more research is required.
I agree with many of your points. I suspect some people who you’re calling Group 2 ended up there because they know they are being lied to. If the ineffective western vaccines are not about public health, they start looking for other explanations and get suspicious and distrustful. They are not all tin foil hats living in trailer parks. I have been fully engulfed in researching this issue for some time. The misinformation is unbelievable. It’s no wonder people are confused. Before Covid came along, I was of the firm opinion that the western financial and political systems were going to fail eventually. I completely agree with you. China and Russia are watching it unfold. You use the term conglomerates. I’m not sure where things intersect between the UN, Davos, Government and the so called conglomerates. I agree that the pipe dream of one world government will crash and burn even if it’s just the failed western countries trying to cobble something together in an effort to kick the can one more time. In the meantime, a lot of damage is being done. The world will gradually dedollarize because there is currently no viable alternative to completely walk away. It’s painful to watch my country and the west fall apart. I’ve saved for retirement and I find my trying to think of a plan B. Where do you go, what do you do? Even if you recognize what’s happening, it’s not easy.
To the author and anyone else :
Would you please be able to provide, if you can, one or more completely independent solid studies on both the safety and efficacy of any vaccine, including the latest Covid preparations?
This is a serious request as I have been searching for same for many years.
Also, I have received a lengthy and comprehensive report authored by 12 Moscow medical practitioners on the safety and efficacy of all of the Russian preparations as well as several others such as Pfizer, Moderna, etc, from a Homoeopathic colleague in Moscow. If anyone is interested in this report, please contact me at [email protected]
The report is in Russian, and can be machine translated as I lack the time to translate it personally.
An excellent letter. It was great not to be intellectually forced, crammed into one of two doors: provax or antivax. Faction three accurately describes me and most of my friends, whether vaxed or not.
The militants are the same on both sides. We hear ha, ha you’re unvaccinated, you deserve what you get. Or ha, ha you’re vaccinated, you deserve what you get. Don’t these nut jobs have loved ones in both scenarios?
My main concern has always been, “How can corrupt Western governments, Big Pharma, MIS, MSM get the C-19 response correct when over my lifetime I’ve watched them create messes in/with Iraq, Afghanistan, Syria, Libya, ISIS, Yugoslavia, internal politics, economics and on and on.
We’re adrift on a ship of fools with buffoons for officers.
A very interesting article, and very encouraging to see that so much of the rest of the world is not bogged down in the kind of dysfunctional nightmare we are seeing in the USA. A story worth spreading around.
Apogee states that “Only 10% of the world’s population has taken the first dose of vaccine.” But then he writes “China has just reached a billion people that are partially or fully vaccinated.” These statements can’t both be true.
He quotes someone as writing
“Why Does the United States Have 448 Times More SARS-COV2 (Covid-19) Cases Than China? … I think these numbers point to something far more sinister–it is circumstantial evidence that China deliberately targeted the United States, Western Europe and Latin America with the virus.”
Unfortunately it is not clear on first reading who he is quoting or that this is not his point of view, and the link came up empty.
The illogic of this statement is such that it is worth commenting on. Given that we don’t know who released this virus or why, we can only conjecture. The simplest assumption is that it was intended to hit the people it did hit hardest, the working people of the world, and that whoever released it must have known that China, having experienced being the target of biowarfare, would handle it better than most countries. And certainly it is theoretically possible that China’s leaders unleashed it on their own population in order to attack the US, but this is all pure speculation, and to call it some kind of “evidence” that “China did it” is just dishonest.
Apogee should make clearer that this is not his point of view.
As to the final question, I don’t think we can eliminate the COVID virus from Zone A, but we can raise the demand that we learn to respond the way China and Russia have. Eliminating it is in fact a revolutionary demand, one which a hyper-financialized, militarized, debt-addled and fractured Empire addicted to chaos and conflict simply cannot meet. And we should share the story of how China, Russia and Cuba are doing it.
Here is your link. I give it with caution because there is no way that I want to participate in the blaming/counterblaming game. It simply was a good example of pretty confused thinking in terms of China.
In terms of the 10%, the numbers don’t work if you are an accountant. It is a consequence of what is considered ‘vaccinated’ and what not. The definitions are changing as we speak and the numbers change as a result. There is also danger in homogenizing worldwide numbers – you’re always going to get it wrong to a bigger or lesser degree. As you can see, these numbers can be played with until they make no sense any longer (corrupted data stream). The sense that the number makes, is that vaccination rates is actually on the low side. China is not using any mRNA products at this moment.
‘China is not using any mRNA products at this moment.’ does NOT mean certain chinese populations are not stab w mRNA products, and you and I know this.
“Confirmed cases” in the U.S. are based on an improperly used test, which its developer has said should not be used for diagnosis in the first place, with a huge proportion of false positives because it is run for so many cycles here that it is almost guaranteed to come out positive. Now the recommendation is to run it for fewer cycles if the patient has been vaccinated, but the same excessive number for the unvaccinated. If you break your leg and are tested at the hospital for Covid, whether you have any symptoms at all or not, you are a covid case. On top of that, hospitals get federal money for each covid case.
The statistics numbers of covid have been a never ending source of controversy and debate, and another splendid divisive technique of the would be world Rulers. On top of this the whole world and its dog has become a hive of medical and pharmaceutical expert enthusiasts, of one belief type or another.
People fighting against tyranny, or for tyranny, whatever, it’s a Grande game of divide and rule.
Insert a rational of rethinking what it means to be human, of how being human equates to freedom of thinking, of spiritual sovereignty, and you will draw a blank : it is not sexy or gripping enough, or – we know all that – been there done that, now – the latest terror, ah, that’s better, now, down to the nitty gritty of real life and business.
I note the use of an emotive adjective in the quote above by C exemplifying something of my meaning : ”
“…“Why Does the United States Have 448 Times More SARS-COV2 (Covid-19) Cases Than China? … I think these numbers point to something far more sinister– ….”
Thanks all the same, to the writer, to Saker, to all the good commenters on here.
Thank you for a very good article.
Your question:“If we could start all over again, how would we eradicate a virus that has spread globally?”
If we could start all over again – I would have cleared out the WHO (and UN for that matter!) of its unacceptable Western influence or started a new organisation recognised by Zone B and those in the West who have some sovereign rights still – to actually gather all the best institutes/experts to work together to find cures, anti-virals/therapeutics and vaccines on already existing human platforms (not experimental untested platforms) that worked and allowed everyone globally to have access without any pre-conditions and the disgraceful economic ties the Western corporations have made.
Stopped/suspended all sanctions for every country to allow access to medications.
I would have removed the dollar as the reserve currency and allowed countries to purchase what they needed in any currency or format. Poorer countries provided with low cost or free OTC’s, ant-virals etc. and cheaper effective vaccines.
I would have made the pharmaceutical companies pay back the Governments the money they were given to develop the vaccines and made them liable for any deaths or side effects.
By working together and allowing all countries access – as a world we could have solved this. We should have focused on different countries strengths and allocated roles based on this. For example, Russia has the best vaccine but not the capacity to make billions of doses – so the countries who could help with the production (India/Brazil) of vaccines could have had the role of production. Cuba could have been supported for anti-virals/therapeutics. China is the world manufacturer and could manufacture masks, equipment etc. The US and Germany could have been making ventilators (?if needed?) etc. So having a plan where countries shared the burden logistically and ensured transport was utilised globally – we could have seen trade barriers suspended so that the movement of medicines, mask equipment etc. around the world was achieved.
The Amazons/Ali-Baba’s of this world should have moved goods around for free.
Several hubs created across all continents liaising with each other, dealing with the above. Hubs in countries dealing with local issues. The UN – in its truest function could have done this. Every country is represented there. Why does it exist if it can’t be utilised during a pandemic?
It is only today that the WHO has lifted the barriers to Sputnik V – this is an indictment of how appallingly this pandemic has been dealt with – esp. by the WHO which was set up to represent countries not corporations!
This never should have been used for political or economic gain – it should have been about humanity.
Thank you for publishing Apogee’s article.
This is the best overview I have seen on this topic.
First, thanks to Apogee for a comprehensive and reasoned worldwide review of the covid saga to this date point.
It was bittersweet reviewing last 1.5 years of our ordeal.
I fully agree that in Zone A, the covid pandemic is in essence being used as cover for a politico-economic consolidation in the process of resetting the bankrupt ponzi capitalist system.
Apogee made a persuasive argument for 3 factions:
(Faction 1) THESIS: self-interested emotional bullies with faltering dominant narrative
(Faction 2) ANTITHESIS: self-protective emotional resistors feeling cornered
(Faction 3) “YODA GROUP”: silent rational calm problem-solvers
Please excuse my crude simplification.
Re: Chris Cosmos and soft eyes and spiritual approach
Chris, I am glad you highlight a fourth possible stance, given the incredible Chaos which still prevails. I have no stake in any of these 3 groups. And there are other groups too, including a projected SYNTHESIS Faction, to be unveiled soon.
We have not discussed the excruciatingly important spiritual component!
I know it was expressly Apogee’s intent to focus on politico-economics, but in those domains are human actors whose morals and belief systems impact decisively on their actions.
Can the seemingly highly irrational behavior of western leaders in fatally looting main street and in essence dismantling their own world-dominant economies (eating the golden-egg laying goose), be accounted for by merely unbridled greed, stupidity and short-term gain?
What good is consolidating wealth and destroying Zone A’s economies if Zone B does not do the same, in process of creating a unified global Reset?!
Zone A would then become the permanent serfs of Zone B.
They are too arrogant to tolerate that.
Were they betrayed in an earlier understanding that all would reset and are now preparing a Gotterdamerung in response (i.e. AUKUS)?
Or are owners of Zone A jumping a sinking ship with this last big loot, to occupied Palestine for example?
Much remains unclear.
One internal contradiction: on one hand the author affirms the Reset is dead on arrival. Ok rationally, this is a correct. The sane, educated members of developed Zone A would not accept their lifestyles and freedoms to be so lowered. But he then admits, “𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘐 𝘢𝘮 𝘢𝘧𝘳𝘢𝘪𝘥 𝘰𝘧, 𝘪𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘊𝘰𝘯𝘨𝘭𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘴 𝘥𝘰 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘤𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘸𝘩𝘪𝘵 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘯 𝘴𝘶𝘱𝘱𝘰𝘳𝘵 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘴𝘶𝘱𝘱𝘭𝘺 𝘵𝘩𝘦 ‘𝘰𝘯 𝘱𝘢𝘪𝘯 𝘰𝘧 𝘥𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘩’. 𝘛𝘩𝘦𝘺 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘪𝘳 𝘭𝘦𝘨𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘮𝘪𝘻𝘦𝘥 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘸𝘦𝘢𝘱𝘰𝘯𝘪𝘻𝘦𝘥 𝘣𝘭𝘢𝘤𝘬-𝘤𝘭𝘢𝘥, 𝘵𝘦𝘴𝘵𝘰𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘰𝘯𝘦𝘥 𝘱𝘰𝘭𝘪𝘤𝘦 𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘤𝘦𝘴 𝘵𝘰 𝘥𝘰 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘪𝘳 𝘣𝘪𝘥𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘨, 𝘰𝘳 𝘢𝘴 𝘸𝘦 𝘴𝘦𝘦 𝘪𝘯 𝘕𝘦𝘸 𝘠𝘰𝘳𝘬 𝘯𝘰𝘸, 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘯𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘭 𝘨𝘶𝘢𝘳𝘥 𝘪𝘴 𝘣𝘦𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘥𝘦𝘱𝘭𝘰𝘺𝘦𝘥.” Actually we have ongoing examples of the otherworldly punishment being meted to Australians, merely for protesting! And what was done to Yellow Vests. Such methods will be applied in USA too, once they finally wake up.
The infrastructure, the “testosteroned” manpower, and the authorizing blanket legislation is already prepared (i know of USA/Canada) to ram down the throats of the unwilling majority this coming Reset.
As Herr Göring said, it is easy to force a populace toward any desired draconian vector, regardless of form of government: just declare you are being attacked… which was done by Trump (March 2020 War on Covid statement), and since then an unending crisis has maintained the suitable political, economic and social milieu.
Again, we return to the basic morals of those oligarchs who consider themselves the owners of Zone A “democracies.” Call them the inner court of Mr. Global, who direct the daily agendas of Faction 1.
Who do they worship?
Observe their actions and way of life, not their lying mouths, to have an idea!
Abu Ghraib, Donbass, Ghouta/Gaza/Yemen.
The betrayals in motion cannot be comprehended IMO with merely reason.
They are demonically inspired, no other interpretation is possible.
Faction 1 may be biggest loser of all soon.
it is insane how villainous they behave!
Their role appears to be to enrage all.
And to take down as much of Faction 2 before they themselves are neutralized, and put out of their misery, by a “more reasonable” Synthesis Faction 4, via the usual Hegelian dialectic.
I sense Faction 3 is the silent majority for which this grand initiation ceremony is being conducted. The resultant Synthesis Faction will need their support for tenable rule.
I think it is premature to say their effort for the Reset is ended. I hope you are right. But all they know is to double down, with force as you suspect too. The next 2-3 months will tell. A big false flag may be due, and accelerate brutality to get through the last inch.
I do not know who Mr Global is, but I do suspect the descendants of Operation Paperclip and other “capable” technocrats (the coming Synthesis Faction) have been groomed and are waiting for the curtain to finally rise (as idiots of Faction 1 are discarded) as the democratic pretense in Zone A is dispensed with.
Finally, I wholly endorse your conclusion that for those living in Zone A, …𝘐𝘵 𝘮𝘦𝘢𝘯𝘴 𝘭𝘪𝘷𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘪𝘯 𝘢 𝘸𝘢𝘺 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘪𝘯𝘴𝘢𝘯𝘦 𝘨𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘯𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘴 𝘤𝘢𝘯𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘥𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘣 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘪𝘧 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘤𝘢𝘯𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘳𝘦𝘮𝘰𝘷𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘮. 𝘛𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘪𝘴 𝘰𝘧 𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘴𝘦 𝘢 𝘸𝘢𝘺 𝘵𝘩𝘳𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩 𝘪𝘵 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘱𝘢𝘳𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘦𝘭 𝘦𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘰𝘮𝘪𝘦𝘴 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘣𝘦𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘥𝘪𝘴𝘤𝘶𝘴𝘴𝘦𝘥.
Re: how would we handle it if given another chance?
Most of the China’s action plan. Immediate quarantine, without hysterical media noise, for the affected areas only, BUT the uninfected continue to work. Periodic transparent and measured public information; a redirecting by the authorities away from fear and hopelessness. Let unaffected regions live normally to maintain the economy. Prioritize existing effective safe therapeutics. Incentivize the wealthy to support the sick and needy unable to work and ramp up needed infrastructure (communal lifeline). Put Big Pharma, hospitals, allied health and support industries on wartime footing. Publically shame and jail corrupted bureaucrats and profiteers. Join hands with supportive nations of good will. Keep out travelers from noncompliant Zone A areas until the worst has burnt out.
With regards to South Africa and the loan from the IMF:it is said in the article that SA took the loan on condition it went into hard lock down and basically crashed the economy.
Our first hard lock down began 27 March 2020 and lasted 3 weeks,so called level 5 lockdown. From about the 16th of April 2020,the levels were gradually decreased every 3 weeks if I remember correctly. The lower the level, the lower the restrictions.
The IMF loan was announced on 27 July 2020,a full 5months after that first hard lockdown. The money itself was only received around August 2020,so that timeline doesn’t make sense. Lockdowns and restrictions and masks were not a condition of the loan, in fact from what I read, there was basically no conditions on the loan as it was issued under a special emergency fund/circumstance instrument for IMF members where by the usual IMF loan conditions don’t apply. The interest rate for the loan is 1%,extremely cheap. If the government had raised the funds on the bond market for example, interest would have been 7%.
As for economic crash, according to Stats SA,the,As of the end of Q2 2021,the economy is 1.4% down from what it was just before Covid 19 in real GDP terms, hardly a crash. We had a V shape recovery, clearly visible on the graph.
In conclusion,as a country,we”ve been under western influence for a long time, long before 1994,the so called dawn of democracy, but we’re NOT vassal state, not quite yet.Although I don’t know how long that will last considering the current team running the government, especially the president and the treasury team as a whole.
The Belarus story of “bribe” to manage the pandemic is revealing.
The IMF has given out 102 billion worldwide and the World Bank likely has given out a similar amount. The condition being that the pandemic is managed in “approved” ways only.
Would be interesting to see a detailed and critical analysis of who got what and how it was used.
Looks like the WHO is about to approve Sputnik V according to RT article. https://on.rt.com/bhws
As per the Saker rules for this post, before saying anything, one needs to answer this question. So here’s my answer to that:
(As a preamble, I am “fully” vaxed – both doses – with a non-mRNA vaccine as are my elderly relatives. My pre-teen children are not.)
The framing of the question itself is wrong. It depends on the type of virus. What the lay public has learned that the scientific community had long known is this:
Viruses like small pox which don’t have non-human hosts can be eradicated with a global effort but respiratory diseases like SARS-Cov-2 which have non-human hosts are exceedingly difficult to do so. Fortunately, the mutations of these viruses are such that after doing the initial damage, they mutate to a high degree of probability to a mild version. The 1917 influenza virus was never eradicated: it mutated to a milder version which is allowed to survive.
Respiratory virus vaccines – as has been now made crystal clear – neither necessarily have a long life* or make the person less infectious. What they do do is confer some level of protection on the vaccinated.
(*mRNA vaccines especially have been shown to have a poor lasting profile thanks to their design. Sputnik V – on a more robust, older platform – with mixed vectors may yet have a long life. Remains to be seen)
Vaccines much like the Flu Vaccine should be given taking into account a cost-benefit analysis. Every vaccine – especially ones whose long term impacts are unknown – has some minuscule risk and rationally it would make sense for the most vulnerable to a virus take it.
But it may not make sense to those who have low risk of adverse effects from a virus like children in their case. Adverse effects and repeated challenges to the immune system via boosters may do more harm both directly from side effects and building up ADE (anti-body dependent enhancement – where an increasing number of your antibodies actually help the virus infect cells).
The term “anti-vaxxer” has become a propaganda term to obfuscate genuine debate (like “conspiracy theorist”, “whataboutism” etc). Questioning the efficacy/side effect profile/risk-reward of a vaccine is actually what scientists SHOULD be doing – taking a skeptical position to orthodoxy and doing testing is how science has progressed. Yet by stifling this debate, the global establishment has – in my view deliberately – allowed the more extreme theories to proliferate thereby tarring every informed dissent with the same “crazed anti-science anti-vax” brush.
In addition, not all platforms or vaccines are the same. If they were, why would they officially (let alone unofficially) have different efficacy profiles and side effects? After all if a vaccine is to inject a spike protein – or messaging RNA fragments for your cells to create spike proteins – to stimulate your immune system, then they should all converge to the same efficacy. But they don’t. The reason being other things that impact the human body (what many scientists would dismiss as unmeasurable or confounding variables).
In addition, the term “unvaccinated” has been cleverly conflated with “infected” to “anti-science” to “right wing maniac” though even pro-vaccine mandate scientists admit that vaccinated individuals are perfectly capable to spreading the virus. And inconveniently, a majority of those not taking the vaccine are minorities and a significant number of medical professionals who have been exposed both literally and figuratively to the worst ravages of the disease rather than from news reports.
Finally, it’s clear – especially in the Anglo-Saxon descended “democracies” but not exclusively – that this pandemic has been used to curtail civil liberties, dissent of all types, informed discussion and actual scientific discourse itself while gaslighting the public into believing that all this is actually science and informed discussion.
“Every vaccine has some minuscule risk…”
Vaccines normally go through 10 years of development and trials. This gives time to discover long term impacts in the test groups.
Most vaccines do not make through this process. They either fail to show effectiveness or are more dangerous than the disease itself.
The problem with the Covid vaccines is that we do not know anything about the long term risk profiles or effectiveness. This was reason enough to limit their usage to high risk groups. There is simply no rational justification for mandates for healthy low risk people.
The mRNA vaccines are much more risky because their mechanisms are less understood.
The minuscule risk of vaccines is only a valid assertion for vaccines that have been through the full rigor of the approval process.
Well, this is a good article. It’s more than good, it’s very, very good – but its scope is large enough that simple words are hard to come by to describe it.
The initial characterizations of the Three Factions are a little tricky to get through, because mass characterization gives everyone something to disagree with.
But its important to get to the meat of the article, where the author gets into his stride and surveys the state of play with other countries around the world, and then this article becomes astonishingly good. This is a very useful tour d’horizon. It’s wonderful to read an appreciation of the pandemic from someone with good geopolitical sensibilities. Someone who can actually learn about the world from observation of how it has actually moved.
I am one of the Quiet Ones, and in the US there are many more than are obvious, of course. I could say a lot more, but one point is that I think a lot of people are simply waiting for the moment when we must fight. No one wants to argue or dispute, or waste energy that may need to be unleashed in full, in a time perhaps coming to us soon – or perhaps fading away, as Apogee suggests (and may he please be correct).
I begin to think so too, that the peak has crested, the wave has broken and must roll back. Pharma has its monopoly tithe installed forever, the politicians had their glory for a moment, the institutions have revealed themselves all to be captured by commerce, and the people have their own remedies and safety measures against both the virus and the deadly vaccines.
Much, much more could be said – but MANY thanks for this appreciation from Apogee, and to the Saker for publishing it.
Best comment on the board.
Thank you for permitting this article by Apogee to be placed here for debate, and thus also thanks to Apogee for writing this article; it is really quite valuable in exposing much of the control within this debate. So may I start with making a couple of observations.
For any person to consider that China was responsible for this pandemic, they have never studied the enormous amount of evidence that has existed and goes back twenty years, never mind the past two years.
And now I start on the personal observations.
“while the cops down in Australia and other places storm women and sit on them, choke them with choke-holds that cut off the carotid blood-flow, and violently arrest them.” The first time this tactic was used by the Victoria Police was in 1985 and led by Inspector Brenden Bannon, who was in the Police Training Depot with me in 68. Brenden was a Bendigo lad, strong, courageous and daring. He won a Valour award for a shoot-out with two armed robbers at a K-Mart store in Reservoir, where he was working part-time as ‘security’ (a bit naughty). When he realised that an armed robbery was taking place he approached the scene whilst armed with his service revolver which should have been left at work (very naughty). As I said, strong, courageous but not very intelligent. For introducing the choke-hold on pacifist protestors, Brenden received a big rap over the knuckles and the practice was not continued.
“Punitive action, cancellation and complete disdain was and still is shown by Faction One and Faction two against this group because insisting on quality information without hysterics is verboten.”
This is a magnificent observation with only one thing missing, and that missing fact goes way back to the Police Special Branches to at least the 1930’s and one should envisage Captain Frank Kitson in Kenya during the Mau Mau Incident. What is also not that often mentioned was that in Malaya prior to WWII was that the Special Branch had infiltrated the Communists, and set them up when Malaya moved towards independence after the war. In other words, and I know this from personal experience in Australia that when our government plans to do something naughty, they always create their own controlled opposition, which is why ‘quality information without hysterics is verboten’ on both sides as in reality they are one side.
Western governments have proven themselves to be enemies of their citizens. This fact is as old as Moses, be those governments Kings or Parliaments, and history frequently tells us that. So when such bodies as the RSL (Returned Servicemen’s League) have their annual ‘Remembrance’ service with ‘Less We Forget’ you realise that they have already forgotten.
And now if I may, some personal experiences. In about 2004/5 when my youngest was a student at Moolap Primary, the Christian College at Drysdale held a ‘sports meeting’ where two young girls contracted Meningococcal (type C) and died. When asked as to how it was that both girls had contracted the disease, it was claimed that they must have shared the same drink bottle. Unfortunately meningococcal is not easily spread, and most definitely not by sharing a ‘drink bottle’. This incident was then used to introduce all ‘students to receive a vaccine for meningococcal (type a), which of course produced similar hysteria as to what we have seen with Covid-19.
The personal side to this is that at the same time Barbara, one of the drummers in our band, who had only recently moved from the Geelong Highland band, and was also employed by the local Woolworths supermarket, attended the Geelong Hospital casualty section complaining of a severe headache. She was advised to go home and return the following day if the headache had not diminished. She did not return to Geelong Hospital as she died that night of meningococcal, but strangely enough her death never even made the local Geelong Advertiser.
And in regard to this latest Pandemic; well in Geelong, as far as I know there has not been a single report of anybody suffering from the virus. There may have been, but from all friends I know, not a single case has been mentioned. There have been of course many friends who have had the ‘jab’, with most having had both jabs, and of course all of these friends are reportedly still alive and kicking without any serious side effects, that is except for my neighbour, Matthew Rayner. The last conversation I had with Matthew we had talked about the jab of which I am totally against, but Matthew was going to have it anyway. The next time I saw Matthew he was in his bedroom dead, and he died of an enlarged heart, his brother told me.
Now I have not mentioned Bronwyn Hancock nor Malcolm McClure of the Sydney anti-vaccination group, but that is because both of them are employed by ASIO, Say no more!
ASIO – the domestic Aust. Secret Infiltration Organization ?
“Punitive action, cancellation and complete disdain was and still is shown by Faction One and Faction two against this group(fac3-I assume) because insisting on quality information without hysterics is verboten.”
I find this particular sentence clearly misleading, and since it sets up the framework for the piece…not helpful the least.
faction2 and faction3 have generally spoken keeping the liberal mindset of live and let live in perspective. Hands off my body. You could say, that faction2 is a subset of faction3 – or you might look at them as the radical foot soldiers of f3. An optix problem if you will.
Also, only faction1 has REAL power in the traditional sense(admin, legisl, narrative, etc) in the melee, so they are not equal teams playing a fair game of some sort…on the contrary.
now for an other distinction, namely: western.
what the author means(I think) is white western man. And as a white (semi)western man, I can’t help noticing, that faction1 is a large conglomerate of the very same rascals, whose policies domestic and foreign in my name gave me a bad image abroad and made my life uneasy at home for as far as I care to remember.
So let us understand this treatise as such – damning of white western men – pretty much as a body. Can you say collective guilt? It sure feels like it.
As to the author’s ultimate q: I blame Nixon/Kissinger and before them the Hart–Celler Act for the obvious reasons.
It is obvious to me, and always was, that on a limited plane, every game is necessarily a zero sum game.
I think after the reverbations of the songs of the sirens of our era die off, more will wake up to that factiod…
Re: You tell me: If we could start all over again, how would we eradicate a virus that has spread globally?
If it has already spread globally, eradication requires a long study vaccine. You can’t expect to eradicate a virus with these fast vaccines. They work very short term and now seem to be not only causing variants but are causing spread. Imagine: you are vaccinated but you can spread the virus.
All Data has to be published daily by all hospitals. Centralized data platforms so “experts’ and the public can see the data.
If it is like the Corona respiratory viruses, spread by droplets in the air and fecal aerosol spread, we know a lot of how to control and suppress it.
If it is new form and transmits in some other manner, we have to do a lot of testing to affirm how it transmits and then devise means to suppress.
This pandemic has taught us a lot.
Most of all, we must have no censorship by social media, no lying by MSM, no mandates by stupid officials.
Grassroots platforms to secure information and to monitor dubious Government pronouncements are necessary.
No national or regional or geopolitical blockades of solutions. A global pandemic is a global issue and no nation should play God or Hegemon in its amelioration and eradication.
In the US, governors had management control of the solutions. That meant the US had 50 CEO’s. A pandemic has to be treated like a national security issue not a federation domestic issue. Each national should have a pandemic czar, a point of leadership and responsibility.
To handle any future pandemic, the world needs a better battery of testing solutions. PCR is a joke.
New means to test for viruses must be developed now. The best test would be at home, in relative short time. The next best would be doctor office, one hour result.
Therapeutics could have handled this pandemic. There was a wall of governments and vested interests in vaccines that prevented simple drugs (some require intravenous for several days) from curing people in less than five days. What we have learned should be front and center used in the next epidemic or pandemic.
It is clear the international community has no geniuses, no experts, no exemplars of science or medicine. We should proceed by the merit system in leadership the next time. Is what they say effective? Does what they recommend work? Are the numbers making sense? We’ve had enough bozos. No more.
One thing we have learned is you don’t need a Ph.D in virology or epidemiology to be knowledgeable and effective in protecting yourself from the virus.
Eradicating viruses is problematic. Some will stay around for a long time. That is when vaccines matter.
We do know this. The world is not ready for another. WHO are idiots. The US government are staffed with the worst and they are corrupt. We need to rid ourselves of these stupid people running the show.
So, get well, stay with as strong an immune system as you can, and expect much worse coming our way.
The biolabs the US has aren’t doing useful science. They are building weapons. That’s why they are secret.
And other countries are countering similarly.
Want to eradicate viruses? Get rid of the world’s secret operational biolabs. Their very existence is a crime against humanity.
I am not impressed at all about this article, because …
The division of the opposition into Quiet vs. non-Quiets one does not make sense. What makes sense is whether your arguments are sound or not. That requires scientific knowledge, and there are different levels of expertise, and the more certain you are, the more vocal you can be.
And then there are different levels of economical independence. Many people are struggling.
What do you expect us common people in the West to do?
We live on a cage and we know it. We are trying to fight it, different people with different tools and skills. And it is not just this Covid false pandemic – I say it because it is not a sufficiently different virus to our immune systems – , it much more than that. We may never regain freedom. Particularly because most of us prefer to ignore, to not think, to accept. We, as a whole, will carry on until they are pushed too hard.
Did you, in China and Russia, changed your political system, your society, by popular uprising? Yes, but not by yourselves, fellow readers. It was either another generation
We in the West either have to reinvent a proper elite, or act without one. You in Zone B haven’t done that, so do not come lecturing while we agonize.
If recent scientific data is correct, then we have already been pushed too far, it is just not visible yet.
Very nice article! Very calm and even handed. I guess, if I had to guess, I belong to the group called ‘the quiet ones’. I’m American, but I’ve lived in Japan for a very long time. My Japanese wife and most of her family have taken 2 doses of the vaccine, but I have not and will not as long as it does not become an existential problem such as required for visa renewal or such. My wife and I don’t fight about it or basically talk about it. It was just a matter of personal choice. Comically enough, what we both worry about is that the choice the other made will harm them.
In Japan no body seems to mind wearing masks. The mask wearing % has to be 99%+.
I actually found wearing a mask helpful during pollen season. I don’t wear a mask when I’m hiking or biking, but I always do when I’m where there’s lots of people. Actually Japan has been really nice. A couple of times when I’ve forgotten to put my mask on no one has said anything.
One thing that the American pharmaceutical companies are doing that truly makes me angry is forcing the vaccination on children. To mandate the vaccine for an age group that has almost no risk from the virus is abhorrent. Yesterday California USA said they would make the vaccine mandatory for all school children but not for teachers and staff. In other words, prisoners will be vaccinated but but not the warden and guards.
Again, Thanks for the article. It’s nice to read something that isn’t either ‘The vaccine will kill everybody! or ‘The unvaxed are killing the vaxed.’
By the way, I read the Spartacus article, and what impressed me the most was the almost 30 pages of references in the PDF of the article that I downloaded.
California government is obscenely corrupt.
Thanks for the excellent article to Apogee (and Andrei). Something like this could have come from The Saker.
But he had his now famous Covid rants and briefly indulged in a little dictatorship of banning this and that from his blog ;-( OK, it is his blog and we like the rest very much.
“then something is really very wrong” … “Talk about fascist Big Pharma”
My observation is that around 50-70% of people in my country (the one in Zone B where the last
monster … came from) approve of what their government was imposing on them. So we should not
beat around the bush: It is called Fascism and I fear it is here to stay. And imho it is applies to Zone A and B.
Last time (the above … referrring to A.H.) nobody saw it coming and of course nobody helped it coming.
Will this time be different? I have not much hope.
“Last time (the above … referrring to A.H.) nobody saw it coming and of course nobody helped it coming.”
now you see, this is something along the line of condo-leza rice testifying tk congress, that attacking the us using passenger planes was previously unimaginable.
I have in my posession a video montage hours long mind you, taken from before dec. of 2019, in which experts in/of the field discuss(testify in some segments) the topic of biomedics and analyze in frank, clear and intelligent way the subject.
search for “wagging the dog” on bitchute.
where are these people now?
the astonishing conclusion of that debate though was, that basically any private actor with the desire CAN come up with similar bioagents without major expenditure in time or fortune…likely will, and we can do nothing about it and will never b able to establish responsibility.
I’m a first-time commenter here.
Maybe after reading about this issue for almost 2 years I have developed the attitude of taking enough time. So, maybe my perception is not quite corrrect.
I’m not a medical person and I’m not any type of scientist. I only hope that I’m still a person able to think stright and apply logic and common sense.
I think this issue is more serious than everything we read about DPRK, Donbas, Black Sea, South China Sea, etc.
This issue is active and it is global and it is hurting the basis of society and life..
Unlike many others I do not believe that anything about the COVIC/CORONA-issue is “experimental”.
I believe that all involved in the pharmaceutical world new exactly what the “vaccine” would do or not do.
I’m equally certain that even if many nations reacted differently, there was always the accidental “helping hand” close by, just as after the Tschernobyl disaster.
Only that “accidental” was planned by someone.
This analysis contains a major factual error that needs to be corrected.
“Mr.Putin declared that vaccination is neither mandatory nor compulsory” — this is untrue. Moscow and several other regions of Russia are still requiring workers in various sectors to get vaccinated. Putin said at the end of August that he didn’t think vaccines should be forced on people; nevertheless, the policy remains in place.
MOSCOW, June 28. /TASS/. There is no mandatory vaccination in Russia, neither de facto, nor de jure, Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov told journalists Monday.
“Currently, there is no mandatory vaccination for the Russian citizens. Some regions introduce conditions [for mandatory vaccination] certain industries. But this is not a mandatory vaccination for all citizens. This is the situation both de facto and de jure,” he said.
Certain industries want their employees vaccinated. Peskov said: “No, these are separate decisions made by individual governors, taken within the exceptional authority”.
Take note of the date when this all happened. It is less of an issue now. There is of course a political nuance here – just go check for yourself which political party ran on an anti-vaccination plank.
it seems to me you are arguing yourself into the corner mr A.
you dont know what you dont know.
the world is nor black or white…its dark…😁
please apply the same words to yourself, because if what Apogee wrote comes across to you as black or white, you need your eyes examined as you too don’t know what you don’t know.
besides, this can applied to any human being, which makes the comment asinine (except for Donald Rumsfeld)
I live in Moscow and the compulsory vaccination policy remains in place for many sectors — as I wrote in my first comment. You are citing a statement from Peskov, who has repeatedly insisted that vaccination is completely voluntary because you can “change your job.” Ironically, on June 28 — the date from the article you cite — Moscow rolled out its short-lived QR-code “Covid-free” pass, which was dropped 3 weeks later after 200 businesses in the capital went belly up.
Your article states that Russia introduced a vaccinate “mandate” (which is true), but then seems to suggest that Putin ended this mandate (which is false). A mandate was introduced on June 16 in Moscow, and then several regions followed. It has not been lifted in Moscow, and remains in place in many other regions. I would urge you to fix this error or at least make it clear that what Putin said had no effect on actual policy.
As I said, I live here and have experienced this all first-hand. But don’t take my word for it, RT even mentioned in August that vaccination requirements are still in place:
“In the Russian capital, companies in industries such as hospitality, leisure and transport must demonstrate that 60% of their staff have been vaccinated or else face hefty fines. Officials have confirmed that businesses can send home employees without pay if they refuse, in order to meet the quotas.”
Muscovite, there are no de facto or de jure vaccines in Russia. There is no factual error there.
Different areas have different rules/regulations, so, in local regulations, that is another story. It is the same as in the US – different states, different regulations. Moscow has been a hotbed for making regulations. Other areas not so much. St Petersburg had its differences and fights as well. I don’t believe *for this purpose here*, we need to delve deeper into it, or at least, I have no interest as we did not set out to tease apart every one of Russia’s regulations. And then nobody can say with a straight face that this is not a political issue.
Russia has been overall excited about vaccines as a solution for Covid. Whereas I applaud their work in this regard, I don’t think this is the way to go for us as a species – one solution is not satisfactory. And I think if this is not clear in my writing, now it is clear. It is however early days, we may be dealing with something that will leave on its own or become less virulent. Please again go and read the final quote (Andrei Chaplin) in the writing which I present as something that I agree with. And then, look at my introductory sentence before the quote from the Valdai club where I say I deeply disagree with solely a vaccine method on Covid.
My own expectation is that the hard concentration on vaccines by definition now overall the world is showing signs of changing. Take a look at Mr Xi Jingping’s requirement. My thesis is partially that vaccines are not giving us what everyone thought they would.
One of the problems with this pandemic was that everyone started making their own rules. We had no cohesive approach. While that is of course necessary to localize, I don’t believe this ‘strategy’ helped the world in any way. Are their solutions for that? I don’t know. People want to be masters of their own fate. Hence, my final question. It is a civilizational question and Moscow’s rules have very little to do with that. Russia as a policy spoke for global action for global problems. At least they have that right.
You may be right that the emphasis on vaccination as a sole solution is changing globally. At least in Japan, very loyal to Zone A, the government came under public criticism for focusing solely on vaccination (as was announced by former Prime Minister Suga in July), which coincided with a massive outbreak and subsequent emergency declaration. There are signs of sanity, as you have noted, in Japan. The leadership, though, has to toe the Zone A line, at least publicly. We speculate that the CIA makes sure anyone stepping out of line suffers.
Okay, let’s use basic logic here.
1) Putin DID say that. Maybe he was lying, but what you said means that he did not say that.
2) Having workers in special sectors obliged to conform to whatever sanitary norms might be great or it might be terrible, but does not constitute an obligation for the general population. By the same logic you can say that because airline airline pilots are banned from drinking alcohol 24 hours (usually) before flying, alcohol is covertly made illegal and that “alcohol passports” are insidiously imposed on the general population.
3) You living in Moscow is an argument from authority, and considering the population of Moscow, a rather lame one.
How can we discuss a complex and multi-faceted topic as COVID worldwide (which is what Apogee did in what? about 9000+ words or so) when comments lack even basic internal logical consistency (which they try to make up for with gravitas and categorical statements)???????
The article states:
“They tried to do a vaccine mandate, the Russian people would not have it, so Mr.Putin declared that vaccination is neither mandatory nor compulsory.”
This sentence is suggesting that a mandate was introduced but was later lifted by Putin do to widespread resistance to the measure. Is that an unfair interpretation? What am I missing?
The Russian government has openly admitted to the fact that it has introduced compulsory vaccination. On June 18, Anna Popova, head of Rospotrebnadzor, said that “a new tool [to contain Covid-19] is compulsory immunization of risk groups, [which] has been introduced in Moscow [and other regions].” She used the phrase “обязательная иммунизация” — there are only so many ways you can translate this.
These compulsory measures remain in place. I mentioned that I live in Moscow because I know people who have been forced against their will to get the jab — people who would have lost their career had they refused.
If you think these measures do not constitute an actual mandate (even though the article describes it as a mandate — odd), then basically no country on earth has made vaccination compulsory. After all, no one is “forced” to get the shot — you can always quit your job and live in the woods. I do not think this is a good-faith argument, however.
For the record, I am very much opposed to these compulsory measures, which is why I take issue with how they have been presented here.
Thanks Apogee for all your research and a great an informative article.
If you were so inclined, and Saker would allow it, another article on whatever problems you hinted at in the Spartacus letter would be most welcome.
While the anti-China stuff typical of Libertarian USAers was there, that was just a tiny part of the article. Spartacus analysis of other elements seemed spot on to me, particularly with Ivermectin which I personally have experienced nullifying COVID on several occasions in India.
Yours is one of the best letters I have read after Spartacus, so it would be informative to hear from you where you think he gets it wrong.
In a faraway northern corner of a blue planet there once were three brothers that lived. The first and oldest, was the first one to waver outside of home, he was the most cultivated, stylish, had a sense of being the cool older brother. He was though the first one to give up his wild adventures and join the rest of the planet in its worldly ways. “Grow up” he told his two brothers, “are you still into those tales from Granny”. He laughed at his younger siblings ‘His name was Dan, Dan the Man.
The Second brother was quiet like a Zen master. He did not say much but the lack of words was rather put into action. He built, drew sketches, repaired, if he got a tool he made something with it. That thing he built he perfected, things could never get good enough so back to the drawing board he went. He sighed at his brothers, “You guys drink talk and brag too much, stay at home and fix your bloody flying car” he told them. His name was Svenn, Svenn the Silent Thinker.
The third brother was the typical little brother, he wanted to prove to his two older sibblings that he was no little scared boy who ran up their ‘Mothers skirt. He was the most adventurous of the three and he travelled the planet and brought back riches, knowledge, ideas. He had the most beautiful, wealthy and luxurious house of the three brothers. He had a fleet of Flying Cars from Tesla, before the other ones could even figure out where the plug goes inn. He loved to brag to his brothers. “I have an offshore account in the Bahamas, the Caymans and a Swiss bank account. My sweetheart who lived with me is a Hilton” he told them, and this was true. But no matter what he achieved his brothers just stared down at him and smiled the way older siblings do and said to him “oh grow up, are you still into all those crazy adventures, and Grannys tales” His name was Nor the Peter Pan.
The three brothers lived happily and relatively peacefully with each other. However through the ages they fought like siblings do. Sometimes they nearly killed each other over squabbling issues. But they always made peace in the end, and then they laughed drank and teased each other again. The thing they fought most over was girls. And the poor young lady they fought over was desperately lost over who to pick. Dan would shower her with witty comments, extravagant cuisine, and modern clothing. Then Svenn would look her in her eyes read her soul and build for her what her heart desired without saying much. Finally Nor would come showering her with treasured gems and jewellery, fine wine from his adventures and dine her on fine Northern utensils of silver decorated and engraved. And then they all told her “Choose me”! What could she say… and then the fighting went on and on. And after the fighting came the forgiving, the drinking and the laughing. “Do you remember her, what a rack she had”, or “haha she told me she forgot her Moonblood was that day”, or “Oh she did not know you would come visit that day, how awkward that must have been for her when you came at my door.”
Well they lived like this in the Northern corner of the blue Planet for ages and ages, empires and armies came and went. For the last fifty years thing had gotten a bit docile. The Empire that ruled the world had instilled Langlish as a common language for planetary commerce, trade and culture. This had weaken the bond between the brothers, they did not fight or squabble anymore but they listened less to each other and spoke more Langlish.
One day an evil Man with super surveillance technology who lived in the heart of the empire decided he wanted the blue planet for himself…..
I think the one major element that is missing from this is the very real role out of the vaccine passport and its future intentions and potential implementation. I see this as the biggest part of the western reaction and think it is going to be attached to other technologies very quickly including but not limited to a central banks digital currency, personal carbon allounces, face recognition software, online presence and basically a system that if your not compliant will cut you off from society. My personal opinion is this is currently being done in Canada especially and the Vax pass is that initial infrastructure being put into place and normalized.
I agree, Canadian.
This is in the cards. It is probably the real agenda.
Big Pharma is a partner in this, although actually a junior partner.
The combination of vaxx passports and CBDC would be a very powerful scenario for moving the people’s wealth upward: Deny use of money via various punishments and even fines. Just remove money for taxes calculated by an AI, not by you. Etc.
However, I have a feeling that those who talk about his would be categorized by Apogee in his Faction 2 nutters, paranoids, deplorables, and conspiracy theorists.
No one know yet whether a majority, or a meaningful minority, of Americans will draw the line for vaxx passports as they have drawn the line on compulsory jabs. And it is one thing to refuse a jab but another to find a way to influence central policy on, say, vaxx passes. It may be possible to find a state that disallows them, but then one would never be able to leave that state.
Thank you for allowing this post. I was starting to think you were turning a blind eye to the bone shattering suicide of Zone B, especially the “boot on the neck” of Australians!
that would be Zone A, but okay, considering how many mistakes and typos I make on a daily basis, no worries :-)
I’ll answer this question because it highlights how well-intentioned/well-read people can still go down the wrong path.
If starting all over again how would we eradicate the virus?
I would ask you if you have lost sight of why you want to “eradicate the virus”?
Is your goal to eradicate the virus or do what is best for people’s health? Those 2 goals are not necessarily the same.
Let’s go to the extreme on solutions to highlight that.
Eradication of virus by any and all means available with total disregard to morality. Ok, round up all covid positive people and incinerate them. Force everyone to test daily with a phone connected app. Incinerate all that test positive along with anyone they have been in contact with and don’t forget their pets too. Incinerate all animals in which the covid virus can spread to because you can’t eradicate the virus if it has a pool of other species to jump to.
Any country or person that stands in the way would have to be eliminated as well. Thankfully we have enough nukes in the world to get that job done.
See what I’m talking about?
That is the lunacy of the Eradicate Covid policy. Giving one permission to cause great harm and death to others on the basis that it is for “the greater good” of others. Sooner or later there will be no one left to save because you killed them all trying to save them.
So maybe, just maybe, the stated goal of eradicating Covid should not be the goal at all.
No one is going to eradicate Covid. Covid, like the flu, is here to stay so treat it like we treat the flu. Every year, a percentage of people catch the flu. Most people recover from it but some people die of it for various reasons. Covid is no different, only new and highly politicized.
Do we ostracize and fire people from their jobs for not taking a flu shot? Do we force them to take treatments that are experimental? Attack their character and make them pariahs if they do not comply?
If a nurse, firefighter or police officer does not want to take a flu shot would you rather they be fired and replaced by someone with less experience or would you rather they stay at their job and provide services that are critical to society’s safety and security?
So, do you want to do what is actually best for the vast majority’s of people’s lives or do you want to eradicate Covid?
Governments have chosen a path which gives them the most control over people they can obtain by taking advantage of this pandemic. Even a child can see that.
So which side do you want to be on? When it comes to it, will you turn in your family and friends? Get them fired from their place of employment? Support the cop that would crack their skull to protect “the greater good”? Stay silent as pregnant mother gets turned away from a grocery store for not having her vaxx card?
Will my words even be read or will they be censored for crossing some vague boundary as to what can be said about Covid?
Have I crossed the line into blasphemy?
Are my words so dangerous that I should be excommunicated? Turned in to the “authorities”?
Does debating the impossible goal of eradicating Covid qualify as intelligent discourse? Am I disqualified from the discussion for pointing out the state goal is impossible to achieve without destroying humanity in the process?
Simple words strung into sentences and spoken or read by others are now being treated as the greatest threat we face. Censorship is fully supported by those who once preached about freedom.
Ban the words, ban ideas, thoughts and those that think them. It still will not change the Truth.
“Eradicating the (corona)virus” is an unreachable and hence unreasonable goal.
It is not even a desirable goal.
Getting rid of the common cold is a long-standing joke.
It does not mean “build a better mouse trap.”
Setting the goal, even for purposes of discussion, means tilting at windmills.
Waste of time, unless you are Cervantes.
Use of the word “vaccine” in connection with mRNA jabs is similarly incorrect and misleading.
I must applaud the author of this article for an attempt at a sensible and balanced analysis. This topic is, unequivocally, the most paramount compared to to all others since it affects all of humanity. At this point, it is safe to say that there are two predominant views on the Saker site. The first one, for the sake of simplicity, is the traditional “East vs West”. Here we have China, Russia, and to a smaller extent Iran portrayed as the “good guys” in their struggle against the “evil empire” led by the US. This has been the platform all along here and is basically the gist of it. As soon as the “pandemic” appeared, this paradigm was threatened and as it gained traction, it deemed most of the geo-politicals here almost irrelevant for the obvious reason. For once, our lives are disrupted to such an extent, we no longer care about what Syria, Ukraine, Iran, etc.
Hence, it would only make sense to publish this piece as what I would best describe as “damage control”. The other view, is this “pandemic” is not a coincidence but rather, a concerted effort by supranational actors, world organizations, and global conglomerates against the vast majority of humanity for monopolization of resources, control, and depopulation. I have diligently covered this in great length and detail on quite a few analysis going back to July of 2020 in the Cafe(before the ban). There is a reason why the so-called “Spartacus Letter “ is getting circulating at this pace on the web. Also, just to point out that the majority of alt-media is on board as well. I’m referring to Paul Craig Robert’s (as the author criticized), William Engdahl, Michel Chossudovsky, Mike Whitney, Whitney Webb, and many others. The only consensus is that time will eventually tell which is the correct one.
You are highly insulting. I don’t write ‘damage control’ for the Saker Blog.
If you have lost vision to the rest of the world, it is truly not anyone else’s problem but yours.
It seems to me that you misinterpreted my comment.
I never stated nor implied that your purpose in writing is to defend the Saker’s view(s) on his blog. What I actually wrote was that it defends his stance on this issue and thus made sense for him to publish it. I did not mean to offend you in any way for that matter.
As far as “losing vision to the rest of the world” (whatever that means)….well, I’m not going to lose over that “problem”.
Allen, I agree with you. Very perceptive and well stated.
I have commented to this effect but I guess I was moderated.
Thank you for the compliment.
You and another former commentator (I won’t mention any names but you will probably guess correctly who I’m referring to) were the first to see the signs and the pattern of events unfolding while everyone else was still preoccupied with the usual geopolitical topics.
Btw, I’m assuming you’re the same “Anonymous”, considering there are more than 1 now.
“The only consensus is that time will eventually tell which is the correct one.”
I do not believe it – short of the belligerent party confessing in public – unless of course, the whole thang is an act of god.
would be so easy to accomplish though: the “international community” pressures the CCP to come up with the disappeared documentation of the activities of the wuhan lab, hustles Mrs Batlady with some of her colleagues to an internationally agreed locale and televises as her other colleagues question her about her activities…that dont involve the interrogators themselves in some way…😁
see what Im getting at?
it’s impossible to know how much the shills’ are being paid other than to know it is a fortune and that they are many legion in number:
alt-media is on board as well.
OF COURSE IT IS! If it wasn’t, it wouldn’t be very “Alt” now would it?
you want to “solve” this by arguments of authority or by majority vote?
Next while I often mention PCR and while I very much respect Engdahl, there is a reason that in over a decade of blogging I never even mentioned the other three.
As for “consensus” – it is neither needed nor possible.
bad, very bad argument, sorry, you need to work on your logic ;-)
Also, keep in mind that the loudest shills on BOTH sides get paid.
The “official” shills get paid very generously.
The “alt” get paid less, but that just make them MORE clickbaiting and hyperbole.
And yes, there are honest people on both sides.
But their sanity is mostly drowned by the shills, hence the current disaster in Zone A.
“You tell me: If we could start all over again, how would we eradicate a virus that has spread globally?”
It’s impossible to eradicate a virus, at most one can restrict its propagation or heal the associated decease. My advice: Vitamin C cure with ginger/cinnamon infusions, and maybe stop worrying so much. Sheers
Not only has the virus spread globally, but it is also present in a multitude of animals, including 40% of deer apparently.
What would it take for folks like you to stop posting slogans and post comments, you know, the kind which are fact based and logically argued?
Those slogans (which even when combined with several more) do not amount to a comment, at least not by this blog’s criteria.
I will probably have to make that more explicit since many don’t even bother to read the moderation rules…
That is actually not impossible. Smallpox was eradicated and polio is nearly eradicated. SARS-CoV-1 self-evolved and was eliminated after it became non-infectious. These are all naturally occuring infections and nature is the perfect instrument for designing diseases. Some others could be eradicated but aren’t as the natural reservoir remains undiscovered such as Ebola. Ebola is an example of a disease that is too hot to continue and wanes naturally if left to its own. In the good old days, infected natives were left in their grass huts and burned them to the ground eliminating the risk. But no one is suggesting that now. For zoonotic diseases of importance to agriculture, the test and cull method is used. If one animal in a herd tests positive the entire herd is killed and burned. That is how farm animal diseases are controlled. We can’t do that for humans. But there are other things we can do that will work.
China, once they figured out what they were dealing with, took the correct steps. Lock the borders (even internal ones), quarantine anyone with a temperature or suspicious symptoms, conduct contact interviews and then quarantine anyone they came into contact with. Hospitalize the ill and maintain strict quarantine. They started this before any good tests existed and it worked. That is how you eradicate a particular disease but everyone has to do it equally. Vaccines help a great deal but the test and quarantine method is still the best approach. As we now well understand vaccinations only decrease the risk of serious illness and do not stop the spread of the virus. It slows it down somewhat but not all the way. There are no vaccines that provide sterile immunity to coronaviruses and as normally infected individuals who develop immunity to all the proteins in the virus can still be infected I believe sterile immunity will never exist for this virus. Protein subunit vaccines will never measure up to be as effective as recovering from a natural infection. But containment strategies apparently can never be used in western countries that believe their freedom is more important. Sometimes it is necessary to do what is necessary for the greater good. But, this is obfuscated in the west by greed that comes into play in government policies. An example was approving a previously untested technology using mRNA as your primary vaccine strategy. That was IMHO insane. We have very good existing vaccine platforms that (obviously) work well enough. Why introduce an unknown variable at all? Then why do everything humanly possible to make safe vaccines appear dangerous? Why is a drug getting approved that is worse than Ivermection but 700 times more expensive while demonizing Ivermectin (previously made by Merck as well)? It is these decisions that make the west look so terrible. Watching Fauci twist and turn is yet another example. Why hasn’t he been fired or better yet jailed for deliberately circumventing regulations to do GoF work?
All that said the risk of death is relatively low. It is still too much but Sweden who did nothing now has zero cases. They took the approach of letting it burn through the population and just suffer the consequences. Apparently, that is a good alternative approach especially from an economic standpoint.
Old Microbiologist, there is basically nothing that I disagree with in what you said. Sweden though, that was a dangerous move – but it was one of the moves possible but with major repercussions for their neighbors and the rest of the world. The longer term picture is of course outstanding on all and any of the moves.
The pesky thing is, one cannot trust any numbers. That is what is most frustrating for me and it is the data, the misunderstandings with the data, the misrepresentations, and then those that pretend they understand epidemiological data with no clue. Anyway, we think the same way at least on this one.
The table at the following link – Federal German Statistical Office – shows that all cause mortality in all age groups in Germany, in 2020, was lower than the average of the previous 4 year.
Despite 1.7 million covid cases.
do you understand that this, assuming it is true, proves absolutely nothing, and I really mean *nothing*?
that is the problem, everybody and anybody is an expert today, not only on medicine, but also on demographics or how statistics are made (and used!).
clickkid is a great alias for you, but please stay away from this blog, ok?
I’m afraid this article is very incomplete – it leaves out the growing number of people who are not ‘anti-vaxxers’ but who question that the only vaccine available is the mRNA whose long term effects are not known; who are aware that big pharma is generally more interested in their profits than in our health, that the government usually represents them rather than us; who question why the only solution is seen in vaccines rather than building people’s health status and immune system; why information on ivermectin and other approaches is being suppressed and so on. These are rational educated people including physicians, educators, other health care professionals, civil rights supporters and so on. People opposing the vaccine may be rational educated people who take care of their own health and don’t want some strange untested substance injected into their body. These people have issued statements, made videos etc. but this information has been suppressed.
While the MSM presents a very distorted picture of all this, it’s not appropriate for this blog to go along with it.
You make many good points, but your last sentence tells me that you either did not read the article, or did not understand it, or that you misspoke (happens to all of us).
If you SERIOUSLY believe that this blog “goes along” with the media, you might want to stick to the latter and avoid the former.
Thank you Apogee for the sanity, and (as far as I can tell) extensive research and organiztion of these thoughts, in creating a very meaningful analysis of the current, and ongoing conspiracy against the 99% in Zone A.
Thank you, so much, Andrei, for adapting and evolving your initial position of discussion of such material; even though I doubt you seek it, there is great redemption in it, for me.
I don’t know what else to say…
It is difficult living under the auspices of the upside-down: overt and extreme censorship, a massively, and (to me) obviously flawed official narrative, sensational and overtly obsessive vaccination mandate (as opposed to immunity mandate), especially as it becomes apparent, that there is no discernible difference in transmission between unvaccinated and those vaccinated with the experimental potion touted as the solution. (see https://www.medrxiv.org/content/10.1101/2021.08.24.21262415v1)
One can observe, through your reporting, that there have been multiple channels to success, in overcoming the…. social challenges of the …situation, i.e. Russia and China have followed differing approaches, but both based on making the health and safety of the citizens the primary objective.
Critical to the success is …”making the health and safety of the citizens the primary objective“.
While I like to consider myself with Faction 3, one can understand why Faction 2 has occurred, in the absence of fact-based discussion, and the availability of relevant information cleansed from the internet.
While you describe Faction 2 as based around “anti-vaxxers”, I respectfully suggest that this group makes up only a small portion of this somewhat heterogeneous conglomerate; ultimately I do agree that the underlying driver of this group is a “… fight against the de-legitimization of their rights.”
Like many of us, they wrestle with the mass censorship, and extremely flawed official narrative(s), searching, sometimes wildly, for some kind of meaning, and to a greater or lesser extent, they are correct in identifying a true, wide spread conspiracy
Effectively, your article, comparing Zone B response to Zone A response confirms a wide spread conspiracy in Zone A.
Notwithstanding the fact that the word “conspiracy” has been actively loaded, so that it has become a weaponized meme/trope to discredit opinions of people about a given situation.
One can extrapolate on the essay that the strategy/approach by Zone A government(?s) will only exacerbate the underlying destabilizing factors in society.
Yet the largest theft in human history continues unabated.
You refer to the money printing, and pharma-profit driver to the … ineffective (from a public welfare perspective) outcomes for Zone A citizens, but never quite nail the point that in Zone A, it is all about the theft
Ultimately, if you look at this entire campaign, as I do, as psychological warfare against the 99%, the real objective is already discernible as this massive theft.
…and therefore…. (a witch!)… the “pandemic” a prop in a power/financial objective.
Does this sound like the “leadership” of Zone A?!
Great summary of things and while at time of writing this prelim comment I havent read it all yet, I note that this “pandemic” seems to consist of some type of cold bug that seems to be more prevalent in the northern hemisphere and in some regions of it but its effect overall is being exaggerated.
I can only wonder how much of what is happening in Anglo speaking countries is real etc….
All this has shown that big corporate monopolies have got out of control and need breaking up.
This would have happened long ago if US anti-trust laws had been enforced by the DOJ and elsewhere but bribery of corrupt politicians and officials has prevented it. It is the direct result of the Clinton-Bush-Obama era.
A tipping point in the US is coming rapidly and when it does come those pushing all the oppression will be erased.
I must say I’m getting tired of this covid-related fights and the stories on them (although I could read this one almost to the end, thanks for posting it). A few of my opinions (and, yes, they are only opinions):
1) Covid may not be very lethal, but it kills enough of those who have been contaminated to have been of much public concern until now. This happened because no one had been previously exposed to it.
2) China showed that, even if Covid had ample fertile fields to spread to, it could be controlled by a very strict lockdown applied in a “short” period of time (by short I mean a few weeks). Only very few countries did this effectively. Most just implemented a demented version of it, and hence didn’t solve the problem, while creating several others. I don’t think any western country implemented an effective lockdown.
3) Yes, Covid will probably be among us for some time. However, most people will get some immunity against it, and hence few will die from it in the future (“few” when compared to the number who died until now). Remember, nowadays, percent-wise speaking, very few people die of flu, even though when europeans first came into America, the flu killed tons of native people.
4) Vaccines have been applied in a sufficient large number of people by now to show that, at least in terms of short term dangers, they are less dangerous than the illness itself. Yes, we don’t know yet the long-term effects, and, yes, they are not risk-free. As with any vaccine, there will always be those who have a serious reaction to it. However, I would bet that for any one such case, the vaccines saved a hundred or more people from dying of Covid.
5) The fact that only mRNA vaccines are allowed in the US and Europe is mostly a political problem. It is up to the people of these countries to have their voice heard. The fact that they are not only means greed and money reign supreme there (notice that these are also the base tenets of capitalism).
Life goes on. In my opinion, in many western countries, the number of vaccinated people is already high enough to allow those who want to take alternative medicine or who simply don’t want to get vaccinated to be left alone and be responsible for their own choices. Covid, in the nightmarish way we have seen it until now, will probably soon be a thing of the past (to most people, anyway).
The real problem, though, still remains, and that is the corrupt to the core Zone A governments and the weak and individualistic people governed by them. Let us hope this will soon pass, too.
Lockdowns in China could not conceivably have contained any viral spread – presumably starting in Wuhan.
Lockdown in Wuhan was first imposed on January 23rd 2020 – ie almost 2 months after the presumed first cases. The volume of traffic/travel etc over the intervening two month period would have dispersed the virus far and wide to every population centre within China.
In fact, it seems Sars-Cov-2 was already present in the US by December 2019 at the latest:
Antibodies were found in 14% of blood samples in Lombardy from September 2019:
The pandemic has been a massive abuse of process being used for ends unrelated to medical issues.
It is a grab for power in various world theaters .
Irrespective of what this pandemic consists of and whether it is real or not, the issue is that it is not for the Govt in any country to tell people what medical treatment they should have.
Vaccines that are tested properly do work, as has been seen by polio, smallpox etc….
The problem arises in this situation that these vaccines have not been tested to the degree they should have been – they are experimental in classification – and are therefore risky – as proven by adverse side-effects and deaths from them. This combined with efforts to silence discussion and opposition and speech about them rings alarms bells.
Under such a situation sensible people are justified in refusing to have such treatments.
The evidence seems to suggest the vaccines are causing more harm that they are doing benefit.
And the policy of pushing them onto people who do not want them is causing and is designed to cause social division.
COVID and the vaccines are having different effects in different countries and regions.
Bad in some places and not in others and that may be related to various parameters including populations density, amount of sunlight vitamin D, clean food and water etc….
All the above listed differentials by different countries by the author including many dumping the vaccine agenda in fact demonstrates there is no plague like situation existing.
If this was like the Middle or Dark Ages where the black death plague was ravaging and dead bodies were being piled up in streets and had to be burnt in bonfires, then perhaps the mandating of a tested vaccine is justified. But that is not happening.
The writer did not cover the fact the vaccines were initially targeted at the sick and people over age 50 which indicates the possible attempt to cull the post WW2 baby boom generation, however they being wise to and having seen all the political lies, tricks, treachery of the past 5 decades, and their children, have refused to take them (the official vax figures are exaggerated) so they have refocused the vaccines on the younger tech generation many of who are so stupid they wouldnt know one end of a screwdriver from another.
There are multiple things going on here with this –
1 An attempt to blame China for this so the Anglo EU Deep State can later start a war to contain it and that will effect Russia and Iran.
2 An attempt to create a depression in aggregate demand in the West to collapse China’s economy and the Third World’s so elites can come in and buy everything up (and do the same in the West too).
3 Reduce climate emissions from people and industry via the lockdowns and shutdowns.
4 Effect political changes in the USA and elsewhere.
5 Consolidation of global corporations power and market share.
It seems almost like throwing a hand grenade into the crowd and seeing where everything ends up and who survives.
But if there is a pandemic surely the way to eradicate COVID is to push ALL possible treatments not just vaccines. The fact the alternative treatments are being suppressed tells us clearly they dont want it eradicated but want people to have the contents of the vaccines and suffer the consequences of so.
The likely end result is those resisting this will simply start destroying the infrastructure systems in place so that their oppressors themselves cannot function.
I wonder if Apogee could share his reference for Japan approving the use of Ivermectin. I am not actually doubting this–I was able to confirm that the Director of the Tokyo Metropolitan Medical Association had held a press conference about a month ago, calling for widespread use of Ivermectin in treating what was then the biggest wave yet of COVID-19 (starting notably from when Japan adopted mass vaccination mostly with Pfizer, but also with Modern and Astrazeneca vaccines), but this news never reached the Japanese public. Japan has been in lockstep with the West. The new elected Prime Minister Kishida won because he is part of the old boys club, notably corrupt. One of the first moves has been to establish a “Vaccination Agency” along with a “Digital Agency.” They keep hinting at passports. Kishida “will also seek to strengthen ties with the United States amid concerns over China’s growing assertiveness” https://english.kyodonews.net/news/2021/10/91cfe23bc3c7-japans-kishida-to-take-office-as-prime-minister-form-cabinet-monday.html
I agree with Andrei’s assessment this past week that Japan is really under the control of Zone A. There are dissident voices in Japan and no division is developing among the citizenry, and the people here are quite open to the idea of some of us opting out of vaccination over health concerns. On the other hand, the media are heavily controlled, and by and large people are unaware of anything beyond the mainstream news on what is happening overseas due to the linguistic barrier–never mind the availability now of translation software that can give you a general idea, it generally produces mishmash.
Hi Patricia, it was roundabout that I got that piece, but here is the press conference if you can use a translator to translate.
Thank you, Apogee! And no need for me to translate, but thank you.
It is an excellent article that puts in all into perspective, including the Saker’s reaction, but the very failure of the west is what brings out the hatred of their medical system, since the effect seems to be that they are going after their own people. My best mate in Britain has been quite ill since his experience with the Jonestown Jab, and I have a distant cousin who apparently died of it. I can see that the therapies and shots are different outside of the “A” district. Inside it they are an unprecedented fiasco, and if some have gone over into more serious speculation as a result, let me reiterate that it is largely as a result of that fiasco and people have to understand that fact.
I will address Apogee’s question at the end of the article: “If we could start all over again, how would we eradicate a virus that has spread globally?”
Use known, effective methods to stop it from replicating in humans. Once deprived of readily available hosts for reproduction, the virus will die out.
A plan: Provide public health service announcements in multiple media regarding taking prophylactic vitamins and medications in the proper amounts: Vitamin C, Vitamin D, zinc, quercetin/ivermectin/hydroxychloroquine. Provide packages of these at cost in local pharmacies and stores. Make administration routine in hospital and nursing home settings. Use public health messaging to encourage outdoor exercise, healthy lifestyles, and good eating habits. Implement the Chinese approach of rapid response to outbreaks using accurate tests, quarantine, and treatment. Compensate for wages lost due to quarantine. [There are lots of details that others could help me fill in.]
I haven’t read through the comments, so I may be repeating others’ sentiments, but I am really grateful to the Saker for introducing us to Apogee’s writing and allowing a discussion of the economic and political aspects of the pandemic. I kept wishing there would be some way to analyze what is going on in Zone B, especially after hearing about mandates in Moscow, but followed shortly by word that Putin had rejected vaccine mandates. Apogee has put my mind at ease that Zone B is not somehow being controlled by the West the way Japan is, for example. More than anything else, that is what I kept coming back here hoping for, because the medical aspects are being addressed quite well elsewhere, and John Michael Greer’s Dreamwidth blog is addressing the spiritual dimensions as well, but almost no one else is discussing what is going on in Zone B, except to warn that “we are going in the direction of China with its social credit scores,” when they clearly don’t know anything about China.
Apogee’s is a really cogent analysis of the situation! (Finally! After 45 years a chance to use the word “cogent”!) But I’m trying to figure out who to share it with, because they all seem to be in Faction 1 or 2. I consider myself to be in Faction 3, but I really feel much closer to my friends and relatives in Faction 2 than in 1. It’s easier for me to avoid challenging them on their hot-button issues, and I feel deep anger toward the putative “left” for allowing themselves to side with the neocons, neoliberals, alphabet agencies, and transnational conglomerates against the f***ing working class! In addition, it is quite hard for me to see how Apogee’s conclusions about the West (identical to my own) are not “conspiracy theory.”
I guess that would make me no longer a conspiracy theorist. I’ll have to find a new identity.
Good decision from Saker to allow debate centered on political consequences of COVID. I do understand why he was reluctant about this theme. It is easy to veer into “crazy” ideas and theories. 5 G and all that….
However, salient point is, how this moderately dangerous ilness (no Ebola, but also not your standard flu) has been used and abused to basically intensify methods of authoritarian control of population in the West. We are talking about unprecedented limitations of basic rights, formal and (mostly) informal cenzorship, geopolitical actions (like hostility against Sputnik and Sinovac vaccines). Coming from Slovenia, I had to endure masks mandate in open spacees, curfew in night hours (even if walking completely alone) and other insane measures which simply couldnt have been connected with public health reasons. It is as if elites are preparing us mentally for harder and harsher methods of “democracy management” in future. Repression for suposed medical reasons (be safe!!) can be extremely successful and will always have some support in segments of population.
This is and should be one of themes of discussion on this very fine blog which has been bringing light into darkness of public debates, darkness intentionally produced by mainstream media.
“We are talking about unprecedented limitations of basic rights, ”
The reason is that the West has before it an unprecedented reduction in its standard of living, in view of the coming hyperinflation and financial collapse.
Governments in the West are trying to proactively establish the infrastructure of social control, which they believe will be necessary in order to maintain their position, in addition to nakedly plundering the system for all it is worth before it goes down.
I don’t think it will work for them. If people think there is a medical emergency, then they will put up with a great deal. Will they still do so when it costs 500 bucks to fill up the car?
I don’t think so.
Yep I an a Pro choice Australian have only ever been anti bullshit, and dunno bout the rest of the world nor professed too but did point out the obvious from the get go that in Aus their was a clear agenda that anyone understanding how ‘standovers’ work could see just like an ole boobhead in gaol with a new celly it’s ‘put the kettle on if you like, white n 2 cheers’ all friendly like, and new chap is handing over dinner n dessert portions before bedtime. It never stops until the bullied say ENOUGH!. And for all our faults and follies we people of Australia are and have been under seige…. Only now are those that mocked us as ‘paranoid’ seeing.. Bits come out… Yes a revolutionary realisation that WE NEED TO DEAL WITH THIS OURSELVES is blooming a cross Aus. The Aukus deal was kept secret from Aus public institutions and ministries as much as from French and New Zealand etc.. With zero departmental, ministerial or Parliamentary process it is regarded widely in Aus invalid and nonsical and dead in the water, (Clive Palmer bankrolling Aus United party has been foiled by US Inc and wants smoother business with China etc for eg and regards it disdainfully.. We may surprise you yet left alone in the sun down here but please investigate the reality here re our federation breakdown and gov response before writing us all off as ‘flu deniers’ or ‘anti vaxers’ we are just honest bewildered well meaning but not stupid or gullible folk.
“You tell me: If we could start all over again, how would we eradicate a virus that has spread globally? ”
I believe that smallpox is the only example of a virus which has been eradicated. This is not comparable to the present situation because coronaviruses have a much higher mutation rate, particularly of the ‘hands’ which it uses to enter cells.
The good news is that we don’t need to eradicate it.
We already know that Sars-Cov-2 was present in Italy in 2019 without causing much excitement:
There are a few tentative signs that countries are emerging from the psychosis of the last 18 months – see Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Croatia as noted by the author. The first three are pretending that the vaccination rate is the reason they can do that.
At bottom covid is not a medical but a sociopolitical/financial crisis centred on the US and Europe. IT will therefore end – as a crisis – when that other crisis ends – ie with a financial reset.
Somehow humanity survived for millions of years without hazmat suits, lockdowns and masks. Suddenly just as the dollar-centred financial system was about to fall into oblivion – see repo rates September 2019 – it needed them.
It will do so again.
“Somehow humanity survived for millions of years without hazmat suits, lockdowns and masks. Suddenly just as the dollar-centred financial system was about to fall into oblivion – see repo rates September 2019 – ”
This is the basis of the analysis of both Catherine Austin Fitts and the German economist Ernst Wolff as to what the “utility” of the pandemic/crisis/hysteria actually is.
See “Uncovering the Corona Narrative,”
I’ll chime in on this one with several observations:
Moderna had their vaccine ready two days after the Chinese released the genomic sequence which is highly suspicious. Russia shifted from working on SARS-CoV-1 which they had been working on for 20 years to SARS-CoV-2 fairly quickly and did it in collaboration with Oxford (as opposed to hacking and stealing Oxford’s design as portrayed in the western MSM). Sputnik V is still not being accepted by the west despite being the first out the door for clinical trials. Regarding clinical trials both Pfizer and Moderna went straight into humans without animal testing which is very bizarre given it is a new technology with zero animal safety test data. To me, this indicates a very early conspiracy to push all vaccines towards western ones and especially Pfizer and Moderna and massive efforts to block acceptance for other vaccines. This is obvious in Russia as the people would rather get Pfizer than Sputnik V which just goes to show how good western propaganda is.
Then as a (retired) vaccinologist, the easiest way to create a new vaccine is to use an existing vaccine platform as Oxford/Gamelaya did using adenovirus vectors). That can be done several ways and it isn’t necessary to go to any new untested technologies so one wonders why that was the course the US powers that be chose? Personally, I would have chosen the original Salk Polio vaccine as the backbone as it is well established and safe. The best part is it is an enteric virus so spreads through fecal-oral contact so has a wide distribution in households and places where people gather. No one even considered this which to me is bizarre. You don’t need to vaccinate everyone in a given population using this method as it spreads well enough on its own. It is also easy and cheaply made in bioreactors. If new platforms are deemed necessary there are some very interesting over-expression of vaccine proteins in plants such as bananas which are safe and well tested. Again, not chose but a potentially very dangerous molecular technique was and without any of the normal rigorous testing requirements. You also don’t really need to do the modeling of molecular fit as the old school way actually works best which is to perform western blots using acute sera from actual patients against the virus proteins from culture. You can readily tell what proteins produce the highest antibody response and you can work backward using purified patient antibodies and see if they neutralize the virus. Then you run it in animal models and see what you get. Simultaneously you perform T-cell activation studies to ensure you are also getting a robust T-cell response. In the animal models, you can generate data for how long the subsequent vaccine remains functional and how specific it is for cutting transmission and lowering viral loads. None of that was done for the mRNA vaccines so personally, I wouldn’t and didn’t get them. There is zero long term safety data as well.
I did get vaccinated with AstraZeneca (Oxford) as it was available here. That was in spite of already having an asymptomatic case so I believe I never needed to be vaccinated at all. But, for travel purposes, we did it anyway. I never considered the Oxford (or Sputnik V) vaccine to be risky at all but as a politically expedient necessary to live in Europe.
In truth, the vaccines really only need to be given to high-risk individuals (as is the exact same case for the flu). But in the US because of the obesity epidemic with consequent Type II diabetes and people with massive inflammation due to insulin resistance caused by an awful diet, it is necessary for everyone with those risk factors. Better would be to have everyone lose weight, switch to ketogenic diets, and begin exercising. No one has suggested this at all. It would be cheaper and far better for society (but not as profitable).
Of course what you suggest is the correct way to go imv. Thank-you! But of course, it is not profitable. Just think of all the profits lost if we get rid of the fizzy sugar laden colas, packaged junk food and so on. We could build a new civilization on that alone :-)
Thanks for the info Old Microbiologist :-).
I have lost around 8 kgs of fat and gained some kilos of muscle combining a ketogenic diet with twice a week boxing and body-weight exercises these last 5 months. I have transitioned now to a low-carb diet instead of keto. It takes for me around 3 to 4 months to build some sustainable habits and good neural pathway ;-), but it can be done and I am loving this lower carb lifestyle which has also completely changed my body composition, energy levels and boosted my immune system.
……highly recommended !
Seconded. I’m allowing no more than 20g of carbs and loving the changes. I wasn’t obese to start with but had about 10 lbs I could well have done without. Two unexpectedly great results are that I have no more water retention and my BP then normalised so I kicked two prescription meds in two months. Healthy diet, exercise and sunshine – the FOUNDATION.
I have been keto now since February 2020. I lost 13 kg and am happy with my weight and don’t miss carbs at all. I also do intermittent fasting 20 hours a day. I can’t recommend it enough but most westerners can’t do it as they are addicted to sugar.
Thanks, Old Micro, for the comprehensive explanatoin the best way to go about creating an acceptable vaccine.
Regarding obesity in the USA, someone quite official but I cannot recall who stated that it was a pandemic of the obese. But obesity is a “sensitivity” issue, so hush hush. Also, speaking this little truth might weaken the “pendemic of the unvaccinated” narrative. I would bet $$$ that there are very few obese in Faction 3, as these are the ones who understand, among other things, the role of obesity in the US infection and mortality figures.
Thanks also for the info re a jab that is acceptable to you, namely, the Astra-Zeneca. But isn’t this also an mRNA jab? I woiuld get the Sputnik to be able to travel to Europe, but cannot get it here. Perhaps I will soon be able to get it in Europe when I arrive there.
“You tell me: If we could start all over again, how would we eradicate a virus that has spread globally?”
1. Don’t let it spread globally in the first place.
1(a). Don’t hand global agencies the authority to promote a fake virus test to whip up a fake “pandemic” on demand or to otherwise dictate health policy.
2. Emulate the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh and use a cheap, effective off-label antiviral both prophylactically and remedially to cure it.
2(a). Adhere to traditional medical science, including recognition of naturally acquired immunity, and outlaw suppression of contra-governmental narratives or the promotion of narratives tainted by vested interests.
Plain and simple.
The diametric opposite of the Western world’s Globalist-dictated approach to the matter.
Is it just me or does the author spend most of the article making group 2s point? Occasionally making digs at the hand full of crazies in that group? I do have a question about Klaus Schwab. If he is such a non factor how does he get both Xi and Putin on a public conference call in the middle of a pandemic? That is pretty impressive.
Just a few notes:
1. Thanks to those that enjoyed this presentation and said so.
2. To the ones saying that this article did not handle x or y, of course. I did not set out to write a book :-) and many aspects fell out in the editing in order to keep it to a reasonable length. I can tell you, when this writing reached 12,000 words, I stopped and edited and pruned seriously, because it could easily have grown into 18,000 words and burdened every reader.
3. To those that want an opinion on The Spartacus Letter, OK, I won’t spend much time because of the lengthy set of research and medical links attached. We’re not talking any medical stuff here but these principles hold for the medical research papers.
Are you very sure that everything they say about China is correct? I can tell you very little of the China side is correct or correctly presented at all, I mean all, has been explained. It is old information (for example the 3 lab assistants that supposedly got ill in October I think, last year). No, they were just on their normal holiday breaks.
The set of research and medical links attached – what do they actually say, and are their descriptive words fully representative of the set of links. In at least 75% of the cases, no. They tell you how Covid works, over and over again to look impressive.
They tell you how it is to be treated, over and over again, and everybody knows that. We’re long past the time when Trump tossed out ventilators to all and sundry for an hour a day on the media.
They focus on those issues that are kneejerk issues. There is nothing new there.
How long do you think will it take for someone not educated in the research fields to understand all of those linked papers? Long time eh .. years – so, are they giving those to you to pretend validity, knowing full well that you are not going to do due diligence. I looked at a few, and it is everything and the kitchen sink. That alone makes the credibility questionable and the details very superficial.
Let me do one for you. “India went against the instructions of the WHO and mandated the prophylactic usage of Ivermectin. They have almost completely eradicated COVID-19. The Indian Bar Association of Mumbai has brought criminal charges against WHO Chief Scientist Dr. Soumya Swaminathan for recommending against the use of Ivermectin.”
Well, this is actually seven states in India. They are: Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, Maharashtra, Assam, Goa, Karnataka and Kerala. India has 28 States and 8 Union Territories. A little overstatement here, don’t you think. I wonder why?
I’m choosing another simple one .. “Chinese scientists in Wuhan reported being routinely bitten and urinated on by laboratory animals”
If you look carefully at the two papers linked, it is the same paper, the one is just a summary, and the other is the full paper. So, here we get two for the price of one. And again, it is not routinely, it is one guy that reported that he got bat urine on himself, and immediately quarantined .. which is normal lab rules.
If you go through the paper like this, in other words with critical due diligence, you find this kind of thing everywhere. Its worthless. There is no way that one person did this. The very long length of this letter was intentional because it will require a 100 page response in order to rebut the points made and so the aim is for the uneducated to be easily convinced of its content while making it difficult to rebut it without writing a novel in response.
“…We do not see B3 or The Charles Schwaub reset working…”
Threw me off at first. Thought he meant Charles Schwab which is a “they” not a “he.” No idea what B3 is. It is Klaus Schwab. May be an important chess piece but *far from* definitely being the “Mr. Global” Catherine Austin Fitts talks about.
Could be that the real executive power, that is, the power to pull the strings on those ostensibly having executive power and make them dance, lies with the likes of BlackRock, Goldman Sachs, and The Vanguard Group.
Quite likely the “Reset Plan” is react to a collapse of their making and try to manage it so it only affects everyone else for as long as possible. In the West, perhaps no one is in proaction mode.
If there is a proactive plan in place, I have yet to see it. It is like the “Green New Deal.” Everyone talks about it without really honestly bothering to describe it in any serious detail so that it is worth commenting on. The fake right-wing populists and perhaps the woke left as well do not define even their terms.
“You tell me: If we could start all over again, how would we eradicate a virus that has spread globally?”
Hypotheticals aside, and notwithstanding the eminently sensible and enlightened approach of nations like Russia and China or states like India’s Uttar Pradesh, it’s a bit late for many of us now to be thinking about starting all over again.
On the other hand, people like Dr. Richard M. Fleming PHD, MD, JD, seem to have a pretty good idea about how to finish it. Dr. Fleming’s presentation in the following video goes from 1:25:29 to 2:50:00, and every minute is well worth viewing, especially for any community that’s getting tired of being beaten up by cops and ground down by crooked judges and politicians.
My friend’s sister was formerly a nurse. Now she runs a residential care home in the North of England. She gives the residents a high dose of Vitamin D3 (normally made in the skin by exposure to sunlight) together with vitamin K2. There have been no cases of Covid 19 amongst the residents of her care home since the start of this pandemic. Two of the staff got Covid but they isolated themselves at home. It is estimated that around 50% of the population in the UK could be Vitamin D3 deficient. D3 is the hormone that optimises the immune system as well as regulating many other functions. Black people can be D3 deficient in high latitudes as their skin is adapted to the stronger tropical sun. Obese people can be D3 deficient as D3 is soluble in fat. Researcher and author Jeff T Bowles discusses the subject in his books.
Thank you very much for this informative report. Btw, can you please let me know where you go this piece of information 👇
/Did you know that the vaccine supply contracts in many cases prohibited the use of any other existent or new anti-virals or repurposed medications effective for SARS-COV2 (Covid-19)? /
Dear Man with No Name,
I do not have one link for you, but I found that information through months of appearing/leaking and immediately scrubbed supply and buy contracts.
Brazil was one of those. It is usually hidden behind something like ‘so and so pays x or y for products’ and you find it in the small print. A search for Vaccine Supply Contracts will come up with hundreds of links. The Mexican President leaked this from one of his public statements. He warned his people (medical and purchasing) that Big Pharma is not out for the best interests of the country and to not sign anything that does not benefit Mexico. I would have to start this search again, as much is routinely scrubbed under confidentiality agreements. This was literally months of work. Sorry, no link that can supply the ‘smoking gun’ for this one. Just months of consistent daily checking into this only to find … tomorrow it’s gone.
On the 27th September 2012 ‘Fair Work Commission’ in regard to the matter of Jennifer Kimber -v- Sapphire Coast Community Aged Care Ltd (C2021/2676) released its decision made by Vice President Hatcher, Deputy President Dean, and Commissioner Riordan.
The initial matter was that a Health Care worker, Jennifer K was sacked after refusing to take a ‘Flu shot’ in 2020 due to a previous allergic reaction to the shot. She took the matter to the ‘Fair Work Commission and lost the matter. She then appealed and the above mentioned decision was the result. It is a 65 page document, and the gist of the matter starts on page 47.
COVID vaccine will breach the DD Act. (Disability Discrimination Act)
Research in the context of COVID-19 has shown that many who are ‘vaccine-hesitant’ are well educated, work in the health care industry and have questions about how effective the vaccines are in stopping transmission, whether they are safe to take during pregnancy, or if they affect fertility. 37 A far safer and more democratic approach to addressing vaccine hesitancy, and therefore increasing voluntary vaccination uptake, lies in better education, addressing specific and often legitimate concerns that people may hold, and promoting genuine informed consent. It does not lie in censoring differing opinions or removing rights and civil liberties that are fundamental in a democratic nation. It certainly does not lie in the use of highly coercive, undemocratic and unethical mandates.
The statements by politicians that those who are not vaccinated are a threat to public health and should be “locked out of society” and denied the ability to work are not measures to protect public health. They are not about public health and not justified because they do not address the actual risk of COVID. These measures can only be about punishing those who choose not to be vaccinated. If the purpose of the PHOs is genuinely to reduce the spread of COVID, there is no basis for locking out people who do not have COVID, which is easily established by a rapid antigen test. Conversely, a vaccinated person who contracts COVID should be required to isolate until such time as they have recovered.
Blanket rules, such as mandating vaccinations for everyone across a whole profession or industry regardless of the actual risk, fail the tests of proportionality, necessity and reasonableness. It is more than the absolute minimum necessary to combat the crisis and cannot be justified on health grounds. It is a lazy and fundamentally flawed approach to risk management and should be soundly rejected by courts when challenged.
All Australians should vigorously oppose the introduction of a system of medical apartheid and segregation in Australia. It is an abhorrent concept and is morally and ethically wrong, and the anthesis of our democratic way of life and everything we value.
Australians should also vigorously oppose the ongoing censorship of any views that question the current policies regarding COVID. Science is no longer science if it a person is not allowed to question it.
Finally, all Australians, including those who hold or are suspected of holding “anti-vaccination sentiments”, are entitled to the protection of our laws, including the protections afforded by the Fair Work Act. In this regard, one can only hope that the Majority Decision is recognised as an anomaly and not followed by others.
For some reason, perhaps because of her affair, Gladys Berejiklian suddenly resigned last week as the NSW Premier. Her Deputy Premier John Barilaro announced his resignation last night. I wonder if they had read this decision?
For me there is a critical extra dimension to the context around COVID and that is energy, peak FF in particular.
Peak Oil I was in 2005 and a precursor to the GFC.
Peak Oil II was in late 2018. Notwithstanding that net energy had been going down well before that as available oil was getting harder and harder to extract.
The US repo (overnight banking) rates subsequently went nuts around Aug-ish 2019.
The world feeds itself via industrial agriculture. Every calorie of food produced requires several calories of oil to grow, process and deliver. Last time I checked the number was around 5.
Also factor in many other depleted resources – water, topsoil, industrial minerals on top of pollution.
So one way or another a lot of people are going to die. The Limits to Growth report from the 70s predicted all this. Refer also to John Michael Greer’s and Gail Tverberg’s work on the subject. The Elites et al know this.
Zone A financial systems only work with growth, which is dependent on growth in (affordable) energy supplies and its societal support systems are fragile, overly complex, one way ladders.
Consumption had to go down. Lockdowns are fuel rationing under another label, as is the cancellation of (pointless) international travel.
Look at the situation in Europe with gas shortages. Same with coal around the world. Coal reserves are overstated because you need unlimited diesel to extract them.
Zone A people typically consume way more than Zone B, so you could say constitute low hanging fruit in a drive to reduce consumption.
So is it a coincidence that the EGTs (experimental gene therapies) wrongly called vaccines used in Zone A are toxic and in particular immuno-suppressive/destructive? (See medical studies from Israel).
Or is it all just a sclerotic, arse-covering, easily bribed bureaucracy doing its normal, massively incompetent thing in conjunction with a rapacious Big Pharma and a medical system that’s ignoring the Nuremberg code?
The jury is out.
In the news today:
Another billion for covid19 at-home tests.
Actually, you can already order such tests from India or the UK . . .
