Thats the thing everybody complains and moans about the 2 leading candidates of the Democratic and Republican party but nobody votes for alternatives or even create there own party and don’t use money and media coverage as an excuse as there were alternatives within the Democratic and Republican party D(Kucinich and Gravel), R (Ron Paul).
@Jack: to be honest, I think that it makes no sense to vote for 3rd party candidates either, since all it does is legitimize the system. I also believe that the current system cannot be reformed and that regime change (not administration change) is the only real solution for the USA.
You can vote for war or, on the other hand, you can vote for war.
You can vote in support of Wall Street greed or you can vote in support of Wall Street greed.
You can vote to have your rights chisled at or you can vote to have your rights chisled at.
And darkness for Americans – government secrecy? Obama is even more secretive than George W Bush was and that was a lot!
War, Wall Street greed, fewer rights and darkness – vote Republican or Democrat.
Or as you suggest, you can vote third party and vote to legitimize the actions the Military/Industrial/Congressional Complex perpetrates upon the world.
Then vote for a 3rd party candidate.
