The patience of Gleb Bazov and other Russian nationalists and leftists has run out. Open, bitter disdain for the Russian policy of non-intervention. The next Russian government won’t be so restrained. Let’s hope the Communist party in Russia gains in power . . . Putin belongs to a historical phase which is passing before our eyes. Russia must rise to defeat fascism again. In it’s place – a reconciliation of the Red and the White, a fusion of Communist and Christian ideals.
It is not war that is required but revolution.
Bazov is full of himself in safe quarters in Canada, far from the battle.
His hysteria and wrong reports began with Strelkov.
He has been a damaging force on Twitter and now leads a bunch of others into knee-jerk attacks on Putin. You might think he was in the pay of the US the way he predictably spews his amateur stuff.
Russia would have blundered at every trick if “General Bazov”, who is actually just a another lawyer who used to do translations, were running the show.
Who doesn’t want Russia to go wipe out the nazis? But doing such a thing has ramifications.
Bazov totally is an ignoramus about geopolitics. Not a scintilla of wisdom in anything he talks about.
Way over his head on military, geopolitics, strategy and tactics.
Putin’s one of the world’s greatest leaders, and historically, one of Russia’s greatest strategists. Not only that, he is handling the greatest threat to Russia while Russia was emerging from its weakest state of economy, unity and military readiness. Putin has reformed and rebuilt Russia, pulled it together, won several wars, blunted the Hegemon and NATO, is shaking the EU to its core, formed strategic partnership with China, built the EEU, is co-venturer in BRICS, SCO and the Eurasian Belts and Road, kept Russia dominant in Space technology and runs a Voentorg that no one knows how he gets weapons, men and Intel to the militia.
Bazov tweets. 140 characters of whine.
Thanks. That’s very very correct
If Gleb Bazov now shows disdain for Russia’s policy, then my gut feeling was right when I stopped reading his “tweets” last September or so … Plus, I mean, “tweets”, come on … it’s just breathless words you won’t learn anything from.
Good summation, Red Ryder, thank you.
People tend to forget who is guilty for what is happening (especially US/UK, but also EU). Instead they want to blame Russia for not being powerful enough to deal w the aftermath & also all the other US/UK tricks that we know are coming.
Spot on summary, RR.
Putin’s strategy reminds me of the wisdom of Sun Tzu combined with Kutuzov/Suvorov understandings how to deal with attacking enemies. Furthermore, being uniquely aware (as an ex-intelligence and counterintelligence analyst) of the 4-th generation warfare ,which includes full spectrum of weapons (economical, financial, biochemical, cultural, informational electromagnetic, nano, etc, I do believe that RF was extremely lucky to have him at the right time in the right place.
Saker gave strict orders on October 10 that any posts mentioning Gleb Bazov or Vladimir Suchan would be deleted.
It’s ok this time, these posts just prove why Saker formed that opinion back then already (plus he was being attacked too).

If you find this interesting you can find out more by browsing Alexander Dugin’s book by the same title on Amazon. Also article at Wikipedia
Finally, there’s an article regarding Poland’s new political party, Zmiana, which attempts to apply the 4th Political Theory.
The nazi dogs are loose, feeding on the corpses and the Kennel Keeper is the Hegemon.
Not a word from the Press of the “Free World”.
If you stand with Russia, Donbass or Putin, you are fair game.
Kiev may be defunct as a viable government, but the US has pledged bond support so the murderers can carry on. IMF + US government are paying billions for these murders, the ethnic cleansing in Donbass, and chaos to bait Russia to fight a war.
Higher technology upping the ante on and over the battlefield.
Global Eagles flying above Novorossiya means missile strikes could decapitate the militia.
“Moreover, the Americans have decided to write off Ukraine and let loose the Nationalists precisely because we saw EU’s opinion shift recently”
So why are Britain, USA, Canada and a host of other EU countries sending military advisers and troops to ‘train’ the Ukrainian forces? If that line is true you’d think they’d want to distance themselves from the Neo-Fascists and their upcoming escalation of barbarity?
I don’t buy this one at all. I expect further attacks by Kiev and more false-flags under USA direction.
This is not about Ukraine, it is the USA attempting regime change and neutering/fragmenting Russia.
Keeping Ukraine on a low to moderate boil is essential for them as is causing mayhem on all of Russia’s borders and internally.
Here is Her Majesty’s propaganda bullhorn and one of its ‘top stories’ today:
Russian opposition parties form anti-Putin alliance
The Party of Progress has got nill sits in the Russian parlamenat and this party RPR-Parnas has got as well nill sits.
So a blind leads a blind and for Her Majesty’s propaganda station BBC this is a great achivement to the goal of wiping Russia off the map.
All that matters is that western audiences believe that Putin and Russia are weakening and the further meme that they need to be weakened. This latter meme is bolstered in the article by the multiple Nemtsov pictures (repeat until ingrained in their minds subconsciously) and the line:
“Critics of Mr Putin accused him of being behind the murder of Mr Nemtsov, who was shot dead near Moscow’s Red Square as he walked home with his partner”
Note the keywords Putin, Moscow, Red square, murder -and the female companion for added emotion and angst.
Its all part of the manufacturing consent process. Whereas these political parties may be insignificant competition to Putin, carefully crafted blatant propaganda articles such as these precipitate national support for proxy wars or worse against Russia.
I hear and agree with your comment but I think the tangential damage these articles produce is not given the acknowledgement it needs.
Agree -disagree? Thoughts anyone?
Sanctuary, we just have to keep reminding everyone that Kiev has “suicided” 10-12 political leaders and journalists in the past couple months. And, of course, that Nemtsov was the least important opposition figure.
Of course! That is how they operate.Spin and innuendo is their MO.They are preaching to the Western World influenced by the bribed MSM,and they know it.Most Russians aren’t buying their lies.
It’s time for Russia to do a Chinese Embassy on the US one in Kiev, apologize for the ‘mishap,’ because, “As is now obvious, the Google maps were incorrect…”.
I’m convinced Russia can blast 1 ship out of the Black Sea waters, and FUKUS will do diddly-squat about it. No talking, no threat, just one simple example to back the f*** off.
Have an Ukrainian horse transport ship on hand, so you’ll be bale to claim ‘you’ thought you were shooting at that. Label the whole shebang an “unfortunate ‘incident” and be done with it.
On a side note; US instructors are now training the Kiev Killer Kommandos…, well, that means one thing and one thing only; they’ll know exactly how to lose.
On a side note; US instructors are now training the Kiev Killer Kommandos…, well, that means one thing and one thing only; they’ll know exactly how to lose.
South Vietnam. Afghanistan. Iraq. What’s the common thread here? It’s that in each case Uncle Scam tried to train their armies and they still failed. But note how well the Iraqis are now doing under Iranian tutelage.
They should have before, but now is time as well,to form a “government in exile” for Ukraine headquartered in Novorossia. As many exile politicians as there are now (and after these killings there will be more),they should be able to fully staff one. That government would declare the junta an illegal regime.Outlaw the groups supporting the junta. And declare Ukraine a Federal State.Call on all Ukrainians to come to their side. That would split many people away from the junta inside Ukraine. And make it easier to get Ukrainians to fight the fascists. They could probably get Novorossia to join with them as well. And be able to use the NAF as the basis for a new “Federal” Ukrainian Military. There is a civil war going on in Ukraine. And that would formalize it plainly into the Federalist vs Centralist sides. It would make it on the one hand harder for the West to support the fascist side. And on the other hand easier for Russia and others to legally aid a legitimate Ukrainian government.
But the Kremlin needs a time machine. Things are polarized now. The other problem is that those in exile are simply those from the SE of Ukraine. The US would argue that a new group would be a transparent Russian puppet with bribed and corrupt politicians who were on the Russian payroll doing their master’s bidding.
In addition, the Kremlin already recognized the government in Kiev. So this just feels like another tactical maneuver by the Kremlin, and not a real strategy.
The junta and the West will claim that no matter what. But their opinion doesn’t matter. Its the Ukrainian people who need to question the false legitimacy of the junta. And by having another government with equal claims to power (actually better claims,as they were elected and overthrown in a criminal coup),then that question is out before those people. Not all the people fleeing are from the SE.There are some from all parts of Ukraine, even if most are from the SE.But the SE (Novorossia) makes up almost half the total population of the former Ukraine. So right there you have people representing half the country.Which is the essence of a civil war in the first place.Again,we make an error worrying over reaction in the West. Its not the Westerners that live in Ukraine. And its those people in Ukraine a government in exile would need to attract. As to Russia having recognized the junta, times can change. The junta’s criminal behavior, violations of the Minsk agreements, legalizing nazism, threatening war against Russia, the latest murder campaign. And if a government in exile was formed, would give Russia the legal right to change that recognition.
UNHCR stats for population displacement here.
I think that recognizing the Kiev pirates as the Ukrainian governement (or as the only one) was likely an error, and while it is possible to change that there are difficulties — but I don’t think the noise that the empire and its corporate media is a significant one since they snarl and scream in any case.
The difficulty with financial arrangements with IMF, corporations, Russian contracts, etc. are more problematic, but nothing is cast in permanent concrete.
If a Samurai comes by and chops someone exactly in half, and then a sorcerer comes by and offers to resurrect the fellow, the question is which half should he resurrect? Must he join both halves first, or will restoring just one half and burying the other suffice? Which half carries the identity of the sundered guy? If the two halves are first joined together, with the left half join the right, or vice versa? If he was just decapitated, should the head have a new body or the body a new head?
We tend to think that the head carries a person’s identity. But with Ukraine, which is head? Which half best reflects Ukraine’s identity –or should? Kiev clearly is not the head: it’s stupid emotional, and reflects the will of the imperial invaders over the people. Free, independent, Ukraine (aka, Novorossia) is more ‘Ukraine’ than the fascists and imperialists could ever be, so the task should be clear: establish through public opinion, law, finance, and infrastructure, the Novorossian head half, and then let the western part join with that becomes possible.
This satisfies the idea of ‘one Ukraine’, as well as kicking out the nazies and pirates — so the question is how to implement this program.
Novorossia must become strong and self-sufficient while the Kiev regime collapses. Then bit by bit the western areas must break from Kiev, and join the Novorossian federation created. Legal and financial entanglement with Kiev can remain until it all dies. Novorossia can, of course, modify the Ukrainian constitution as well as Kiev can — it’s not owned by Kiev or the regime there, but by the people — the real ‘head’ and identity of a nation.
Now is the time to build this paradigm both in the noosphere — the mind of the world ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Noosphere ) and in practical matters, so that Novorossia becomes accepted (except byt he fascist empire, of course) as the legitimate Ukraine. Stop, for example, referring to the fascist forces as the UAF — armed forces of Ukraine, but call them the junta’s militia. Wrest the propagandist informational coup from the pirates, and declare that the prodigal heir of Ukraine was lost but is now found: it’s centered in Donbas.
This makes sense to me. The USA and EU keep framing the conflict as Putin being the new Hitler, invading Ukraine. Using a well-known WW2 meme (everyone knows about Hitler; it’s a shortcut).
So, a new frame is needed, another one that everyone understands. Why not take make use of a different WW2 frame that everyone understands, especially the French, namely, De Gaulle’s formation of a government in exile that was accorded credibility as the “real” French government because De Gaulle was seen as occupying the moral high ground.
Kiev is the Vichy Ukraine to the USA’s Nazi Germany.
Seems to me that a completely new frame must be put out there effectively enough to drive out the ridiculous Putin = Hitler nonsense. (Actually, it seems that Putin is said to be either the new Hitler or the new Stalin—can’t be both, which show how silly it is.)
Exactly! The “government in exile” is a time honored tool in a civil war situation. That it hasn’t been formed yet is a bad mistake.Whether one or the other side accepts that as legal doesn’t matter. The fact that it is out there gives it legality to the world watching this war.Especially if some of its members have served in the overthrown, by an illegal coup, previous government. Its a symbolism that we lack. Its one thing to talk of toppling the junta. But we must give the Ukrainian people an option of another, democratic government, replacing the current corrupt fascist-friendly regime in Kiev.Give the people an escape from Banderastan, and many will jump for that.
We can imagine that Russia didn’t create or recognize a government in exile because it needed supplies for the Crimea and would have had problems with gas pipelines. So the Kremlin played it safe. Doing that would have been close to war, so relations would have broken down, and the West would have blamed Russia for not seeing to it that gas flowed.
The other problem with a government in exile is that it would largely have precluded the negotiating approach. The Kremlin has wanted some kind of a grand deal that would at least be tolerable. Taking both a hard and soft approach isn’t very practical.
Government in exile doesn’t have to be in Russia.
It could be in, say, Switzerland. Couldn’t it?
Also, even if it is in Russia, what can Russia, technically, do, if political refugees get together and declare a government in exile? In other words, does “hosting” a government-in-exile mean taking a political stand? Certainly in wartime foreign many foreign capitals are hotbeds of agitation, plotting, saboteurs, etc.—various types of attempts to affect what is happening in the homeland. Frankly, the US State Dept. and any ethnic Ukrainians working with them could almost be seen by Novorossiyans as functioning like a government in exile . . .
“Novorossia can, of course, modify the Ukrainian constitution as well as Kiev can — it’s not owned by Kiev or the regime there, but by the people — the real ‘head’ and identity of a nation.”
What an excellent idea, Blue!
BTW, there are several things the US could try as the coup regimes breaks down, but running through them is the undercurrent seen in other places where a tyrannical regime was installed.
As long as the regime is obedient or useful the US supports it, but it becomes counter to the US’s agenda then it”s demonized and the atrocities used as an excuse for intervention — bombing, military presences — ‘responsibility to protect’. Or yet another regime change.
Russia should be prepared to intervene early in this to stop the empire from taking control of the situation. Any intervention must be kept out of the hands of the US empire (one example of this done successfully was the destruction of chemical weapons in Syria instead of the US’s desired bombing campaign).
This is an advantage to shifting the legitimate identity of Ukraine to Novorossia, which would then become the center of reigning in the murderous fascists in Kiev — with help from Russia, it’s next door neighbor, of course, and with organization of the regional Eurasian organizations.
Blue, I think elements of “class warfare” should be added by Donbass. Early on, they spoke of getting rid of the oligarchs. They should make this a core principal to appeal to occupied junta Ukraine.
We can’t openly say class warfare or too many will jump on the ‘Putin is Stalin — commie USSR’ stuff, but we can talk about social programs for people instead of rule by oligarchy, jobs, health, education, and the other elements of class war — just give it a different name. All of those will resonate with the people in EU and also the US who are getting smashed by the 1% and austerity, not to mention Ukrainians. Maybe call it ‘civil equality’ or some new term.
You are correct — just be careful of how it’s ‘officially’ framed and worded so that people are not prematurely scared off by the propagandists.
Germany will encrease anti Russian in Baltics
Berlin to train journalists, provide Russian-language content to broadcasters in region
On a tour of the region—Lithuania, Estonia and Latvia—on Thursday and Friday, German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier said Berlin would bring Baltic journalists to train in anti Russian propaganda and study in Germany.
The Art of Lying is the main skill politicians and journalists in today’s Germany need to master in order to succeed at their career. So it makes sense for them to teach people from Baltic countries how to be a professional liar.
By the way, Goebbels was great at propaganda, but he was not a liar. And in general, NS state propaganda was much more accurate and less infested with falsehood than the venomous distortions and concoctions spread by Western democracies. Sure, a lot of it was wrong, and some may have been false, but it strikes me as an example of honesty and truth if compared to Western democracies.
CIA video which allegedly comes from Novorossiya
In Kalashnikov’s final letter he wrote that he was listed on psb4ukr.org an SBU affiliated website where people list ‘terrorists’, including their home addresses.
Buzina was listed on the site a day before his death.
If you do tracert and nslookup commands on that domain you discover it is hosted on a NATO server undee the nato.int domain
Looks like they are complicit
Here is a detailed article about the domain psb4ukr.org being hosted by NATO (US Gov):
Thank you, Weston. That’s pretty ‘explosive’ and translated by a person of conscience, former Toronto SymphonypianistValentina Lisitsa.

CIA video which allegedly comes from Novorossiya
We’ve been hearing about the regime reaching its end and being at the verge of collapse for how long now? Don’t these people get tired of their own wishful thinking? The regime is far from reaching its end and in fact it has a much firmer grip on power today than it did a year ago, with western military aid pouring in non-stop, with terror acquiring an ever more blatant character, with Russia reaching new lows of servile behavior wailing about how “We want our Ukrainian partners to treat us like equals.” For God’s sake! A regime of murderous, lying rabid russophobes is being called “our partners” by the President of Russia, who laments not being treated by them as an equal by such wonderful partners.
This is just disgusting. Pathetic. And so is the endless idiocy of imagining that a terror regime fully supported by the entire Western machine is about to “collapse”. Such nonsense.
russia is really delusional.
fit for self destruction because of inability of her people and leadership to recognize who her enemies (anglosaxons) are and trying to back stab allies to please her enemies in hope of equal treatment at the high table.
He calls them “partners”
He calls them “partners” because right now it is the smart thing to do, not because he is deluded by them. Even they know he is not deluded by them.
The Nazis reached the end of the line with the Night of the Long Knives. Of course, the later details were kind of important.
Granted, the current situation is different, but brutal governments are quite common in history, and Kiev may be a lot more established and functional now than a year ago or so. Why would it go away? The world is ruled by force. The main question at the moment is more whether the SA or SS gets to call the shots.
What do you mean? Getting rid of the BrownShirts was imperative if Hitler was going to have the cooperation of the well entrenched Army.
What’s going on in Kiev is more along the lines of Bolshevik vs Menshevik, with a lot of incedental murder of dissenting voices along the way.
Of course the analogy should be the Bolsheviks versus the Mensheviks.
I was simply pointing out that the idea that the recent murders reached the end of the line is absurd. They may just be starting, and I used the well-known violence in Nazi Germany for reference. Many or most Western readers are not likely to know much about how the Bolshevik/Menshevik struggles went.
In that vein: even fewer know that that famous Bolshevik Trotsky was initially a Menshevik. It wasn’t personal, just business.
Assassination has long been part of the Outlaw Empire’s tool kit. Recently released documents prove it murdered Pakistan’s first elected Prime Minister on Truman’s orders, http://www.informationclearinghouse.info/article41585.htm
My intuition leads me to believe the CIA was responsible for the shootdown of UNSG Dag Hammarskjöld’s plane as it didn’t want its Congo war to end.
The Congo case was covered again recently by consortium news, looks fairly clear it was the CIA to me
The imperialist controlled regime in Kiev is indeed, ugly.
Its proto-fascist stooges serve their imperialist masters and reflect their behaviors.
These horrific regimes, and their Oligarch controllers, will not fade from history – without a push. Karl Marx wrote something to that effect after the crushing of the Paris Commune – 1870. Despite the fact that he wrote it, history has shown that to be true.
No regime, no matter how weak and degenerate, will collapse without an outside intervention. That intervention may be a domestic revolution, or a military attack by another state.
The resistance of the Novorossyan Militias and the support from Russia have served to expose and weaken the Kiev proto-Nazi puppets, but they are still in power and murdering all independent citizens they can get their hands on.
As an aside; how long would Edward Snowden continue to breathe (avoid an accident, or suicide), if he was not under the protection of the Russian people?
By way of analogy, the history of the 1930s displays a long trail of defeats and murders of innocents by the epoch’s imperialist Oligarchs and their allies, and their servants. Not just Germany, and Italy displayed the terrible footprint of tyranny, but Franco was advancing in Spain, and the fascists and extreme militarists were rising in Poland, Hungary, Rumania, and Japan. The Japanese were butchering thousands of Chinese – daily, throughout the decade leading to WW2. Even France was a regime of Concentration Camps. In 1940, they turned the keys over to the German occupiers.
The political culture throughout the 1930s, was one of Tyranny, Murders, butcheries, assassinations, concentration camps, colonialism (today-neo colonialism), and grinding poverty. Arthur Koestler’s autobiographical “The Scum of the Earth,” gives some descriptive flavor of the political culture of the late 1930s.
The 2010s appear to be headed in the same anti-humane direction. There is now, as then, opposition to the Terrorist Oligarchs. The late World War, appears to have ended in some kind of a draw. The worst (outright victory of fascism) was avoided, but at the cost of 60 million dead and measureless waste of our planet. But 1945 served only as a brief interlude.
The solution is: to resist. Unless you have a better idea.
The Novorossyan militia and the Syrian military, and the Palestinians, and others, have put up credible resistance. The Russians haven’t surrendered, and are strengthening.
The Chinese are the weak link. They need to modernize their political culture. They need to forge a Democratic Republic, that alone is capable of producing a popular moral force capable of defending against the brainwashed Anglo/American/Zionist masses.
The Scum of the Earth deserve better. They deserve the right to Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness. These cannot be found in refugee camps and the fear of those cought behind the lines.
I am now going back to my bath. Is that Charlotte at the door?
@ Peter J. Antonsen
Q; The solution is: to resist.
R; The outcome of Revolution [France/US] = …….?
Where/when does ‘resisting‘ end and become something resembling like a ‘normal‘ life?
“Where/when does ‘resisting’ end and become something resembling like a ‘normal’ life?”
Resisting is a normal life. What is abnormal, is the non-resistance of so many highly abused citizens. The happy peaceful and prosperous world we desire is only possible under a political culture of Freedom. The Oligarchs won’t allow this world because it is anathema to their greed for power.
Tolkien believed that greed for power was mankind’s bane.

The entirely predictable shale oil bubble with derivatives has burst. Are the criminals who control Wall St taking down the US dollar on purpose to hasten us on to the next step– the one-world monetary system?
It would be reasonable to conclude that there are some investors that would benefit from a restriction of oil trough the Suez Canal, of course to the detriment of Saudi Arabia. Interesting games going on, no?
putin and Russia are cutting their own nose to please their anglo enemis-how pathetic!
in syria, libya and iuran russia lost so many billions worth of order just to pelase his anglo enemies.!
“I’m frankly surprised that it [the ban on S-300 deliveries to Iran] held this long, given that they were not prohibited by [UN Security Council] sanctions from selling these defensive weapons,” Obama said on Friday.
“This is actually a sale that was slated to happen in 2009, when I first met with then-Prime Minister [Vladimir] Putin. They actually stopped the sale, paused or suspended the sale, at our request,” Obama said.
So from the horse’s mouth –it is clear that Russia backstabbed her friend Iran and Syria to please her anglo enemies.
Of course Obama like many others in the wide world did not count on the passivity and coward ness of the Russian leadership in standing up for her allies.
For that reason Russia will never have any friend now nor an ally or any trust by anyone..
Compare that with how anglo evil empire stands behind her allies and stooges come what !
Even today after all this western aggression against Russia with Israeli collaboration ,mr. Putin is still coy about arming Syria and he has betrayed Syria too after taking its chemical weapon.
Quote –“The Russian president also refused to confirm that Russia decided not to supply similar systems to Syria at Israel’s request. Earlier this week, Putin said a deal “with a certain Middle Eastern country” for S-300s was canceled due to Israel’s concern the system would endanger all flights over its territory.
The country in question is widely presumed to be Syria, but Putin refused to confirm it directly.
“I said what I said. That is enough, I believe. Experts know what I am talking about,” he explained.” !!!
Quote “Halting S-300 supplies to Iran was our national decision,” Ulyanov said. “The arms embargo imposed by UN Security Council No. 1929 does not prohibit missile defense. That is, supplying such weapons is fully in line with the existing arms embargo regime and does not contradict it,” he added.
“Western colleagues got used to us making some significant gestures, and started to take it for granted,” the diplomat said. “If we review our decision, it is met with shock, [it is] not clear why,” he noted.
“If the Iranian side can sue [Russia] for $4 billion, this is not taken into account. It looks like the West proceeds from the assumption that Russia should act to its own detriment in order to get others to like it [Russia],” Ulyanov said. “The S-300 system is exclusively defensive, it threatens no one. The commotion around it is perplexing. All this goes against normal human logic,” he stressed.”
Delusional Russia doomed by fate.
As you all know, Russia has already activated an alternate SWIFT bank clearing system for internal payment clearing. In November of 2014 it was stated that the international portion would be activated in May 2015. This will make Russia more independent of the New York Federal Reserve system.
I have not seen any recent confirmation that this system will indeed be ready in May. Has anyone else seen anything??
Isn’t “Je suis Kalashnikov” somewhat ambiguous? Sufficient to cover everyone?
